The platain and garden egg is ok. Which drug do u vomit? Pregnacare? If yes then go for single tablets. Remember folic acid is needed in this early stage. May God make the journey easy for you.

I vomit intensely whenever I dare to take them, the last time I took it, I vomited d peppersoup I ate for breakfast, some even came out through d nose, it was not a funny experience.....please how about a diet based plainly on raw ripe and unripe plantains or garden eggs is that helpful or harmful.

Hmmmm. Pls don't even try it. If you can adhere strictly to a food plan full of all the necessary vitamins etc then you can risk it. When was the last u took veggies?? Try and take the drugs at night. That's what I did for my second baby. Midnight and I'm popping my pills. Please adhere to your doctors instructions to avoid looooooooooong tales by moonlight!

Stay away from soda( coke, sprite,fanta etc)
Meat pie( all forms of pastry ehen small chops too. Lol ). Reduce your carbohydrate intake( rice, yam, bread,sweet potato etc)
Eat more protein( beans, fish, chicken) lots of vegetable. Right now I eat rice once a week. I eliminated it for months but brought it back. I heard "basmatti" rice is good for weight loss. Drinks lotssss of water. Then you need to work out! Above all discipline your mouth( buy cane to flog ur mouth and throat). Lol

My dear, implanon,pills,injections all have their side effects cos they are hormonal. Hormonal increases your apetite,thereby you consume more food, thus the increase in weight.
The safest form of artificial fp is the Iucd cos it's non hormal,just a little increase in your flow during menses for the first three month. And you can get pregnant almost immediately when you remove it.. Plus you must pratise good hygience once it's Iucd.
I don't like all these artificial fp methods though.. You can plan your cycle well,know when you are safe, oga can use condoms when you are'nt safe or when you are doubting(7days in a month isn't too much to ask for)...all you need is know your body well and plan.

@mamas, please I had these tears when I put to bed and the nurses that attended to me said I shouldn't sit on hot/warm water till after 3weeks when it might have healed.

Meanwhile Mamas pls reduce your carb intake when you get to third trimester, that's when babies add weight. Do eat more veggies and protein. Don't forget to take ur walks serious. I know some are prone to have big babies but some can be avoided too. The smaller the baby the chances of no cut cut.
Don't be afriad of cut cut, the most important thing is you and ur baby in good health. Its just a slight nip( u won't feel it cos it feels like errrrrrrr). Lol
@ iffffffy(had to count the f's o)lol. They usually give a shot before the stitch. Prayerfully you won't need it. So run far from bread, meatpie etc . Lol

@ episiotomy. a nurse once told me the reason most women get cut is cos they are usually not fully dialated when they are asked to push. a lot of women give birth @ 8cm instead of the normal 10cm. @kaffy4bill true talk??

Yes nothing. The skin won't be dry, just rub the powder on the neck region, the folds and baby is good to go. I've tried lotions and my kids developed rashes. I decided to stop, a nurse also told me to avoid lotions too. Try it and you will be amazed at no heat rashes

If your baby is below 1yr no need applying anything on his body. Why? Majority react to body creme/ lotion/ oil. Use corn starch powder(Boots or Johnson).

happy Sunday to u. pls how does one recognise the good ori/Shea butter oil. the last one I used was white in color. the recent one is yellowish. didn't notice the diff til I got home. does the color matter?

secondly, I read here that ori n coconut oil are good for baby's skin. my Lo is big n also sweats a lot n using any of those seem to make him sweat more n sometimes encourages aleefo or small rashes with tiny white dots which I think is caused by heat. so most times I use powder. yet his skin could look so dry with using just powder and no cream. what can I do pls?

lastly I know alefo leaves some scars that should disappear with time but some scars on his chest n back av refused to go. they are just there lighter than his skin tone. is there anything I can use to even up the tone. it doesn't look like eczema to me but I don't mind treating him for that just in case...so wat do I apply.
