Was wondering how these states are struggling to make even 5 billion per month, when they could make that amount just from property tax alone….even before considering other revenue streams from commerce, industry and transportation. I think Peter Mbah of Enugu is going in this direction of property tax, and may just surprise all of us by the end of the year! Anambra should be making nothing less than 100 billion per year from IGR!
