I actually opened the dispute , but the seller begged me to close it that I will soon get my items, I foolishly did and sorry is the story till now as I'm unable to open the dispute again.
I don't know if it's a connivance between AliExpress and the sellers to be shortchanging people or sellers and the shippers, that I don't know till today

94 dollars? That's much man! You should have sought for advice on this thread before cancelling the dispute. In fact, cancellation of disputes is the last thing I will ever do when it comes to deals with sellers. It doesn't matter how good a seller is at cajoling, the moment I see his message asking for cancellation of dispute, I just ignore it.

I once opened dispute on an item that took forever to arrive only for the seller to message me with serious begging. I only decided to close that dispute after 4 days of her consistent begging, which I think was a mistake on my part. But luckily for me the parcel arrived.

Now, you may not be able to resist the urge of closing the dispute after so much pleas from the seller but my advice would be for you to hold on and never close the dispute.

Hello everyone in the house , I bought a phone on aliexpress since August 2020 when I tracked it around November it was in transit, so after my protection time ran out I opened dispute, but aliexpress said was invalid, then opened appeal they told me the item is in Nigeria already.
Please is any one going facing this issue?

same here... An order worth 15k that arrived Nigeria since 1st September is no where to be found and I also lost the dispute.
