dewisebros: THIS IS COMPLETE FRAUD It is called the pyramid scheme. It looks genuine, but the schemer does not contribute to it but reap more out of it. At level seven you earn N31,829,000 while the schemer reaps N65,532,000. At that point we will have the pyramid as 4, 16, 64, 256 1024 16384. At a point the scheme will not be sustainable and that is where the problem comes up. People will be left with the certificate and no one to sell to. In many countries in the world this scheme is outlawed. I don't know whether In Nigeria this fraud is allowed. Is the printing of the certificates the administration that the schemer reaps N3000.00 per person? Yes Nigerian will say that the place is registered and it is therefore performing a lawful business. Is Okija shrine not registered by CAC the Registration number is 15018 and it has 9 board of trustee members. Dont we have investment houses registered with CAC and are offering 25% plus monthly interest? Are they operating under the supervision of SEC? are they not contravening the CBN prudential guidelines. Just be careful which scheme you subscribe to. Yeah at the second level your money is out with 100% gain but be careful because thousands are defrauded at its saturation point. To gain a good understanding of the scheme you can follow this cut and paste this link to your browser http://www.investopedia.com/articles/04/042104.asp#axzz1oWI70X00 A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment or services, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. A successful pyramid scheme combines a fake yet seemingly credible business with a simple-to-understand yet sophisticated-sounding money-making formula which is used for profit. The essential idea is that a "con artist" Mr. X, makes only one payment. To start earning, Mr. X has to recruit others like him who will also make one payment each. Mr. X gets paid out of receipts from those new recruits. They then go on to recruit others. As each new recruit makes a payment, Mr. X gets a cut. He is thus promised exponential benefits as the "business" expands.
Such "businesses" seldom involve sales of real products or services to which a monetary value might be easily attached. However, sometimes the "payment" itself may be a non-cash valuable. To enhance credibility, most such scams are well equipped with fake referrals, testimonials, and information.
The flaw is that there is no end benefit. The money simply travels up the chain. Only the originator (sometimes called the "pharaoh" and a very few at the top levels of the pyramid make significant amounts of money. The amounts dwindle steeply down the pyramid slopes. Individuals at the bottom of the pyramid (those who subscribed to the plan, but were not able to recruit any followers themselves) end up with a deficit. You are perhaps not far frm the truth! |

Business › Re: How Can I Be Getting Customers As An House Painter by Lucy001(f): 10:09pm On Mar 10, 2012 |
@ OP~ actually, for you to get jobs on paintings you have to first make friends with like builders, engineers and even people that deal on paints, like Duleux, etc reasons are that there is the probability that they will be connected with the owner of such buildings, or better still print a flyer and make a deal with security guards in most estates, if you live in places like Lagos, u could go to places like Ikoyi, VI, Lekki which I know very well, and drop your handbill in verious homes, and make sure it is well packaged, eg to the occupier, as in addressing the mail, u will be surpprise as to the numbers of people that will respond. |
