which school is that?i know most canadian schools dont exceed 2 years for masters

@Vicjustice and all,my father owns a company that specialises in poultry services like distribution of feeds,vetinary drugs,feed addictives and he intends start importing canadian made vetinary drugs.he will be sending me and am also a director in our company to Canada to verify the authenticity of the company,discuss other trade aggrements.our company is also registered in CAC.what other documents do i need to apply for just a 2 week visiting visa?plss answer.

Huzzie: When did you submit? Did you apply for summer? what university/college and course?

You don't want them to see you as not CREDIBLE.IMO,if you have opportunity to defer till Fall,ΐ would prefer you take that chance and repackage wella to convince them that they made mistake of not issuing TRV.like Oga Siga scenario.

Fhemmmy: Chairman, i will advice you dont lie about it, no need for it, the VO knows that even the 4M Naira in the account is not enough to take care of your schooling but the fact that they are your parents, they will do anything to see you succeed, but, if there are ways to prop up the cash in the account, i will advice you do that . . . you could use the next few months to make dad and mom put more money into the account . . . the more the cushion, the better . . . . my popsi's union bank accot enjoys a reasonable cash flow but why i didnt use it was because we are five siblings and i reasoned dat the VO may refuse my app on financial grounds.the acct was around 4 million when i applied.i want to ask a question pls;if i apply again and fill in the family info form that i am the only child of my parents,will cdhc notice it since i have filled that we were five in number?

Huzzie: Who did you use as your sponsor?Did your sponsor explain his/her reason(s) for sponsoring you in the affidavit? How many dependants does your sponsor have?

i used my maternal uncle(different surname)although na my popsi de pay.to be frank with u,my sponsor just wrote a letter that he is sponsoring me without any reason and that he has 4 grown up children who are now gainfully employed.i wrote in my letter of intent to study that i will return immediately to naija as soon as i finish my studies to join the nigeria

As per coming back to naija....do u work now? if u do, try to get a letter from ur work place...if not, do u have a fiancee...state u are coming back for her....not even sure that would do anything to convince them.....the best bet is a job...or if ur parents or sponsor can claim u are coming back to manage their company if they do have one....

I wonder why the VO will say that i cant sustain my self in Canada with my accompanying family members when i clearly stated that am travelling alone in my family info form.secondly,how will i prove dat i wont overstay?thats just my problem.

@all,its with a heavy heart that i announce that CDHC has denied me visa after 3 months on two useless grounds.first;that i have not satisfied VO that i will leave canada after my studies.secondly,that i dont have enough financial resources to take care of my self and accompanying family members while am travelling alone and i neva filled in the family information form that am travelling with any body.also my sponsor has 16 million in his acct with a nice cash flow.i aIso paid the confirmation fee to keep my seat in my programme and even wrote a letter of intent to the VO explaining my self,future ambitions and assuring him that i will be back immediately after my studies.It pains me so much that after all the stress,financial resources wasted,time,oppurtunites wasted(navy,npa recruitment)etc the VO just denied me visa without any concrete reason.My suggestion is that they have many applications and were looking for a way to reduce them.Secondly,i would have filled in the family info form that am the only child/son of my parents.i mistankenly listed all my sibblings,4 guys,one girl,all in the university except one in sec school.i guess that was why the said that i will not leave canada after my studies.i wish all goodluck in their applications.it is well.

In this new month,acceptance letters,medical calls and Trvs shall befall this house in Jesus name Amen!

I got my doc. from vsf 2day and its denial on financial basis only. After checking my documents i found out that the scholarship letter which i sent to them via regular post is MISSING, not delivered as at the processing time.
My plan: search for the letter both from post office and CDHC office and the RE-LOAD MY GUN and fire back!
My advice: never send supporting document by post, go there yourself.
My feeling: quite sad (for dat post error), but stronger and ready to push on. No retreat no surrender...!

@all those that are staying far from lagos and paid for Vfs courier service,did the vfs send your passport and instructions via courier or did you travel to lagos to collect them personally before you went for medicals?

Looking at things, ΐ don't think they usually get loads of applications for May start date unlike winter and Fall.ΐ have to sit down, relax and keep my hands crossed as ΐ wait for them to start with January. Insha Allahu we will all get our wishes.cheers.

I just called VAC to inquire about my application and i was told it has been processed by d CDHC and sent to them and that i should visit them 2moro. Then i tracked my online status which has changed to
''Your application has been assessed by Canada High Commission/Consulate General of Canada and is being returned to the centre where you applied''
So till 2moro b4 d percel content is unvieled... It is well.

Siga: Hi family....thanks alot for ur prayers and mails....we finally got home today....to tell u guys abit....my wife was pregnant with our 3rd child but unfortunately, it was an ectopic pregnancy and it ruptured while she was at work....thank God for 911....she was admitted and operated on....she is back on her feet and recovering after a 2hrs 30mins operation.....

I feel the need to update u guys as I got numerous mails, phone calls and prayers....thanks alot guys....I promise to be back fully once she feels better and can get things done herself....

Meanwhile, I will respond to all emails I got before the incident within the next 24hrs....

rockar: Pls how do u guys pay tuition.. I read on this thread that if someone wants to pay tuition, that he shuld just walk into any bank and ask for "form A".
I tried paying today and I waka into d bank(access bank) like chairman, walked to the customer care unit, possed on d chair I was offered, and asked the gal "hi, pls I wanna make a "Form A" transfer..... The gal just sat there staring at me like mumu as if I just mentioned something that is not know on Dis planet....after a while she said "pardon"....I readjusted myself on d chair and asked again "I mean I wanna make a Form A transfer"...to my surprise, she asked me the question I couldn't believe she could ask me " what is a Form A transfer" I was shocked and I said "°=-?..huh?..=-?°

Anyway, after a long xplanation of wetin I wan do gangan, she finally grabed that I wanna tranfer to canada and she said they don't know anything about form A, that the best way pple transfer funds abroad is thru a domiciliary account. That I will have to open a domiciliary account.

Pls my question is that what is the best way to pay tuition from here? Is it advisable to pay thru a newly opened domicillary account? Do u have to submit the account to cdhc? I'm so confused. Pls advice

Bros,i experienced that when i wanted to pay through GTB.the gal i saw there knew nothing like that and requested that i open a dom account wey be long tin.U no get wahala at all.if u have acct in union and first bank,just go there and do ur biusiness.its as simple as abc.i used the both when i paid for application and tuition fees.ask them of foriegn operations.secondly when going,go with photocopies of ur credentials and ur intl passport(photocopy).also go early in the morning so that the payment can be transfered that day if its by SWIFT.lastly it must be a savings acct before the money can be transfered.Goodluck.

Bro,the school is a very nice school.I have researched extensively about it.Its one of the best schools in Ontario and intend i doing my masters there or in Mcmaster university after my PGD.So carry on bro,no fear at all

i would have visited CDHC but i stay in the east which is very far from Lagos and moreover i submited through VAC.i am heading to Mohawk college in Hamiton near Toronto.Bro i can confidently tell u that our TRV is assured.which school are u heading to?and the date u submitted ur application.mine reached CDHC on 3rd dec

My status changed this afternoon but I wanted to wait till I collect my package from VFS 2mao b4 I share the gudnew but I just got an email from the CDHC stating that my study permit has been approved...I thank the good Lord.
