Refusal not more than 28 days from the day u got ur passport. Then you need every documents submitted during biometric.

If you have been refused unjustly and you think the eco wasn't fair enough.. I advise u don't reapply.. Just go for judicial review.. You have no right to appeal or administrative review but a good immigration lawyer can work magic. I got mine overturned today.

I went to embassy this morning to make a complain that no refusal letter with my passport.i was called in and the white women collected my passport nd take it inside for like 30mins.to my surprise the woman bring my refusal letter. See the attachment.

they reply me through email and said they sent to the department that they will get back to me within 15working days.

it's that what they told you when you call? and since when have they starting updating you on getting your passport back? . just want to confirm about the 15 working days ,it's taking long time now

Yeah that was the same email they sent me and after a while I didn't get to hear from them.. I kept calling and lately they sent me another email saying dat they already passed instruction to Lagos.. But I exercise patience that they will get back to me regarding my passport for collection. Am still waiting and it's almost 3 months now.

Hello, i saw your message and i assume you tried to contact me because of your issue. Unfortunately the only advice i have is for you to send an email to UKVI or call them and speak to someone about it. Wish you the very best.

I would suggest you to go and check your mail...seems they now send refusal notice by mail.

While I was sourcing for the email address, TLS sent me collection email. So, I didn't bother to get the said email address.

Pls house I need your opinion , I went for collection today at tls ikejs office , to my surprise there is no visa on my passport and there is no refusal letter there, I only saw DHL nylon inside it . Pls what can I do

So, I go my passport picked up yesterday in DHL office. I was given 6 months multiple. This is my first application. It was a strictly 100% do-it-yourself process. I got ALL valuable suggestions from Nairaland here. God bless all the gurus and contributors for their time. Kudos!

My destination is Manchester, but the plan is to land in Heathrow Airport then connect a train or bus to Manchester City. How do I go about this?
