She's scared... Is the coartem safe for her? Will coartem plus augmentin not be too strong for her? I say make I put my own problem aside and help a friend.. Let God help me with mine too.

So tonight I decide to log in and laugh while reading mama's complaints. Wham!! Sad news.

So sorry it took a while for me to reply. I always like to give people advise based on my own experiences. So I'm going to tell you how I handled my expenses issue with DH.

He also complained when we first got married that I spend like crazy. I was so angry at him and swore upandan the house that when I make money I would never ask for a farthing from him again. One day I borrowed myself sense, I decided to get a book to write down all my expenses. I wrote everything I bought down( matches, salt, even snack everything)Nothing was left out. I was able to figure out the areas I was wasting money and fixed it. I had plenty savings at the end of the day. The day he saw the book he was shocked. He began to trust me more with his finances. ( I don't know if you come from a business background, if yes then you need to earn his trust. If no, you need to work twice as hard to earn his trust.

Plan when you need to buy clothes, it might be 3x a year. The rest you can save and buy them without collecting a dime from him. Finance in marriage is a delicate issue especially when you are not bringing anything to the table. So jejely handle the matter.

I also hope you know his clubbing will slow down. Women adapt to family life faster than men. So keep calm sis you no get wahala.

Domestic violence!! Hmmmm. I have stories of people close to me that suffered till death. One actually starved his wife to death. The other beat his pregnant wife till she miscarried. Just yesterday in my presence someone took a call, another domestic violence case. 3months of marriage d man turned his wife into punching bag. I just told d lady if you tell her to go back and she looses her life, her blood is on you. The man beat, kicked her around like a ball. She is pregnant o!

Make we de advice ourselves well o. I received a slap once in my marriage although it was all my fault. I called everybody o! Village meeting gather for the slap o! How far gone are you? I usually have contractions around my vjay area. Never had the back and waist contractions. You need to be examined to know if the cervix is opening. The placenta can be disposed by the hospital or you take it home( I didn't bother).
Stop worrying! God will make it smooth for you!!

2. At times,i do feel a muscle stretch in my v.j.a.y but today's own was different cos it made me stop abruptly while walking. Could it be that i ve started having contracting?
3. Is pelvis examination really necessary?
4.How do I dispose placenta after birth?

Please talk to your doc about routine drugs. You should be taking all by now. ALso stop lying on your back. Left side is the best. Happy bumping!!

let me confess oh, I haven't been taking my routine drugs and I'm 30 weeks already. Tho' I have treated malaria 3 times and taken my TT injection. The number of folic acid and fesolate I've taken since day 1 isn't up to 20. I hope it doesn't have effect on my baby.....

Why are you playing kalo kalo with your life and lo's? The vitamins are VERY important. Nothing will happen to your baby by faith but don't repeat it again. If you don't want to take drugs just ensure you are getting the natural equivalents. Hmph!!

too. Lol ). Reduce your carbohydrate intake( rice,

Eat more protein( beans, fish, chicken) lots of
vegetable. Right now I eat rice once a week. I
eliminated it for months but brought it back. I
heard "basmatti" rice is good for weight loss.
Drinks lotssss of water. Then you need to work
out! Above all discipline your mouth( buy cane to
flog ur mouth and throat). Lol

I believe she meant ORT( oral rehydration therapy) some people call it "drip".

Sabi mamas pls o, can drip b taken orally, dat is by drinking it? My dd was running a bit of temp 2dy so I bought lukozade boost 4 her so she ll take b4 I give her paracetamol cos she refused 2 eat. Only 4 my neighbour 2 say I shld av bought drip N50 for her cos d lukozade boost is sweet. Dis is my 1st time of hearing such o. Is it done cos if not I need 2 caution her.

Hmmmmmm Mamas I'm still in shock. I saw a video yesterday of a nanny molesting a boy. It was just like a p.o.r.n video. I understand it happened in Lagos. I'm still in total shock. I couldn't watch the video but the little I. Saw is still giving me the shivers. The girl is not more than 15yrs and the boy less than seven. It was too explicit( blvw job, doggy style etc ).

We all need to be prayerful when choosing a nanny for our children. Close monitoring is very important. I can't say much cos I'm still traumatised. God help me get the image out of my head.

God will keep evil people away from our children!!
