What happens to tracking a call to the closest mast.
Like we are not even ready to tackle insecurity.
PoliticsRe: Will Nigeria Be Great?? by lwisee: 3:56pm On Jan 14, 2024
Yes, Nigeria will be great if :
- We don't sabotage governments effort in their rescue mission
-We stop hoarding Dollars hoping to sell when Naira falls
-We as Nigerians try not to be corrupt or encourage corruption in our own little ways.
-We all do the right thing at the right time.

On the part of the Government
-Government should be serious and sincere with the fight against insecurity. There will be food scarcity if terrorist keep killing big time farmers. Most farmers in the village have relocated to the cities due to insecurity.
-Government should be more serious with their fight against foreigners conniving with locals to steal our mineral resources.
-Government should provide basic amenities, Nigerians don't ask for too much, just good roads, electricity, improved Healthcare sector, good rail system for moving goods around with ease.

It's only federal government that will benefit big from Dangote Refinery as less FOREX will be required for importation of petroleum products. As for the final consumers, I pray that we don't end up being worse-off as with the case of Cement currently.
Secondly, he can decide to export all his products to the international market and we then important from there like the NLNG model.

This can never be possible, we would rather shutdown the Refinery.
Trust me, Dangote cannot do that. NNPC(FG) owns a substantial part of the Refinery.
PoliticsRe: What Will Be The Price Of Dangote Oil(diesel) by lwisee(op): 2:32pm On Jan 14, 2024
Just remember, when FG was subsidizing PMS, we were actually subsidizing for the entire West African region.
PoliticsWhat Will Be The Price Of Dangote Oil(diesel) by lwisee(op):
I've been wondering what the price per litre of diesel will be once it hits the market.
The main issue is, once it's lower than what we have in the market presently, dealers will prefer to ship it to neighboring countries to maximize their gain.
Our borders are too porous.
I'm worried

PoliticsRe: Demolition Of Computer Village Powa Section by lwisee: 4:36pm On Dec 31, 2023
Before people start turning this demolition to a tribal war.
Here are some facts:

The Plaza is owned by Police Women Association (POWA)
The building is very old hence the need to demolish it and rebuild a befitting structure.
All the shops were rented out(not sold) hence the property still belongs to POWA.
Notice were issued previously before the final 24hrs demolition notice.
Once the new Plaza is completed, the old tenants will be considered first.

I'm dissapointed.
I see him as the best performing governor in Nigeria not knowing that he's a religious bigot.

I expect the Christian body to rise up and speak against this nonsense but they will rather keep quite and focus on tithe and offering.

Nna mehnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

That's why it's a fiction story...now let me give example

if I write a fiction story in this 2023 about a President called Tinubu who ruled a country called Nigeria and put a fiction like that 'he raped 300 women in one day' and stole a golden calf and ran to Cameroon' do you know that people reading my book in 3023 will believe me because there was actually a country called Nigeria and Cameroon and a man called Tinubu actually ruled the country..... that's how the bible was written.
You are not saying anything here, prove to us that it's a fiction
PoliticsRe: Is Religion A Curse Or A Blessing In Nigeria by lwisee: 9:45pm On Dec 05, 2023
All I know is that we shouldn't be blind folder by religion.

The ultimate truth is that God (Jehovah) exist and he's the creator of the universe.
What's is wrong with Nigerian Christian is the way our pastors interprete the Bible. They make us believe that you can get everything you want through miracle instead of hardwork.
They make us believe that prayer can make our leaders act right.
God has given us free-will, he hardly interfere in our decisions that's why we are different from Angels

Incase you don't know the bible was approved by King James a British king and the bible also told us that it's hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of god but king James family are one the richest people in the whole world....
You are not making sense bro
The first Bible compilation was done around 380AD.
King James approved the English version of the Bible

We are biggening to ask intelligent questions concerning especially the Christian religion since I was brought up as a Christian.

I love how some of my generation who have awoken are now biggening to ask questions about this bible god and his so called son jesus or whatever brought to us by people who enslaved us for 400yrs.

How the Europeans used a fiction book called bible to deceive us and are still deceiving us in this 21st century, while they (Europeans) are building castles and beautifying their place because they know fully well that there is nowhere called heaven or hell.

We must as a matter of urgency ask for forgiveness to our ancestors because we have wronged them so much by insulting and calling them evil
How is it a fiction. Most of the places mention in the Bible exist till today.
Most of the stories were also confirmed to be true.

Tired of this government

I voted Tinubu and I'm disappointed in him
6 months gone already, no concrete plan on how to move Nigeria forward
The paliatives meant for the poor were shared by APC memebers
It's true that a corrupt man can never fight corruption.
As at today, I can't locate any Petrol engine to CNG conversion station in Lagos. They keep promising and promising.
Petrol is N595 as at today, Dollar is N1,100.
If this government couldn't bring down the cost of food items by December, a massive protest will errupt in January which might likely lead to a change of government.
I fear for the future of this Nation.

Southwest is the hardest hit overtaking the northeast. As an Uber driver and an economic scientist and researcher, i can tell you that the suffering in Southwest has quadrupled. It remains for people to start eating grass, just to survive.
What exactly are Siuthwest leaders doing? The only places you see little light are the southwest capitals and even in those capitals, there are steady growth of slums and ghettos...

The Northeast population are also battling serious economic situation majorly occasioned by insecurity. The leadership has continued to pay lipservice on education. These people need education to be lifted from the crude condition they have continued to be in.

The southeast have continued to thrive and evolve in different economic conditions. Whatever the economic condition have continued to strengthen them that they have risen above difficult conditions and they are really doing well.

The South south are emulating the southeast and they are not doing too badly

The northwest leadership have done some good in that region.

The north central are neither here nor there but their condition is better than that of southwest and northeast
What makes a fully grown man to leave his wife and children and run to Lagos to sell car charger in traffic... Just dey play 😂

Why do you people always feels that ones someone criticise your beloved government, the person is any enemy? Criticism is a integral ingredient to success. Mark this down somewhere. Even in western climes where the system is working, people still criticise. It helps to keep the government in focus or else they will become a monster.
Now to the post. While I receive this news with missed feelings, I wish the government can stamp out corruption. Only then can this country thrive. Also dangote is given to much preference from the government. I will only be completely glad if there is no monopoly and other players are allowed in with emasculating and suffocating them with government bureaucracy in a bid to kill them
The message here is stop being a pessimist...
There is no monopoly in this business, one refinery will be up and running before the end of December and the second one will start running before the end of 2024.We have close to 4 modular refineries at the moment, all struggling to get crude oil.
Abdulsamad Rabiu is also building a massive refinery in Akwa-Ibom which will be completed in 2025.

We are hopeful and if we want to criticize the government let it be constructive criticism.

Thanks for your understanding
