It is always better to present your arguments without insults, partly because most times when you think someone else is being foolish in their opinions, you may actually end up being the foolish one.
While it may be expected for INEC to provide election documents as you say, do you think a wise person would depend completely upon the cooperation of his opponent in court in order to win his case? Why would you rush to court when you're not sure of your own evidence?

In all elections, INEC allow petitioners to exam the election materials, when you conduct an examination and said that a student failed when he didn't fail, you are bound to present the marked script.
INEC should be able to produce the documents they used in announcing the result.
Sometimes, it is better to keep quiet than to exhibit foolishness online.

“(Labour Party) conducted its Presidential Primary on 30 May 2022 which produced (Obi) as the candidate, That is to say, the said register of members must have been submitted to (INEC) on or before 30 April 2022.
“(Mr. Obi) as of 30 April 2022 was still a member of the PDP and his name was not and could not have been in the register of members submitted by (LP) to (INEC)”.

In 2019 , he had 308 votes while Teslim Folarin had 91,000 votes to emerge winner.

Four years later , in the 2023 senatorial elections, Lamidi amassed a massive 18,000 votes against the 108,000 scored by the winner Akintunde Yunus .


The question is why is Lamidi going aggressively against the party who boosted his chances at the recently concluded elections?

An almost 6,000% improvement (300 votes to 18,000 votes) in his senatorial candidacy performance in the recently concluded elections.
