So our President is just gonna sit, fold his arms and keep expressing shock while bandits decimate his very own state slowly.

I swear down, I read thru my previous posts, supporting this pandemic in Nigeria initially. But Im confused now, seems these people are already taking us for a cruise with this pandemic.
Imagine TVC wanted to shed more light on covid update in Nigeria and they were showing video footage from other western countries. Showing us their hospital and patients.
Like are we alright in this country.

I know corona is real and it's present in Nigeria, but this government is not been truthful with what is going on .

Blame your journalists that don't have the balls to come to IDH to record the patients. If they are bold enough, they should get PPE and they'll get a whole lot of footage.

You know state populations in Nigeria are the size of some countries?! Imagine hearing country X has only conducted 4 coronavirus tests in 3 months. Wouldn't that be embarrassing and reckless? I have no words.

Update: ave been discharged, all results are out and shows I'm in perfect health. I will be taking more injections for a while, I just pray I'm one of the lucky few who experienced this once in a lifetime. Most people say once it happens to you it will continue forever and you have to learn to live with it. Infact there are many Reddit and Facebook pages for people with Panic disorders!

My biggest worry is this happening in public, people will think I have Covid-19 and probably won't try to assist me. Anyone with this problem should please let me know how they manage there's and how often it happens to you. Mods please move this to the health section I beg! Thank you.

Congrats on your discharge

I advise you see a psychiatrist/psychologist for further management, since it's a psychological thing.

Thanks so much. Do you know I checked I couldn't locate it, so I just gave up. Appreciated. I am quite unhappy with our snail pace testing. Over 20 states have carried out less than 1,000 tests since the beginning of this pandemic. That is disheartening, honestly. You hardly comment these days, seems you have lost interest altogether cheesy

You're welcome
Lmao honestly , I have actually lost interest, the testing rate is just too slow, and Govt is obviously not serious about dealing with the pandemic. This country matter just tire me.

I will just continue to observe precautions, stay safe and pray for the best jereh.

One can breastfeed a baby publicly without exposing the whole breast anyhow. Women not comfortable with doing such can make use of a breast pump, so there can always be breast milk available in a bottle.

Do you mean history is not offered as a subject?
It's usually an optional subject in secondary schools, and most times only available to non science students(don't know about now, but that's how it was when I was a student)

This is no joke, in my previous thread https://www.nairaland.com/5888982/interstate-ban-curfew-getting-me

I mentioned the lockdown is causing me depression, some people said I'm not an introvert but this absolutely nothing to do with it. I'll explain, ave been getting heart palpitations since Feb or so, and I told it's normal and it will go away, but it continued for a long time, about 3 times a day initially to upto 9 times in 10 Mins. For those who don't know what it is, imagine your heart stops beating for a sec and continues, yes I know how is it possible to feel your heart beat? Well it stops you from breathing for a sec! That's how you know. Ave been taking Atenolol and I stopped taking them last week. I took it for 5 days Exactly 3 days after I stopped.

It continued again after 3 days I stopped taking them, but this time I completely ignored it and didn't care. So yesterday morning, while I was cleaning, I noticed it kept happening but I ignored it!

In the afternoon as I was working as usual, I received a phone call from my mom, and I stretched to reach my phone and suddenly I feel off the chair, I quickly answered the call, the next thing my heart started racing! I mean pounding like I was running from something, like oh God! I felt strength leaving me, my hands where trembling, hands cold, I felt like I was sinking to the floor! My sight was fading away, the only thing that came out of my mouth was "Blood of Jesus" God please don't let me die cry I kept repeating this word and my mom was praying. It stopped a bit, I started searching for the Atenolol but couldn't find it, I pored everything on the rack and then I found it, I swallowed a tablet without water then I rushed and unlocked my door just in case my family gets here.

I called my GF on video and she kept crying, her camera is bad but she can see me but I can't, the season continued, for 3 hours. When my family got here we drove to the hospital immediately and I was given 2 shorts of injection immediately, I don't know what they gave me but immediately I felt this peach.. Like blood flowed through my body instantly. I'll be running some tests today and I hope it's nothing serious, I'm not religious and I don't even go to church. But now I know I love my life and I'm not ready to die yet hahahahaha. Depression is real, please the lockdown restrictions should be lifted soon. Pray for me guys!

Forgive my typos, I'm typing this from my hospital bed.

Wow sorry man.
I'll like to know what the diagnosis is though, if you dont mind sharing.
Stay safe and strong.

Thats why i said you are just so emotional

Where did i disrespect liverpool ?

I was saying if var has favored any team more and its liverpool

Even a blind man knows that liverpool will win the league without var or not

No b everything you go dey take serious ok

Farabale
grin
As Andrew has said , with or without VAR, Liverpool would still win EPL this season. Though I'm a liverpool fan, but on average, at least by stats, Liverpool has benefited from VAR than most other clubs in EPL apart from Man U and Brighton

If only Arsenal can do the Lords work and beat Man City next week, then If Liverpool beats Everton at Merseyside derby, we get to officially win the league at Goodison park in our rivals home cheesy

TheLoneCitizen and other Everton fans will be terribly displeased at that cheesy

UPDATE

We just had a session with the doctor, we were told the baby is still small at 31 weeks, thee doctor advised the mother be admitted and placed on steroid medication to improve the baby's lungs to buy more time as the more time he spends inside, the better. The doctor said if needs arises that the baby be delivered prematurely, he will be prepared for support in the incubator. (I strongly reject this and hope it doesn't come to that). We have agreed as we have no choice, the mother has been admitted now.

I WANT TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR INPUT, ADVISES, PRAYERS AND CONCERN. WE ARE GRATEFUL.

i will continue to give update as it goes to keep you guys posted.

By God grace, my boy shall come out in peace.

Amen

He has played on the wings predominantly, this is his first season as a striker. In truth, Man Utd has been the problem this past few years, from DI Maria, To Depay, To Sanchez even Lukaku.

I don't want to defend Martial because I don't like him or Utd. I'm an Evertonian.

Lies Lies
Nigerians that are begging to be tested, calling NCDC daily
They should not blame their snail pace testing rate on Nigerians, there are so so many people still waiting and begging to be tested as of today.

They should go and look for a way to scale up their testing, after all, they claim they will have tested 2million Nigerians by end of June , and today is June 9 and they're on 78000.
