So....... I feel m suffering too much in this pregnancy! Wetin sef! , morning sickness, cough, malaria......now catarrh. I used chloroquine, augmentin, one bitter tasting cough syrup like that, loratyn, n normal BP drugs.......malaria didn't go, doc said I couldn't do much but it as it was first trimester.

After like two weeks, used metakelfin, two weeks after, coartem, zinnat, loratyn, OTRIVIN nasal spray for severely blocked nose! Used it all now

The problem now is the nose still gets terribly blocked its impossible to breath hence no sleep , doc said not to use otrivin(which has been like a life saver). For more than 5 days. It's miserable not to be able breath properly. I can't sleep, can't eat, drink water in peace as my mouth has to be free to breath.

I'm tired!! Sorry for the rant biko. Pardon any blunders, I cant edit abeg

I had malaria like four times in my last pregnancy. Please ask your doctor about steaming. ( adding robb to hot water then cover yourself and inhale) I know it brings relief but you need the all clear from your doc. Meantime ensure you sleep under the net to avoid malaria ish.

The headache is caused by the sleepless nights. You need to find a way to have a good rest. Try to identify the cause of the sleepless nights and eliminate it.

I first had the pile about 2 months before the birth of my first baby, it was just a little bulge with no pains attached but some weeks after birth it got really painful whenever I visited the loo till the point that it bleeds.
Now it just showed its ugly head bigger than before and more painful but without bleeding. I think it's because I didn't poo for six days and when I finally did it showed up.

Please try to add cabbage to your meal plan. Garden egg works wonders too. It helps soften poo. I was warned about straining while preggers and after delivery. Constipation after delivery is crazy. Reduce bread and carbs too
