I've said it before the civil service workforce is more of a scam and liability to government.
Most of them practically does nothing other than gossip. You see duplication of roles in most ministries and most of the employment are political.
For the states to reduce the working from 5 days to 3 shows that most of them are not actually needed for effective governance.
If you are a company worker and you manager tells you to come to office 3 days in a week, definitely you will work from home for the remaining 2 days.
