Something is right with the judge and the judgment made too.
Why would he decide not to refund the money in the first place when he knows fully well that the money is meant for business and not for charity.

I wish I could sue the person that refused to refund my own 5k till date too I would have asked the judge to dash her 5years imprisonment.

The sentence is too harsh, what's the point the judge trying to make, turn him into a harden criminal? He has paid the money back already and forfeited the motorcycle, why still send him to prison for two years after pleading guilty, something is not right with the judge.

Those that earn money on fiverr are those who try to expand their skills, doing those things that most people can not do. If you only write on fashion writing, trust me, you may be getting atmost 2 orders in a month. With over 7 months on fiverr, I have not been told to write on fashion. Maybe they are buyer's needing fashion writers, but how much can you make writing in this niche?
