LP has 5 prayers to the court. The battle is (LP vs APC) and (LP Vs PDP)

See the strategy very here:

1. If the court rules and disqualify's Shettima, or Tinubu on the basis of dual citizenship or drug records, APC looses and the battle will now be between PDP and LP

2. If the court rules on 25% of FCT this handles APC and PDP. LP will tak it.

3. If the court rules on the process and decides to recount(which is the reason of all the documents brought by LP), LP will take the day. That was reason the LP brought witness from Adamawa.

All the witnesses you see today are focusing on presenting that the election went well but INEC did not upload result for a simple reason to rig the election..

—Proceedings Began At About 2:35pm

—LP’s Legal Team Was Led by Dr Livy Uzoukwu And Proceedings by PIN Ikwueto SAN, Ikechukwu Ezechukwu SAN & Peter Afuba SAN.

—HE Peter Obi Was Absent but Ladi Iliya Represented LP (2nd Petitioner)

—1st Witness of the Day but 8th So Far (PW8) Was Called Up. Chubuike Ugboke is an Expert Witness and Cyber Security Expert

—All Respondents Objected to the Cross Examination of this Witness Stating That His Statement Was Served To Them This Morning

—Court Agreed to Carry on With Examination in Chief but Cross Examination Will Be Done Tomorrow

—His Subpoena Was Tendered, No Objection and Was Admitted by Court.

—His Witness Statement on Oath (WSOO), A Copy of A Document Described as Metadata and Another Document Titled ‘Alleged Plot to Abandon Online Transmission of Polling Units Results’ Signed by Festus Okoye Were Presented, Objected To by Respondents and Admitted by Court.

—2nd Witness for the Day but 9th So Far(PW9), Onoja Loko Sunday, A Staff of Women/Child Rescue Initiative (A non-profit organization), Was Called Up.

—His Subpoena Was Tendered, No Objection & Admitted by Court

—His WSOO & ID Card Were Tendered, Objected To By Respondents & Admitted By Court

—He Was Cross Examined by Respondents and the Highlights Are

>>He was an election observer; Voting & counting went well, form EC8A was duly signed and LP won but results were not uploaded from PU but taken to collation centre.

—3rd Witness For the Day, 10th So Far (PW10), Kephas Iya, A Civil Servant, Was Called Up.

—He was Cross Examined by Respondents and the Highlights Are

>> He was an INEC Adhoc Staff and non-partisan .

>>He and a certain Suleiman Mustapha supervised 24 units in Malagali ward in Adamawa State.


—The Following Documents Were Tendered:

1. List certified by INEC containing the total number of registered voters and PVCs collected

2. Certified True Copies of Certificate of Compliance in Edo State

3. CTCs of supplementary iREV documents for Benue State

4. CTCs of iREV report for 3 LGAs in Benue State

5. CTCs of supplementary iREV documents for 2 LGAs in Cross Rivers State

6. CTCs of iREV reports for 12 LGAs in Lagos State.

7. CTC of iREV report for 1 LGA in Gombe State
