Funny enough milk can actually worsen the pain of ulcer and delay healing because milk has lactic acid and can induce production Of more acid in the stomach, so stay away from stuff like milk, alcohol, coffee etc.

If its truly an ulcer, the fact that FOB came out positive and you see blood in your stool points to a bleeding ulcer which is actually quite worrisome.

Please visit a reputable govt hospital as soon as possible for further evaluation amd urgent treatment.

Viola Davis is an amazing actress though. All in all, HTGAWM was a great and well written series and I'm kinda sad to see it go.

Been singing the hymn since January. And as predicted the lockdown was lifted nothing was gained. Figures still rising, economy damaged. No gain left, no gain right. This is the result of incompetent leadership everywhere you look.

I come to this forum everyday shouti g for a goverment strategy to capture Covid in Nigeria. They say I talk too much. That lockdown is the strategy. I tell them, lockdown is like anaethesia. It creates opportunity to operate. But if the surgeon is busy drinking at the pub what is the point. The patient will not be cured.

The goverment has squandered 2 months, billions of naira in GDP and sent millions into the unemployment market and into abject poverty over a paltry 30,000 tests. What a waste.

I wish i can like and share this multiple times

Kano has 666 cases with 32deaths.

Death rates in Kano and other northern states especially Borno, Katsina and Sokoto is on the high side, Govt should look into it and help the health workforce in any way they can, so that more lives can be saved.
