It sounds and looks funny to an average Nigerian or should I say African at a neighborhood just few minutes ago in San Diego California as electricity supply was interrupted for almost 30minutes without a warning.

It happened that there was a fatal accident on a street and one of the cars involved caught fire near an electricity cable which forced the fire service and the electricity company to react immediately by disconnecting the affected area.

This caused commotion in the neighborhood and people especially old hypertensive white folks were badly affected.
