nigerianium:

Put correctly, this is the true test for APC. After all, everyone who joined the APC is a "Change agent" and a "saint".
I disagreed. Saraki was never the party’s choice and he was rigged in by all PDP's members.

If U have lived in d south east/south south U will know that anytime U hear of police shooting a civilian unlawfully,it is definitely going to be a hausa/fulani policeman.
Their acts when in d east is no different from their boko haram brothers.
Eeeeeh o! This is psychological. So what are your suggestion(s)?

This is a true test for Saraki. Hopefully, he will prove his naysayers wrong.

Because it's the same hausa/fulani policemen killing innocent civilians in Biafraland everyday because of 50 naira bribe.

This is not the first, second, third nor fourth time.

Enough is enough
Are you for real? Enough is enough for what? Police brutality is not a southeast issue, it is a National issue. The earlier you realises it the better for you guys.

This story is still not adding up. Why will a government official website quote 78m when is 10m naira? It's high time the press beam their searchlight on Ambode. He should order the department in charge of procurement to release the necessary documentation.

Amazing voice that girl has got in that her smallish stature!
Truly stunning! One just have to close his/her eyes to understand the power behind that voice. She's not just singing, she's took me on a journey. Which personally I'm missing in Anderson. Anderson have a great voice but I'm not connecting to his song.

Jennifer!!!!!!!!!! What a show stopping voice. Nigeria got talent.

I didn't see Ada coming but my goodness, she killed that song.

These ladies made my night.

their normal singer like any other person you need to check out chike, dehinde and joy
I'm definitely watching out for them this weekend. They are all fantastic singers but are they fantastic performers? Last season, Dianella was one of the great voices but she ended up not winning anything. Christian wasn't one of the best vocalist but he ended up wowing most of us with his performance and ended with the 2nd runner up position.

Right now, there's no clear cut winner until they've all gonethrough the fire of nomination and elimination nights.

yes but that doesnt mean it wud get d recognition d way those "so called killing"series get
Recognition as in awards? Probably. But for the series to be in it's 5th season and still waxing strong say something.

By the way my comment doesn't mean I hate 'killings films' I just hate it when main characters who I loved died. It annoys me.
TV/Movies › Re: What Movie Are You Watching Now? by luvmijeje(f): 11:14am On Aug 06, 2015
I personally want to thank everyone who recommended 'Suit'. That's the best Law season film that I've ever watch.

Dialogue..... Superb. Suspense..... Great though we know Jessica and her team will always win. Acting...... Fantastic..... There's no weak point, I love all the actors. Drama....... On point.

This is the first time I'm watching a film that's not a comedy where someone important don't have to die every episode or season just for the directors to show off to viewers that we're watching Suspense... Suit has shown that Killings is overrated and overused.

So far I've been impress with Jennifer and Dehinde. I'm still searching for the reasons why everyone have been oohing and ahhing over Jeff and Pearl.

But I'm sure over the next few weeks others that personally have not stood out will wow me.

The APC might want to support a SE candidate. Rochas and Ngige will have to fight it out if it comes to that
They might want to do that for the post of Vice-president but not President. If they decide to go that route I'll prefer Okorocha.

Until their leaders start coming out to condemn the politics of hatred being perpetrated in the region it will remain elusive because that seat is too powerful and too sensitive in the hands of those that will use it as a means of revenge.

The bolded is the problem with Saraki and Atiku. They need to grab more Tha states and grab regions. Look at Kwankwaso and Tinubu. They don't need to make noise or jump around but you feel the support they have and when they talk, millions move.

I think Kwankwaso, Fashola or Ngige will be the next president.
Ngige? Seriously? A man who lost gubernatorial and senatorial election.
Politics › Re: Saraki In Maiduguri: Tentative First Steps For 2019 Presidency - Vanguard by luvmijeje(f): 7:34am On Aug 06, 2015
By getting Ike Ekweremadu into the loop as Deputy Senate President, and contrary to the norms of Senate in respect of ranking, also making Godswill Akpabio Minority leader, Bukola Saraki will claim his political IOU in 2019.

He will posture as having given the Southeast and the South-South recognition and platforms of relevance, when they ordinarily would have lost out in 2015, for voting against the APC and PMB. Secondly, he would calculate that his chances are very bright as PDP’s presidential candidate in 2019, because given the current political reality, the PDP will most likely be obliged to present a Northern candidate to run against PMB.
He has a nice plan...... But this plan will work if Buhari do not perform which is close to impossible...... Or if Buhari refuse to contest which is impossible because he'll perform excellently...... or if PDP rig the election in his favour as they did in the Senate.... They couldn't even do it successfully for Jonathan therefore it's out of it.

I've more chance of being the President than Saraki will ever be.

And has biya been able to suppress boko haram in his own country after they switched from passive dwellers to aggressive occupants in northern cameroon? I asked for objective reasoning, I hate and despise buhari but rather than mock at his failures when it comes to tackling boko haram, I'll rather he succeeds and save countless numbers of innocent Nigerians from dying needlessly, but APC as opposition would rather berate the GEJ administration, calling into question his inability to crush boko haram alone which is a far cry from what buhari is doing right now, you'll rather mock your president, your military and your country by extension and that is why i call you all Fifth columnists and saboteurs, you succeeded in hounding GEJ out and now, you cant perform the wonders you expected from GEJ like tackling boko haram alone, you see your hypocrisy?
Thank God, Nigerians succeeded in hounding him out of power. He was given a long rope
and he succeeded in hanging himself.

Nigerians never expected him to fight Boko Haram alone. We expected him to use the financial and human resources available to him as the President to fight it........ Unfortunately he failed. He failed in his utterances, in his carriage and in every area one can think of.

I don't even want to talk about him again........ Buhari should just recover our money from him.
Politics › Re: Will Boko Haram Ever Attack Lagos? by luvmijeje(f): 6:35pm On Jul 31, 2015
Hian! OP, why do you have to single out Lagos?

Anyway, that's why Boko Haram issue should have been taken as a National crisis right from onset instead of levity that it was been treated with . Boko Haram is not a Northern issue. As far is still exist, no one is safe in this country.

Good

Now those pathological lying liars like doctokwus, dustmalik, luvmijeje and the rest who despite being educated lack critical thinking and objectivity should come and refute this, lies have expiry dates, the truth has no expiry date............despite being quiet in his retirement, these false patriots and 5th columnists of this project called Nigeria won't let G.E.J be, they are now even taking Biya's word ahead of Jonathan's embarassed how funny, i guess they'll rather have biya as their president right? Anyway, woe betide buhari to limit his probe to Jonathan's administration alone over fear of what Obasanjo might expose over his dubiousness and duplicity in his claim to sainthood angry I will "pyt kwarrufsion indeed"
*pukes in disgust embarassed*
Jonathan can never be left alone because is failure is at the expense of thousands of life. A President who's watch the Barns were opened for every goats and other species of animals. A President who failed to take the issue of Boko Haram seriously through his utterance and demeanour by his belief that Boko Haram is a Northern elite plan to bring his government down. A President who came out on National TV to tell us Boko Haram were in his government but refuse to raise his hands against them.

So are you still wondering why I believe Biya's statement

You failed to remember that each time boko haram attacked Nigeria then they ran to Cameroun, not until they kidnapped the wife of the deputy prime minister and started attacking Cameroun, that was when that dictator, Paul Biya woke up.
Of course i don't believe that story cause each time Buhari travels, he must come back with negative story about Goodluck. Eg Ex minister stole 6billions USD
Was it enough reason for Jonathan not to pick his calls? The truth of the matter is that every country knows we had a corrupt and incompent President who only knows how to loot.

@passingshot, God bless you. There's a saying that if tomorrow will be sweet, one will start knowing from today.

How I wish the President knows the degree of goodwill he have among ordinary Nigerians. Everywhere I go, people are just saying this man will be the best President Nigeria ever have, even among those who didn't vote for him.

I know he will perform going by what I've seen so far.

Complaint galore.
Therefore, I appeal to the relevant agencies of government to mobilize the huge human and material resources we have in this country towards the development of vibrant Defence Industrial Complex that would contribute to meeting our critical arms and equipment needs. This is crucial if we must reduce our total dependence on foreign sources of supply for critically needed arms
Seriously? Is this not included in his job description? With all the billion of dollars they blinded our eyes with, he couldn't even list his achievements rather the whole article were decorated with complaints.
Politics › Re: Insurgency War: Cameroun Indicts Jonathan-the Sun by luvmijeje(f): 4:53am On Jul 31, 2015
“The
major complaint, according to Biya, is that
Jonathan never or seldom, at best, picked his
calls. He said most times he called, Jonathan
neither picked nor returned his calls. And as a
result, the integration of efforts that should
have stopped Boko Haram’s foray and
unchallenged run was lacking.”
Jonathan's hands are not clean. No President can be this nonchalant if he's not directly or indirectly benefiting from the crisis.
