I read the article twice and all what I can deduce is a writer acting like a smart Alec and trying to obfuscate the fact that DSS went by the book. If, indeed, the DSS had such credible intelligence linking the former NSA to treasonable felony against the Nigerian State, why did they go t his houses with only a search warrant and no arrest warrant. And what law state that the DSS must go with an arrest warrant for any intelligence on treasonable felony? Over sabi writer. |

chukwudi44: Okay!! Why do you think the dullard is yet to appoint ministers? I can bet you that no Tinubu backed nominee would be cleared by the NASS.The yorubas in APC had better stay away from him should they ever hope to get any ministerial appointment. Abeg, what's the link between your wailing and this thread? |

The most critical part of being a spokesperson is timeliness. So far Femi is doing a good job of swiftly responding to issues which makes the job of the wailing wailers difficult.
I'm impress with the way he neutralise their propaganda in a concise and sensible statement. |

TexasR: Another brainless, ignorant child with a puerile view.
Nigeria will be brought to their knees if they upset the ND,this was what I said here on nairaland in 2008,when Nigeria was exporting 2 million BPD,the boys in the ND vowed to cripple the economy and were well on the path to achieve it ,having brought the daily export of crude to less than 900,000 BPD,this was what actually FORCED Late President Yar Adua to offer them amnesty
Unfortunately,Mumuuhari is too daft and clueless to be pragmatic,so he will lead Nigeria into a cul-de-sac with the militants and Nigeria will be the one to suffer it Ranting of a deluded criminal. So, You are comparing a sickly Yaradua to General Buhari, anyway let Tampolo throw the first stone. |

At the end of the day, he and no one else will be judge by his results. |

He must be ask to go on compulsory leave. |

The Nation learnt that the promoters of Atlantic Energy are negotiating a soft-landing with some people that are very close to the corridors of power with a view to refunding a paltry amount. Their stratagem is to sway the new administration to avoid the “unnecessary controversies” that a probe may generate so that they can be asked to go and sin no more. As part of a grand strategy to achieve their objective, some foot soldiers have been enlisted, including some highly-placed Nigerians, to reach out to President Muhammadu Buhari to strike a deal on their behalf, fearing that any inquiry into the books of NPDC and other agencies in the highly opaque oil and gas sector will most likely unearth a can of worms My goodness! Jonathan can never escape prison. |

So the path we must take is simple, even if it is not easy: First, instill rules and good governance; second, install officials who are experienced and capable of managing state agencies and ministries; and third, seek to recover funds stolen under previous regimes so that this money can be invested in Nigeria for the benefit of all of our citizen Ladies and gentlemen, we finally have a President who understands what Leadership and governance is all about. |

ocelot2006: Didn't u read her reply? Apparently Osho the Benin chimpanzee has dysentry of the mouth. This were Oshomole recent questions as at 3days ago (1)how come those accruals into the Excess Crude Account got depleted without the knowledge of the National Economic Council?
(2)How come monies that were supposed to accrue into the said account cannot be found in it going by the balance sheet provided by the former Minister? How come the Minister unilaterally dipped her hand into the Excess Crude Account to spend money in defiance of the constitution and the laws of the land?
(3)How come that the Minister finds it convenient to publish allocations to States and Local Governments, but refused to publish accruals into the same account for us to know the status of the account at any point in time; how much was left from where she was distributing from? Okonjo should get get ready to defend herself in the court of justice. |
