Let me tell Buhari that the vast majority of Nigerian police men and women are ineptly corrupt, Nigerian police stations are like revenue collection centres or better put, profit generating ventures....if doubt me...have a police case then you will understand how far....there is only one way to sanitize this Police....Increase the salaries of these people, l then increase the minimum requirement for entry into the force and finally have them undergo psychological and mental evaluation before giving them gun.
