Let us assume he double his hustle and got 500k and then decided to settle down...lol and after 3 years something happened and the the hustle drop back to 50k... Will you advice him to divorce his wife and go back to double the hustle? Since the entire reason for getting married is base on earning above certain amount as a man.

Disco should set prices for electricity for Nigerians without metre right? Or Government should provide metre for DISCO customers and then allow DISCO to set prices...lol. The problem of Nigeria is the citizens.

Do you know or hear what service charge was as at 2013? A service charge is a fixed charge paid to the distribution companies monthly even though they did not distribute Electricity. BEDC has over 10 million homes under its distribution network. Multiply 750 by just 5 million....Thats free money distribution companies get monthly for doing nothing. It is not part of energy sales o. It is just a monthly service charge. If you don't have light for 2 months you will still pay the service charge. Phase 3 meters pay 1100 monthly. This was the agreement Goodluck Jonathan gave to them. Do you think they are stupid enough to take loan for Business venture that is not profitable...lol. How can you have a petrol station and for some reason prefer to estimate the quantity sell to customers? This ppl are not interested in sales of energy. A serious distribution company will first and foremost meter their customers. Go and check how long we paid fixed service charges before it was stopped by Buhari's Government.

1.The transmission system is in a bad state. It needs fixing. Problem is, it costs a lot of money...far more than what government has.

2.Distribution and generation are not allowed to set prices. Under a riddiculous set of clauses in the law governing their set up, their price is set for them by government. As a result, they run at a loss, government subsides (paid for in part by loans) are not enough, and there is no political will to let them charge cost reflective tarrifs.

This means not enough profit, not enough investment...nothing to expand generation and transmission at all. Even if we transmitted all the 13000MW we have and can produce...remember that Lagos alone needs 10000MW for 24 hour power supply, seven days a week, and it needed that in 2010.

Is it cost reflective tariff that is affecting distribution of meters? How can a serious distribution company fail to give meters to customers for over 7 years of existence? Customers cannot pay cost reflective tariff on estimated billing. It is pure fraud.
The companies that bought the distribution have never distributed electricity before. They don't even have capital to invest...lol rather they just took loan from banks to buy and a useless Goodluck Jonathan sold to them.
