DON'T BUY IT. If soya is not well prepared its dangerous. There is absolutely no way you can tell how the company prepared it.

Please I need some expert opinions. I found commercially prepared soybean powder in a supermarket. It has crayfish, dryfish and groundnut added to it. Do you think I should get it for my baby? I can't make it myself. He's already taking pap but when I put crayfish in it, he doesn't like it.

Just cut down on your rations. Two kitchen spoons of rice is ok, don't eat the whole pot cos its delicious. Lol. Avoid bread, reduce carbs , eat lots of veggies. One wrap of swallow will do just fine, that's if you care for it. Try not to eat after 7pm. Note: you still need to do some sort of woprk out sha.

Pls mothers do you know how breastfeeding mum can shed some weight?. I added so much during pregnancy that I can't afford to wait till after breastfeeding.
Pls lovinam but breastfeeding mums can eat these things on their own or do they have effect on the baby?

my dear the thing make "oversense". If you can tolerate the taste, you are good to go. I couldn't believe something so natural works wonders. God is awesome!!

I don't know about tthat o! I know fruit ferments sha, so it might not be a good idea. I do mine daily.

Have you tried johnson baby creme? My kid reacted to the lotion so I generally stay away from it. I haven't started using lotion on my lo though I got baby magic lavender/chamomile calming lotion.

Its a lemon/ ginger drink.
Ingredients
1 lemon
1 ginger
1lime(optional)
1/2 cucumber(optional)


Cut the ginger to small pieces and put in a pot. Add 1litre of water to it and boil. Peel the lemon and add the peels to the pot. Boil for 5mins. Turn off the heat, cut up the remaining lemon(the insides), + the lime and cucumber add all to the pot. Cover and leave overnight. Sieve it in the morning and bottle. You can chill or drink it warm. Do this daily for 1month.
While taking this step please cut down on carbs intake for quicker result. It works like magic, I was introduced to it by a friend. So I decided to share with my fellow yummy mummy!!
Please this is not for bosom feeding mothers.

Before I switch to Mamil for my son primary milk formula, he always suffered in constipation. Then my friend told me that Mamil can helps to prevent constipation and recommended me to switch to Mamil. After that, my son no longer face constipation anymore after switched to Mamil.

But I heard that Mamil is also good for children bcz it contains highest level of DHA and it is one of the constipation remedy. But the price is quite expensive.

Thick ke? Pls follow the instruction on the tin. Also you need to get a feeder( feeding bottle) or sippy cup. Rice is always better as first cereal.

My LO is 6months old and pple associate d diarrhea wt teething, meawhile, I prepare d sma thick cos its nt easy spoonfeeding a watery milk( d nurses adviced against bottle). Som1 says I shd get frisogold WHEAT & another says frisogold RICE; I'm confused. My milk supply has reduced and my LO has lost soo much weight[color=#770077][/color]

How old is your baby? I'm currently using aptamil 3 for 1yr- 2yrs

I'm not sure cos I think friso contains enough milk. I usually give my baby aptamil as drink cos his cereal contains milk

I always force my lo 2 take it, but wen I tasted it, I regretted buying it. Wen I give her friso gold, she takes it without stress bt wen it comes 2 d nutrend, na war. Increase his water intake. I hope its not packaged juice you gave him. The orange thing works very well. If you need the prunes go to the baby section of the supermarket and look for it. Its very dark in colour, its got juice and puree. Try shoprite too, they have the purity brand and its pretty cheap( 250 or so)

@lovina thanks dear....am nt ebf...I give formula with Heinz rice cereal and water. His 5 months old. I gave him orange juice buh he still strains to poop and His poop is very hard. Don't know wat pureed prunes are or wat dey look luk.
