Leadership plays a good role. Take it or you leave it. People got approved much more during buhari-led administration than now. Ask those who travelled to usa, UK and Canada during that period. Some mistakes were even overlooked. From.may 2023 onwards, applicants who had more than enough documents got rejected, including some of those who had been traveling before.

In some circumstances, they gave Nigerian applicants some considerations and fair-hearing during Buhari's administration than now. People got call from the embassy to send more documents, etc.

I stood as a guarantor for a married lady who was going to meet her husband in the USA. She applied as a student. I gave her a statement of 5m naira and the VO told her the amount was too low, compared to the embassy's requirements, asking her if she could get another sponsor that had enough funds. We thought they won't look at the statement. My story always sounds fake to many nay-sayers but let God judge me on this if it's a lie. She said yes and the VO said she should take back her documents, now gave her a 221g form and asked her to respond in a matter of days. We gathered up the money and built up the same account to 15m naira, this was in 2019. I was the one that took her documents to the DHL office in isolo for submission as instructed by the VO cos her job dodnt allow her. Her visa was approved.

When you have a decent leader in place, you get some considerations and reconsiderations as citizens, booth home and abroad. These people know us more than we think we know ourselves.

There are some guys I admire their intellectual but get disappointed when they discuss issues about women. In other words, they are like the rest of Nigerian men who just can't function without stepping on women. Don't know if it's religion, rigid culture and low self esteem that causes that.

You will know the real man around you when you start making close to what he makes in a year, or the same and above what he makes. It doesn't hide. That insecurity will just appear from nowhere. I saw a LIVE MERMAID in a gutter close to the gate of NAPO Private School, Maitama in the year 1996.

Mermaids are real and most are violent and aggressive. She had long claws, hair that looks like the popular Brazillian or Peruvian hair wigs that babes wear. She was nude from the waist up. She had black gutter sewage filth all over her top side and tail area. She looked drained and upset. She was wriggling left to right, clawing the air around her ( since she couldn't get to us the little children, some fifteen to twenty feet away from her ). A local dog (ekuke) kept barking at her. It didn't go too close to her, but I'm sure dogs can identify spirit beings.

I wish I could see such a sighting again. I wasn't scared that much that day. It was fascinating. Teachers came and chased us inside but I had already seen everything there was to see.

In the end, she wasn't caught. She lowered herself back into the round opening of the gutter and returned wherever the hell she came from.

I'll go there on an expedition hunt in future when I'm really wealthy and have enough people to assemble to go comb the entire area in search of her and her kind. There is a nearby pond close to the place we sighted her, so, I'm guessing she might still be around. They don't die afterall. If I'm to put an age to her, she looked to be around 30-45 years of age. Going by what I saw, ooh.

Is that why marine had disturbed me all these years, because I saw one of theirs and lived to tell people the story?? Now, they claimed I'm a mariner too, bla bla. Haha. I'm a child of yahwe, jareh.
But I really want to see more mermaids, ooh. I am not afraid. My state has tales of mermaids being caught and shipped to the white man abroad. Also tales of mermaid sightings in and out of water. I'll go on a search someday and yes, nothing bad will happen to me. Destiny child. 😁
