I see different scenarios of greed here but the most baffling is most of the victims have no accountability. They are still blaming someone else for their own greed which is so annoying. They haven't learned and if another comes up, they will still invest. This tells me Nigerians have very short term memory. It makes it easy for companies like apple, Dell, Tesla etc to set up companies in China because the skills to make high end products are READILY available in China.

The US can't match China when it comes to skills needed to produce tech products like phones, electric cars, chips, laptops etc. If you have 50000 quatum mechanics in the US, there are 5 million quatum mechanics in China.
