no election in this country has ever been free and fair. the late yaradua openly accepted that the election that brought him to power was flawed. in fact, OBJ was a genius in rigging. he and iwu successfully rigged himself into power. Am obsess studing Aeronoutical Engineering,it as always being my ache from childhood. Gutsy arose when i tried NCA,Zaria but to no aveil. So i've decided to seek admission outside country.
Also,information has it that Certificate or Degree gotten outside Nigeria is preferable.
