the summary of that portion is that
1. tithing is not to be done in monetary form; there is room to turn it into money if the place of worship is far but u must stil use the money to buy somtin and eat. God justifies this in Malachi 3...that there may be FOOD in my house not money.

2. tithing is not meant for levite alone; strangers, widow and fatherless are to partake in it

3. u are allowed to eat from your tithe

4. tithe is given to Levites so that they can eat bcus they didn't hav any inheritance.

it is a very long story.
the girl was a virgin wen we met. we both agreed not to hav sex till wedding. though, not comfortable for me but due to the love I had for her, I agreed. I tried my best to make her happy in terms of giving. one day, I was going to see my best friend and she came visiting. she oblige to accompany me there. we got there and I did the necessary introduction. that was all. I did knw how they exchanged contact and started dating. it was a bad experience though.
