Just as others have spoken, we should not allow greed in this line of biz. Nothing like rider asking you to loan small money, that it will be added to your fare. NO WAY! I bluntly tell them i gat no money. Always come out with your money.
The thing wey greed go cause for some people....
Same with drivers going to areas that can spoil their car. All na greed! grin grin
Lol. I got a trip to Sango ota yesterday at Obalende, I wanted to turn it down, but d rider pleaded with me not to cancel and promise to offer me more money. He said about 5 drivers cancelled and refuse to go because of bad road. Omo mehn! That place is very very bad. After Abule Egba, Is like they dug hundreds of 3feet grave from Abule egba to Sango ota. As you coming out from a big deep pit you are entering another one. It continues like that all d way to Sango ota. Rider was telling me that a truck fell and killed 2 hawkers due to d bad road. Hammadiya, Kola, Alakuko these places are eyesore. Very annoying and irritating place to go. I wonder how that place will be when it rains. I can't count how my silencer hit d ground. The trip ended 6,600, rider added extra 2,400 making 9k. Luckily for me I got another trip from Sango back to Abule Egba under bridge. I got to kola and change route followed AIIT road to Ekoro road to burst out to Abule Egba. I am saying these here to sensitize U guys how that place looks like before U go. Greed of extra pay made me take such adventure. grin
But I don't think I can try that again.

If only uber dey show destination, I for dey manage them.

This one wey ocar don take style throw in towel..
INDriver is not a bad one. U use it as additional to BOLT or Uber. The good thing about it. You take trips you want, refusing to take trips doesn't affect your rating, you offer your price, Their rating system is open and transparent not like Bolt or uber You see all destination of trip request. You see what riders are saying about your service and that gives the opportunity to improve. Zero commission u pay no dime. All the money is yours. The bad side is that, it doesn't read in traffic, they don't have large rider base yet and they are still growing. I see them seriously competing with uber and Bolt in 2years to come. If they can work on their pricing and App features, they may take over. It favours the driver and rider at the same time

just message bolt now. mehn you guys driving are really trying especially those on HP or delivering una they try.

Your fare price needs to be look into especially in Lagos.

65naira/per km and 10naira/per min is damn too low, compare to the traffic situation in Lagos with bad road that leads to your car tyres and shock been damage .

Well as for me, is not a fare price at all. All i can see is that your organisation pleasing only your riders while trying to milk your drivers dry.

I guess looking into the price will attract and inspire more driver to work especially during the raining season.

As for me, i have quit working for you guys until further notice.

Thank God say na me own car n not driving for anyone.

Regards

No be only you dey feel the pain bro. 2months earning May and June has all going into repairs and maintenance no savings. This is as a result of bad roads. Throughout last 2months I have been taking trips to bad areas ikotun, idimu, mushing, oshodi, ijegun, Egbeda, Abulegba, Akute, Ojodu, Mile 2, Ikorodu inside, iyana ipaja, agege, iju and so on. 80% of my trips are to these bad bad places.
The fares are too small to maintain and repair your car and still have savings. It doesn't read in traffic. Now that raining season has come every road in Lagos is getting uglier everyday. I cant be driving to these bad places, damaging my car and use all my earnings to fix the car. It doesn't make sense at all. It like someone is moving in circle, no profit no earning. I rather prefer places like Ikeja, yaba surulere, gbagada, yaba, kosofe axis, Lagos island, lekki, Ajah, etc. Places where 80% of the road are good. To maintain and repair Car is not easy with the low fares we get on daily,

It's the sweetest deal for drivers on rentals. Moove will soon move out of the market with this unwise business idea of using brand new cars for uber. Drivers will cash out and abandon the cars when they finally succumb to evil roads and demonic floods
Actually referring to higher purchase drivers.

I really don't understand why you're hell bent on discouraging drivers from taking up the moove cars.

Firstly, it's on rental, not HP. Is it not better to drive a brand new car on rental, than these lemon cars all over the place. Repair and maintenance is on moove at 25k weekly.

It's a sweet deal if you ask me.

This is ain't a sweet deal bro. N6,000,000 million car is not suitable for this business. Paying up will be really difficult. I call it a self induced slavery. Regardless of the cheap fares, there are so many uncertainties sorrunding this business. In this case only the wise excel.

Funny thing happened yesterday, didn't go to work so I on my huber app.. Got a request in Ilupeju going to gbagada. I picked up the rider and I decided to follow one way (just abt 50meters) to link up the Express. I knew what I was doing thr other route linking the Express was badly flooded and damaged.

Next thing police jump out from nowhere make I park. Na so I park, Olopa sharply enter my car.

Police: your offence is 50k..blah blah blah
Me: Oga calm down, the other road is bad that's why i took this route.

Police: Drive go station... Taskforce go impound your car.
Me: oga which way be your station
Rider: please oga police I'm late, let me give you 2k for the troubles.
Police: after initial gra gra collected the 2k and came down.

Me: madam rider thanks jare don't mind this police people. She just smiled.

Na so, I drop rider for her house, next thing I hear phone ringing under the front passenger seat.

The kind damages wey my car don suffer this raining season no be small thing, even the good roads are spoiling on daily basis. Potholes and flood everywhere. Any trip to amuwo odofin and Alimosho areas are suspended for now. Yaba, surulerw , Ikeja and island are reasonable places this raining season, but flood is one factor that is affecting this areas with good road network.

For those eyeing the moove cars. Its easy to take a car. Paying for it is the issue.

Hypothetical example.
A 2016 corrolla ,say #6,000,000.

Payment- #25,000
50 weeks( in a year)- #1,250,000

4 years 6months.

And I'm sure they have to markup the price to make some profits.

4 years and 6 months of your life paying #25,000 weekly.

With Dirt cheap fares....

They have your BVN too.,they will look at your cash flow for d past 6 months, so if you want a brand new car your monthly turnover must be really impressive.

Reason the issue well o.

To cut long story short. Some passers buy came and then they asked me to appologise to him and beg him I refused, apologise for getting hit? because he's a military man?? No! I won't beg him. More people came saying I should just beg him. Make e no b like say I dey stubborn since everybody is saying the same thing I then decided to beg him but the guy said lie lie say I must buy his long time broken traffigator. Everybody could even see the dust on it that it has long been broken.

I went into my car and then started making calls, before this time a soldier man was driving pass on the other lane towards Ikeja under bridge direction, he stopped and supported his colleague as expected and the both of them were boosting that they'll make me drink the flood water, they will do this and that. All this while I didnt say a word apart from the apology I tendered b4. After his colleague left was when I went into make a call.

The guy has been making calls of all kinds "where una don reach, bla bla bla... Passers bye where trying to tell me to beg him with any miney I've on me or do a transfer of at least 2k to him b4 his guys will come. All of these I saw it as trying to put fear in me but I didn't give in because I knew I wasn't wrong, I told them I'd no money on me apart from N250 which I showed them. Some weak just waka go while some stayed still begging the guy. While I was inside the car he then came to meet me ordering me to step out, I did, he asked who you dey call? I said I dey call my wife to transfer me money me no get 1kobo for me account and I no get cash. Na lie oh I was having nothing less than 10k cash inside d car.

The next thing this guy dragged me that I should follow him, to his car, that I should give him my phone I refused. Then ordered me to seat on the ground I still refused, the next thing na slap twa! I waa about sitting on the ground and I just gain consciousness, na so I provoke started vibrating, shouting, at this point I don vex, spit out the chewing gum I'd been chewing all this while (that was what has been calming me down all those while) before i knew it more people don gather na so we come dey talk go here and there. Soldier man still dey make calls...

Las Las the stupid guy gave me his account number and I did transfer to him. My rider wanted to so the transfer to him but I told him not to worry because I wanted his details which finally did.

I've reported the matter of Twitter tagging the Nigeria army, the Nigeria Senate, @nigeriainfo 99.3fm and some other persons.

If you have anyone you know can help fight this injustice I xan tag pls kindly give me his Twitter handle. I took a short video of the man and his car without him knowing for evidence.

I believe he must have been doing this to innocent civilians all this while but I promise myself this would be his last.
The Zoo called Nigeria. Pathetic!!!

Hmmmmm, but I enjoy indriver o.
Especially as it's zero commission, if they are giving you ikeja to Ajah 2800 check other apps you will see that after commission you are better off with them.
I only wish they will have riders like bolt, I like their way at least you know what you will earn at the end of the trip.
Uber and bolt is full of uncertainty
After 6 months you start paying commission. It's not profitable in traffic cos the fare is fixed.

The worst mistake someone could do on this job is to please anyone just for rating. You as the driver bears the capital risk, whether on rentals or owner.if anything happens to the car youll be left alone to suffer in your world.set your standard and be proffessional. Once a rider tries to be foolish on your hard earned investment (car) ,put the person to where he/she belongs.all the times ive been on road crashes, or problem. all that this insatiable humans we call riders can do is to ask me cancel trip so they can enter another one, that theyre late to where theyre going to. Thats all. You cant dispute it .they have no business with you again. So why would you allow someone just because he/she could afford bolt/uber enslaving fare to destroy your life or plung you to more miserable life and problems..i cant go more than 60-70 on 3rdM Bridge, even when i had no rider. My fellow pilots, your job is to take them to their destination, non of them worth your death or your car been destroyed. Always remember speed is at your own risk. Any of your tire can burst or pull over and its usually 90% fatality.you can see an accident on a free road, if only the driver was alive to tell people that he lost control through the tires, buh no !all we could see is chattered nd destroyed car nd dead man.and it has no other name than accident and RIP. dead man tell no tale. Ive seen things on this hustle, once a rider request a rough drive or speed more than i could go, ill first ask him/her .IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO THIS CAR WHAT WILL YOU DO. request another?. As of today non of them has ever answered me.theyll just got muted, as if there senses came back. Be careful on the road guys. No body prays to finish his hustle on panel beater nd painters office because of some lowlife that havent bought car tires before....

You sound like you are new in this business. Customer first, every other thing follows. Bolt/uber no Wan hear all this good points U posted here. The only language they understand is customer satisfaction regardless of any other thing. I was almost rubbed on Sunday night at Abraham Adesanya. If not for my instinct, I would have said bye bye to my car or probably my life. But d God I serve pass dem
