If it's your mail, I'm pretty sure I replied it yesterday lmaoo. My day was nice. I slept in, ordered food and read a good book. TheFinesseKid: |
I don't think we're fighting. There's a reason I asked a question lmao. I was confused. Thank you for the clarification though. We learn everyday. fastseo: |
I'm not a man, but doesn't it depend on what made him angry in the first place? Is money going to immediately cool him down every time? S3x? Cuddles? Even an apology? I'm not sure there's a blanket answer for this. A lot of people even prefer to be left alone when they're upset. |
I'm all good. You? TheFinesseKid: |
I wonder what response to give to this. If I say yes, I may be called a sIut who wants to cheat on her husband outside marriage. If I say no, I may be called a sIut who cannot control her sex drive. Believe it or not, I've had this conversation with someone before. I'll just follow the topic to see other people's responses |
Thank you for explaining. I was of the idea that they had to show proof for just the first academic year. Thank you. I feel really dvmb now😂 advanceDNA: |
I did. Did I miss something? Please let me know advanceDNA: |
I'm a bit confused, sorry if I sound ignorant. But these people look mature in age. Like late twenties early thirties, mid-thirties even. How does the economic crisis in Nigeria affect them? Do they depend on their Nigerian relatives to send them money for schooling? They can't get jobs in the UK then? If I hadn't seen their pictures I would have assumed they were teenagers or people in their early 20s. Or they don't have time to get jobs because their schoolwork is so time consuming? So long as you follow requirements you can definitely work on a student visa, even if it's just during vacations or just on-campus |
Definitely. If you spend too much time online you start getting jaded and believing the world is bleaker than it really is. There are people in marriages filled with love and consideration, loyalty and peace. Don't believe everything the internet shoves in your face. I promise you, lots of people are doing fine. Just choose well and you can do fine too. This is why I make sure I don't spend too much time online. The world is much brighter than social media makes it appear. You'll be fine. PerfectStranger: |
Wonderful. How does this change the price of bread though? |
Everybody involved is a great mumu |
Lmao TheFinesseKid: |
This kind of stuff is what gives us such a bad reputation. Why will you immigrate to another country and descend into lawlessness? Look how hard it is for Nigerians to travel to other countries. Why can't we be known for good? Drug trafficking is turning into our staple. RituaI kiIIings too. Prostitution. We're on the same list with countries like North Korea when it comes to countries most likely to be denied entry to other countries. |
A lot of people have a twisted view of marriage and view it as a military dictatorship. I believe the husband is the head of the home, that's obvious. And the prime decisionmaker. But a marriage isn't all about "go and do this" "yes boss". It's supposed to be a loving partnership. Which means everyone's thoughts and feelings should be taken into account. As a man, it's good to hear your wife's point of view. Unless you went ahead to marry a duIIard you should be able to get some points from her. The decision-making remains on you, but still get her opinion. If your marriage is based on love this wouldn't be a problem. And a good woman will feel valued if she was listened to, even if her advice wasn't followed. Do you get? When I marry, my husband's opinion will take precedence over anyone else. But if I'm always shouted down and viewed as insignificant, I'd start to feel stifled. And then that's how marriages become loveless. I'm always grateful my dad values my mom to ask for her point of view on stuff. And my mom will bring any issue she has to him to hear what he has to say. It makes everything flow so smoothly. I hope my marriage is like that. Actual love. |
It boils down to the individual I think, and not the gender of the person. Yeye bosses exist in both genders, and great ones as well. |
In my opinion these are things that shouldn't be considered at all. Look at other countries. My best friend has moved abroad. She complained to me about how she noticed her front door squeaked a lot. Mind you this is something she could have easily fixed herself with a screwdriver. But it wasn't her responsibility as she wasn't the owner of the building. In fact she told me she could get in trouble for that. She called the landlord and he resolved it. It is not the tenant's responsibility to be in charge of any maintenance of the property, as they are not the owners. Whether the landlord is living with them or not, as the owner of the building he's the one in charge of providing utilities to the ones paying rent, including electricity. Therefore it's his or her job to fix anything faulty. Is the tenant's name on the deed to the house? Abeg Obesity: |
Let's be friends, you sound like a kind person, and on this kind of forum that's rare to find Darlingme: |
Where exactly did you read it? Because from your posts you've been repeating this info a lot. It's harmful to regurgitate unconfirmed information, especially when there's the deceased involved. We should wait for more information to come out before accusing her of infidelity. Beverlyjean: |
Honestly sha, may we not marry problems. This one you're saying sef is small. My mom's stepmother scattered their home and made her dad stop supporting her through school. Also made her biological mom leave the house. My mom really suffered because of her. Either way, if you get married and have misunderstandings with your wife, don't take it out on your kids, even if they don't take your side. Learn from your dad's experiences. I hope it didn't affect him too much. Sapasenator: |
What a dad! In secondary school most people are still doing trial and error in their life. His dad chose to stop him from schooling because he chose his mom's side in an argument. Gave away his properties, was petty even on his deathbed, because of something his son did in secondary school. Na baba. In fact, we suppose give am award. Most levelheaded and mature-thinking individual. He should have run for president with that kind of mentality. Me too, when I have kids, if they break one plate or come back home with any result that's not an A, I too will cut them off. This changed the trajectory of my life. Sapasenator: |
Oh really? Do you have some proof of this? I'd like to read up more on this case. Where did you get this info from? Beverlyjean: |
Show us pictures of your boyfriend rocking the shirts so we can share in your joy Badbeach1: |
I don't understand. She should have gone in broad daylight, maybe around 11am to a known location to do it? Maybe she should have stood in front of ShopRite around 12pm when people move about a lot. Would that be more plausible for you? Maybe because it's a cold morning, maybe that's why I find it hard to understand your point. Please explain. yemmit90: |
Imagine if reverse was the case, and one of ours pushed one of theirs off a crane in their own country. They would get the d3ath sentence that same day, in fact. This is the same nonsense that was going on when Chinese people built a supermarket in Abuja and refused to allow Nigerians to enter. They'll come to our own country and treat us like dirt. This isn't the first case of workplace vioIence or abuse by Chinese foreigners in Nigeria. The law is not going to do anything. In cases like this, I support jungle justice. May she rest in peace |
There was another thread made about her and everyone assumed she had gone to cheat on her husband with her secret boyfriend, with a lot of people wishing d3ath on her. Anyone who wished for her safe return was called an sIut and d3ath was also wished on them. Now it's come out she was depressed. I truly wish she hadn't seen it as the only option. RIP. Please check on your friends and family members and remind them they're not alone, so they don't feel taking their life is the only option they have. |
I didn't argue it even though I wanted to because I realized you're only going to see what you want to. It was obvious when you saved a picture of me, a random stranger online to prove your point. I've never seen anyone go that far before😂 As for my lifestyle, I have nothing about me to change. I don't have time to be doing prostitution when I'm busy bagging my engineering degree. Plus, my dad is alive and well to provide stuff for me so long as I keep my GPA up, and I am. Let go of all the hate in your heart, it's bad for the skin. essentialone: |
Does shaming my appearance make you feel better about yourself? You can't expect me to take you seriously, c'mon. How I look like has nothing to do with the subject at hand, try and stay focused. Dagger111: |
You're right, I should have been more inclusive. I just used women as an example, since the case was about a woman. There's honestly no reason to record that ElevationD: |
Lmao when you're done delete my photo from your gallery😂 have a great day sir essentialone: |
You're actually quite scary. You assumes her lifestyle based on a selfie and a picture of her in a restaurant and decided she deserved the worst. Now you're wishing the worst on others as well. Then you started quoting bible verses as if Jesus would advocate for her d3ath because of your assumptions. Please change. I think you spend too much time online and it's unhealthy. essentialone: |
