LagosShia: 4.) the Quran does mention for instance the story of Luqman.he was guided and enlightened by God.the same goes about Zhul-Qarnain.now the issue of identifying who Zhul-Qarnain is,can best serve to answer your question.Zhul-Qarnain is someone the arabians were not familiar with but the Jews were.thus the jews knew him but the arabians did not.later on when trying to relate who Zhul-Qarnain was,the arabians were lost because they did not know him.ofcourse,thanks to knowledge we now can relate Zhul-Qarnain to Cyrus.

Islam teaches us that there are 124000 prophets sent to all of mankind.these prophets were teachers who came to educate and purify the souls of their communities.so no matter how small or insignificant a nation was they had someone sent to them so proof is placed over them.ofcourse over time those messages could have been lost or corrupted with myths and fairytales,and thus you have a comprehensive seal to the divine messages with the revelation of the Quran and the prophethood of Muhammad (sa).

"And for every nation is a messenger. So when their messenger comes, it will be judged between them in justice, and they will not be wronged"

LagosShia: 6.) the greatest impact of the divine message through the israelites and later the arabians was centered around the middle east.that region experienced a lot of happenings.

LagosShia: 7.) if you examine the hindu,buddhist and zoroastrian religions,you find that the message in their scriptures does point to Tawheed which is the central doctrine of the Quran and the Bible.so many Islamic scholars do not rule the possibility of these religious figures to have being prophets sent by God Almighty to those nations.

LagosShia: 8.) people best relate with their environment.when the arabians are taught about nations and men who are close to their backyard,they relate to the story better.the Quran is not an historical text.it is more than that.the Quran/Islam came to reform the previous revelations/religions (i.e. judaism and christianity).so if you want to start given stories about people in south america (people in the middle east then did not even know about south america),it is like telling us stories about Jupiter.such amounts to people perceiving the stories as fairytales.

I was told once that racism is not my business. That white people are more knowledgeable than we are therefore superior to us. By someone that I respected so much. He probably hasn't read up on his history or knew nothing of WHAT racism meant. Education is important. History is even more important. I learnt about slavery myself. NO ONE told me. NO school I attended taught that. They prefer to live in denial. This is all we can be they tell themselves.

So, when I see you open threads about racism, I know you won't get much posts because they simply do not know what racism is. I speak for most average Nigerians I knew.

there is no contradiction in those two verses.

hell fire as paradise also have levels.people are rewarded or punished as they deserve.for instance someone who committed genocide and someone who killed one person could be punished differently in terms of the environment they are placed.

in fact,if we take existence on earth from a relative perspective,and let us say there is another realm of existence,people will not fancy this earthly life and they can see it as full of suffering.others may even see it as punishment beause it presents suffering-which in fact is part of life on earth as a journey full of trials and tribulation.

The condition for remaining in hell is that Allah becomes Angry and cursed the killer who intentionally killed a believer. One will expect that whoever God is Angry with, curses from Him and great punishment can be expected. Now Allah does not say He will show anything on this killer but remaining Angry at him.



the dweller of fire here is unlike the one above because of different crimes they committed. While the one above intentionally killed a believer, the group below here is just wretched but not killer of believer intentionally.
The time he will spend in hell is described to the amount of time earth and heavens endure. No one can get to heavens to measure it so we will analyze the time the earth is here today.

The reality is that we do not know for sure how old the earth is because there may be at least a single variable that is so deep in the core of the earth or in the earth atmosphere or some other place under the heavens that man will never discover to be able to say this is how old the earth is, today.

But who knows how long man will remain more from today on the earth? More factors: For sure man will die off completely before the earth will be ended. What will be the amount of time before God destroys the earth after man has died off without a trace of once dominating the earth? Further, who knows the yardstick of how Allah will measure a day which could be as long as 50,000 earth years. What if Allah multiples each day of the earth existence which we dont know now and what it will be when it will be destroyed by 50,000 years?

Can anyone really wants to spend a day in hell? Is it not a known observation that a person experience great difficulty often say it is eternity to him during the difficulty which he does not know the time it will end in the future? A man dipped in hell for a moment and brought forgot that he had ever seen any good in his existence. So considering human experience on earth, eternity is when you see an ending.

God says He can make exception for the group here, showing His Quality of His Unlimited Ability to show Mercy. This people if you notice God did not curse them and has not became Angry with them. The difference of one permanent eternity as in above and the one here is according to Will of Allah, never forgiving the first group and may forgive the later group at some point, earliest time in this is the length of time the earth and heavens endure.

the most hypocritical part of it is that the same ishilove and ihedinobi were the ones cheering their foul-mouthed abusive davidylan when he was bashing atheists/agnostics/secular humanists. when they think they are winning they are happy. but when we return the favor to them, they are claiming the victim. they wont tell their foul-mouthed daidylan to stop bashing atheists but they will encourage him and then they gather here as if they are victims. they openly disobey their bible which says " Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them."
