Mitchyy, heheheheheh. Fret not! I remember when my doc told me that my baby will be big. I laughed and asked him what I can do to ensure he didn't grow bigger. In his words " move around, even if u eat one spoon and don't exercise you/ baby will add weight"

Worry not anyhow baby be you must push am. I've done 4.5kg and I no die. Lol!( I birth big babies na cos of my mouth) My last baby was 4kg and I wasn't cut( I begged God o cos I no fit handle am again)

So keep calm! Just monitor your diet. I can eat for Africa wen I preg and I hated the evening walks.

Please go find another job. You can't develop/grow in a toxic environment. This is not even about the take home, its about your growth.

I'm a civil engineer,and I work in a one man business coy.I graduated with distinction in osun state college of technology (esa oke) civil engineering department.I've been working with my boss for two years now and nothing to show for it,but I'm still enduring because of some promises he has been making.But what pisses me off most times is his nagging nature,he doesn't appreciate anything one does for him.

Pls house, help me on this one: Went to A&E today after changing 4 pads in less than 3 hours filled with bright red blood and clots. Did scan , baby is doing great but my cervix is slightly open at almost 12 weeks.
I have googled and didn't get satisfactory information. Doc said threatened abortion, given pcm injection and some antibiotics.
Who has experienced this, what is causing this and what should i do. I have been placed on strict bed rest. To see doc in two weeks. Pls don't look and pass.

I love my immediate family and they have been with me through thick and thin. Once i see two lines, i tell all my family members. DOn't really care. I have had several miscarriages but i don't stop. Don't know if it is their prayers that have been helping me through but htey are my best support group (both mine and my DH's family.

God finally had mercy on me. After 8 cycles of Clo*mid, 1 cycle of tamo*, 1 cycle of injectible, 3Hsgs, 1 hysteroscopy, 2 IUIs and 2 IVFs, I can boldly say I am PREGNANT.

I have been testing everyday. All those test strips that laughed at me with one line is now showing two lines.

People mocked me and laughed at me but God defended me.

I can't stop smiling and singing of God's mercies.

Ha.....meeeeee , pregnant? Ha! Over the years I was diagnosed with plenty, PCOS, HORMONAL IMBALANCE, HYPO PROLACTEMIA*, BLOCKED TUBES, ASHERMAN'S AND was even told I was in menopause (@ 31years) but the GOD who is more than enough, my SHELTER in time of Trouble, the one who is GREATER than the GREATEST said ENOUGH is ENOUGH.

Today is ANC. I'm not happy that my lo is 2.2kg.
By lmp, I'm 35 weeks, but with today's scan, I'm 33 weeks. I was already planning to drop my lo at 38 weeks.
I'm so angry with dh, he's been restricting me from eating what I wanted. No tea, no carbs, I eat like I'm watching my weight or I'm diabetic.
I'm going on an eating spree from now onward.

Tigernuts, dates and coconut juice is good for libido. Remove the seeds from the dates and soak them with the tigernuts and coconut for two days. Then blend and sieve out the juice. Drink it a few hours before kpekusing. You go see say, libido go full everywhere.
I haven't tried it personally but so many people have, it works! )

If you are sensitive down there he should lubricate his fingers before touching you. ( He shouldn't penetrate yet). You sef close eyes and forget ya sef. Lol!!

I had slight pains around my pant lines. That's all o. I knew it was labour sha. Its better you go to. The hospital and know the situation of things. I got to the hospital @2cm, the matron wanted to send me back cos she felt I won't deliver that day. I told her noooooo say my baby de come. I gisted with them till I was almost ready to push. The one thing I did differently was that I didn't sit my whole butt down on the bed, I sat on the edge I heard it helps baby drop. I walked around too. Go to the hospital for examination ooooooooooo!!

@ Lovinam pls, is dere any way 2 reduce dat after delivery pain. I dint experience it wit my first bt wit my gal, it came on during breastfeeding n it was wen I read about it, I saw d belle is contracting. Dat pain was terrible n I read it gets worse wit subsequent kids. Though I dint know wen it later subsided. But is dere a way 2 prevent it or a medication 2 reduce d pain? Cos d 1st time it hapnd, I almost dropped my baby in my rush 2 put her down. Sorry 4 my long tory bt I'm really not looking 4wrd 2 dat pain. Tank u.

My dear, I'm not sure anything can be done to prevent it. I spoke to my doctor about it and she said it was a normal stuff. My mum told me that I should place hot water bag on my waist when It starts. It gave temp relief sha. Its not a nice pain at all. I handle it like labour (breathing technique). Mine also happens during breastfeeding.
