And unfortunately we are in the same boat, best thing your defence ministry can do is to look at alternative funding streams, like ours are trying to do.

Fact is be thankful for the few pieces you already payed for and are busy recieving since it will be quite a long time before you will receive anything substantial again.......South Africa are in the same boat.

Damn we are getting that Indonesian vessel for sure, its only a matter of time, if only the chief of Naval staff was in the same love triangle as the chief of sir staff, the chief of army staff and the president maybe extra budgetary funds would be easily accessed by the navy.

At $45 millions each that thing is a ripoff to the seller and of course the navy is not stupid, so it will get a multipurpose Frigate, the contracts will most likely be executed simultaneously.
