South West obviously started developing before others that is why they set the pace however some other regions will catch up in some years time if properly planned. American states are not developed equally either.
Note: Lagos shouldn't be separated from the south Western states because if the aborigines didn't set the platform, the development wouldn't have been concentrated there

Without any prejudice, I think it makes sense statistically to do analysis in manageable bits...2-yr periods or 5-yr periods especially where the numbers are very large. To go as far as 17 years is looking for 'trouble' in my own view. There'll be so much data to work with that analysis may no longer make sense.

Please and please, I need a good lawyer to defeat a case on ground. My cousin lost his father on 28th of December and his father left a lot of land for him. The problem is, the villagers don't want him to sell the land in order to get the money to bury his father because of envy. His father died at home because of disease, hunger and he couldn't take him to hospital because of no money. Now his father has finally died and the villagers still don't want him to sell the land, worth billions of naira. Please what should he do?
