It is a well known fact that Most pastors and clergy men, no longer see the "House of God" as a sacred place anymore.


They have disregarded the "Sanctity" of GOD's temple and they tend to take advantage of the innocent congregation as a means of survival all in the guise of preaching "The Prosperity Gospel" which co-incidentally, most of the people who attend churches these days prefer to listen to.

The porosity of the church is like the parable of Jesus Christ on the wheat and the tares. These churches are so many that it takes the grace of God to differentiate which is Godly or manly.

Tithing and offerings in some churches has now become a means of extorting the congregation, and the so called "Clergy Men" have tactfully upturned the verses of the bible which talks about "Tithing & Offerings" to suit them. Let's take a close look at some of the ways you can easily detect a Pastor who is simply after your money and not your soul.


1. Threaten you to pay tithes and offerings


Once your pastor threatens brimstone and fire against those that refuse to pay in his sermon or teachings, it is a sign for you to know that he is after your money and not the salvation of your soul.


2. Imposes tithes and offerings on his congregation


Always remember that your service to God, either with your money should not be a mandate, you should serve GOD with your heart and soul, and certainly not with your Wallet or Purse!!!


3. When the book of Malachi becomes your pastor’s favorite scripture


If truly GOD loves us when we are yet sinners, then the primary duty of your pastor should be on preaching to you, the gospel of "Salvation" for your repentance .
The church should be a clinic for believers and not a place of business for pastors. If you attend a church and all you hear often is pay your tithes and offering to the house of God, then it is time for you to move. God is interested in your heart not your money.


4. When you give your offering grudgingly


If you are giving to God then it has to be with a cheerful heart but once you grumble or murmur to give your offering or tithe, just know that it is for your pastor because you are giving under his influence.


5. When he puts fears in the minds of his subjects


When all your pastor could read out to you in his sermon is the curses and storm that will befall all those who do not pay their tithes. This simply means that he is the one that want your money and not God.


6. Emphasize on giving to the pastor and his family



Giving to the pastor and his family should not be a topic preached by pastors on the pulpit. If your pastor’s sermon is basically on giving your offering towards his welfare and that of his family, it shows that he is only interested in eating your tithes and offering for his personal use.


7. Complains about the denomination members give as offering


Your pastor on no occasion should complain on what people give to church, not even as a joke. Either in his sermon or teachings should he make reference to the denomination’s members drop as offering or tithe.
If you notice this behavior in your pastor then it is time you leave because he is seeing the church as a place to maximize profit.


8. Emphatically says your tithe and offering should be at your local church



There is no reference in the Bible that says that tithes and offering should be paid to your pastors, so on no account should a pastor tell his congregation to always give their tithes and offering in their local church.

But even being rechristened cannot make up for the fact that Snoop and his bodyguard were charged with the murder of a rival gang member. After years of court battles, Snoop was acquitted of all charges.

LANE GARRISON
The former Prison Break star has gained more attention for killing a teenager than his acting career ever got him.
Garrison was 27 at the time of his crime. He attended a high school party and offered to drive two teenagers home even though he had been drinking. Garrison’s vehicle slammed into a tree and 17 year old Vahagn Setian was killed. Garrison was sentenced to 40 months in prison but only served half his term.

BRANDY
In December of 2006 Brandy was involved in a car accident in Los Angeles on the 405 Freeway. According to Police Brandy was going approximately 65mph and did not notice traffic had slowed down in front of her. The singer/actor rear-ended 38 year old Awatef Aboudihaj. The mother of 2 was rushed to L.A. Holy Cross Hospital but did not survive her injuries. Huffington Post reports Brandy was not charged in the incident.

TUPAC
In 1993 Tupac Shakur was charged in the shooting of 2 off-duty police officers from an Atlanta, GA suburb. Shakur was charged with 2 counts of aggravated assault and was released on $55,000 bond. According to the NY Times, The two officers were released today from Grady Hospital here; one was wounded in the abdomen, the other was in the buttocks. After investigating Atlanta prosecutors determined they could not press charges against either parties due to lack of evidence. All charges against Tupac Shakur were dismissed.

HALLE BERRY
Granted, Halle did not actually kill anyone, but I feel like this is close to worst. Which is why she gets a dishonorable mention on this list. Halle was responsible for hitting a person with her car. The young woman lived but was in the hospital for a while. But here is the nasty bit: after she hit this woman, Halle rushed away from the scene in the wee hours of the night. She claims not to remember the accident, Berry later turned up at a hospital where she reported the accident to police and received 22 stitches for a gash on her forehead, according to People magazine. The actress, who pleaded no contest, was sentenced to 250 hours of community service, which she fulfilled by volunteering at a battered women’s shelter, and three years’ probation, according to the Associated Press. Jet magazine reported that she later settled a civil lawsuit with the other driver out of court.

OSCAR PISTORIOUS
On February 13, 2013 Oscar Pistorius shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in his home in Pretoria, South Africa. Pistorius shot Steenkamp through the bathroom door of his home alleging that he mistaken her as in intruder.
On September 12, 2014 Pistorius was found guilty of culpable homicide and one firearm-related charge, of reckless endangerment related to discharging a firearm in a restaurant. On 21 October 2014, Pistorius received a prison sentence of a maximum of five years for culpable homicide and a concurrent three year suspended prison sentence for the separate reckless endangerment conviction.

BRUCE JENNER
Olympic champion and Kardashian patriarch Bruce Jenner was involved in a fatal car accident on the Malibu stretch of PCH in February 2015. According to eyewitnesses, Jenner’s SUV rear ended a white car and sent it careening into oncoming traffic. It was then struck by a Hummer. The driver of the white car was killed, and seven others sustained injuries. Bruce was not hurt in the wreck.
Police say that Jenner voluntarily submitted to have his blood drawn for a blood alcohol test and that he was not speeding at the time. After passing a field sobriety test, he initially claimed that he was being chased by the paparazzi, but police do not believe that to be true.

OJ SIMPSON
O.J. Simpson was arrested and charged with the murder of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ronald Goldman. Though he was eventually found not guilty, many believe that Simpson literally got away with murder.

LAURA BUSH
Former First Lady Of The United States and wife of George W. Bush, At the age of 17, was driving with a friend. Laura ran a stop sign and crashed into another car which instantly killed her classmate Michael Dutton Douglas.
This tragic accident caused her to lose her faith and question God.
