No one menrioned Buhari.
Everyone of us mentioned how behind the scenes We would literally beg him to reconsider his actions and resume Beegs.
Everyone mentioned the lengths some of us went to confirm first class information we gave him.
He had a solid brand like Nike, Adidas and Marks and Spencer.
Henry offered him Money, Doziex, LT.Gen, Xnur44, RKA, Zachary. and there was another
guy M**** who constantly implored Beegs to watermark all his photos.
Just like Henry and a few others did We corresponed to Beegs offline and he would respond , I am sorry if that hurts your feelings.
It is also a shame to think you came up with the idea to raise money
Like overhypedsteve said he told us personally how much it was costing him.
Lindaikeji had nothing on Beegs till she allegedly broke the T-72Story.
This story was known to Beegs weeks ahead.
We are not crying for someone else's Panadol.
A lot of us contributed to Beegs because we believed in him and wanted a fellow Nigerian regardless of our political differences wanted him and his brand to succeed FINANCIALLY a concept alien to your thinking .
We hated the fact that someone would come along , copy his method , while he self destroyed something he built from scratch for five years.
One thing is obvious if you are not spewing negative venom you really have nothing to contribute.
Grow up and be a man and stop looking for fights where there is none.

This your hatred for beegs won't lead you anywhere.

His blog, his tweeter handle, his business.

E no concern you, even if he wants to fry onions for the rest of his life.
Henry read below:
We have to leave BEEGS to be all he can be , however i share your sense of frustration

OGA rugged7
In the past we have clashed and normally even when we have had our differences unless I believe you crossed the line i have let peace reign.
i am well known to you and BEEGS and hand on bible a lot of us fed BEEGS a lot of information, some of it was putting the careers of officers who were or are now Generals in jeopardy.
Occasionally he would have the temper tantrum because he was not invited to go on a tour to the N.E. by the Military specifically by the N.A. He would abandon his blog for months on end , people like Henry, myself would go behind the scenes and constantly literally beg him.
We advised / begged him that he was sitting on a goldmine , he was the first at this real Military blog business. He had a sterling reputation and a brand name" BEEGS" BEEGEAGLE" . Pepole voluntered to give him money at the time i eventually offered him between five and six figures others including Henry offered him a lot of Money, His brand was solid, this was the time to do it,
Then he went on another tantrum:
And he found Twitter:
And he broke his own rules: be the moderator and leave politics out of it.
By now he should of been a Billionaire by Nigerian Standards and a Multi Millionaire by Western standards
instead he was upstaged by a girl who puts headless torsos on the news and gets paid money both in dollars and Naira to show the latest butt implants of the Kardashian Family it is a shame no one HATES BEEGS including myself or Henry and the rest of us that fed him first class information.
H e has now reduced himself to writing a book about past Military leaders
Goodluck to him and I hope it sells , and he makes a decent profit but that is not / his true calling.

72 MSF ...QRF air wing.

So painful to later know that most of these sir assesst where rented for a period of time, money that could be used to purchase same hardware.
If you know the crap that went on between the truly dark days of 2014 and 2015.You would truly weep.
May Nigeria never go through such a period again.

Dude I seriously fvcking hope they are donating some Ratels....would be epic seeing more of them in action against BH!!
Nigeria military speaking does not need Obasanjo .
Military wise he was a disaster.
He is credited with purchasing the F7s despite the advice of his Airforce Generals who vehemently advocated for the Mig 29.
*No new Naval procurement contracts were undertaken during his regime.
*His administration also remains the only administration to be openly rebuked by the UN for not buying APCs for their Peacekeeping Troops.
Post GEJ and PMB political differences aside and despite the debacles of BH.
*Critically GEJ/ PMB started the push to increase the size of the Armed Forces.
to reform the Army
From 4 Divisions to 6 and Now 8
Navy: from two central commands to three.
Under GEJ the Navy actually built Boats .
Obj only refurbished Old vessels.
Obj was a disaster for the Military.
Not a fan of GEJ but he inherited a lot of problems from both Yaradua and Obasanjo.
Credit must be given where it is due.
The Navy turnaround belongs to GEJ
The debacle that befell the NAF started way before GEJ got there it then manifested itself during two key incidents.
The elevation of Alex Badeh to CAS
The elevation of Alex Badeh to CDS.

So you actually believe Jordan can actually donate 200 vehicles of any type to Nigeria?

200 armoured vehicles for that matter?
Henry calm down .
Yes tiny Jordan can donate vehicles to Nigeria because:
They get a shit load of hassle free equipment from the U.S.
They also since the Gulf War 1 and 2 to turn against the Shia leaning Iraqi and Iranian Government get a Ton of equipment from the House of Saud..
The APCs came from the UAE were bought and paid for through the NPA.
The ones from Jordan is part of a new agreement signed on the sidelines of the UNGA that just concluded.

Henry this is a false narrative being peddled by people who really can't get their facts straight at least they should be able to correctly identify that Nigeria only flies the ATR42 and not the ATR47
Secondly Going back to the waning days of the GEJ administration and moving forward into the Buhari administration, Nigeria , Cameroon, Chad and Niger signed a MNJTF agreement that solidly allowed the right of pursuit into each other's territories.
Notwithstanding that Nigeria has an agreement with the UK, US and France whereby the the Countries are called the P3
One of this calls for Britain to give real time surveillance, it borders on sheer fantasy to say Nigeria would pursue bh across the border into Chad and France would scramble Jets, what for when the U.K. , the US and the NAF are there.
Fact withheld by me:
In 2014
Nigeria was paying Chad approximately $1.5M a month to pursue Bh across the border into places like Malam Fotori and Damask.
Not only that Nigeria supplied Chad with Weapons and Logistics as they were constantly strapped despite their bravado.
In 2015
PMB stops the payments and despite the hypocrisy America gives the first in a series of Cash payments to the MNJTF, all the Cash is routed through Nigeria first .This continues till today.
Uncle Idris as is the case fumes.
The NAF in the last couple of days has come under a media barrage.
First it was they want to prolong the war.
Second it was they were bombing empty targets
Now this.
Just for your information :.
France, the US and UK share INTEL with Nigeria.

R.I P.
You died so that other Nigerians could live. You went to your death as a Lion.
Your death signified to the enemy, it was only a matter of time before Hell on Earth would visit them on daily basis.
You now belong to the Ages.
You will always fly with Angels.
You have fought the good fight.
You have run your final race.
Well done thy good and faithful servant
Now continue to rest in the Bosom of the Lord.

Very professional.
I don't know this journalist from Adam but it is such a relief to hear Mr EFFIONG
Not only sound does he sound professional but to get the right names of the Helicopters Correct and the JETS correct is an added BONUS.
I highly recommend this video
Also based on the Video it appears that the MI-17 that was bought last year came or was upgraded to FLIR
Meaning in short to operate Day and Night.
Kudos to Air Vice Marshall Nurudeen Balogun.

Is “JANS” different from ISWAP ? grin everybody wants to rebrand.
JANS is the name given to the BH faction headed by Shekau
I confirmed the ARMY'S claims independently
5 of Shekau's top commanders have been INDEED BEEN killed because Shekau confirmed it noticeably did he not produce a single one of them in his video/ rant.
The Army is also claiming two more of his commanders became fertilizer products on Monday.
IMHO
The Military hierarchy must not relent in completely eradicating the core leadership of Shekau's leadership faction and in the process go for Shekau.

They have Army Lynx helicopter , they have WildCat MK1, they are part of Eurocopter. Who told you they don't make choppers?
I don't think we even want to go for Apache. Upgraded Army Lynx or WildCat are enough.

With Brexit, the UK has stopped being slack with Nigeria. They are losing to the Chinese bigly and they will correct it.
Nigeria has in the past purchased the Naval Version of the Lynx.
IMHO.The Nigerians are asking for the Army's version of the Lynx to serve as an attack Helicopter.
France has a over a $1B of investments in Nigeria , the Oil Find by Total in the 2000s was one of the largest in the World.
France's investments in Nigeria dwarf those of it's former colonies.
France this year has pledged another $1B as in direct FDI to Nigeria.
France is currently building 3 x Naval Warships
and 3 Naval Helicopters for Nigeria.
Enough said.

Henry talked about changes and I really have to agree with him.
Life moves on remorselessly.
The Igirigi, the ARA, the Gulma, these allcame from painful lessons of the bad years of BokoHaram 2013-2014.
Henry the JF-17s are coming the delay is not on the Nigerian side.
These are two completely seperate deals. That pepeye go see muritala before 18 nack.

I thought someone was claiming we are only getting a basic package. undecided undecided

This is an awesome deal, and i'm very happy with it.
If you read some of the details it states that some of the software and hardware has to be declassified (Meaning that Nigeria is regarded as an ally)
PENTAGON : Approval granted
State Dept: Approval granted
Congress : Approval will be granted with Congressional visit.
Why is it taking so long:
When you buy things G2- G2
The manufacturer delivers it to you brand spanking new, there are no dodgy middlemen, your personnel are trained as the equipment are being built (Nigeria used to do this during the Shagari ERA)
It takes time to fulfill an order just with the Russians building our MI-35
and hopefully either the YAK-130 or the MIGS .
Do it the right way: you get the right equipment
Do it the wrong way : well you get what you get.
