"Almost a year now", let's take that to be 10 months. Pregnancy takes 9months and you already have a baby boy. Even if your baby was born today, it means you took ur herbal products for only one month and it opened your blocked tubes, huh? Kai! Please can you tell us a believable lie?
Please go n find out what really happened. Who made the diagnosis of fibroid? Who told you your tubes are blocked? How did he reach that conclusion? How did you confirm your pregnancy? Did you do a scan? How much did you spend in the process of getting this baby? Is the fibroid still there currently?
So many unanswered questions

She has a fibroid the size of a 6months pregnancy and you have not bothered removing it? Yet you are looking for a child? It never occurred to you the a fibroid of that size could be the reason for her difficulty to conceive?
Please try to confirm she's actually pregnant, if she is, your best option should be to monitor the pregnancy closely and pray it progresses without complications. But with that size of fibroid, it will be a miracle if the baby makes it without some form of growth restrictions or even worse.

She had fibroid with her first but that particular pregnancy was very eventful. Swollen legs, general weakness, and her water broke before EDD but no contractions. It was an emergency CS. The baby came out with jaundice and was put inside a cot with blue light (rays)

The previous CS was four years ago

I advice that the pregnancy be monitored by a gynaecologists/obstetrician, who will be on the lookout for those signs. If they appear, then an elective CS should be done ASAP.
The fibroid should be investigated, size, stage and position. If it's anywhere close to the lower segment of the uterus, it's an elective CS till otherwise stated. If it's large, it can cause restricted growth of the baby and even fetal death.
Put all the above factors together and you will see that the chances of this pregnancy ending in a CS is quite high.
All in all, I pray she has an uneventful delivery.

Myomectomy is the surgical removal of uterine fibroid.

u got me wrong its a fact guys are more attracted to fair and slim ladies than dark and fat ladies.both are attractive in their own way but u cnt deny d fact dat guys are more attracted to fair ladies becos of their colour.even if theyre ugly theyll still get attracted only because theyre light skinned nothing more.black ladies attract more real men because they have a gud personality to go wit their beautiful look.fair ladies also have a gud personalities bt they tend to attract bad guys because of their colour even if theyre uglier than d pretty blackskinned girls.dont u always notice that pretty black girls become ugly wen they bleach their precious skin just to demand attention.

Do you know that it's the way you perceive your self that others see you? See yourself as beautiful and people would acknowledge your beauty.

Am dark skinned and was born that way, I grew up with the mindset that when I have the chance I will bleach and become light skinned , why? because my mom bleached, my sister bleached and some of my friends are bleaching and they said its because to be light skinned will get you attention.
I noticed it anyway, I will be in a social event my fair skinned friend will get more attention while I may get one or none. my mom even suggested I tone a but so my face can be a little lighter. some years ago I bleached and got the attention but I stopped because it made me feel inadequate. but now I tell myself being what am not because other people will like me or not is only denying myself of my happiness, I believe no one will appreciate you until you do. and I can bet you if not 100% am 99% happy with my self.

so fellow ebony ladies how do you cope with your being dark skinned and how do you deal with people telling you to go lighter and finally how do you deal with the fair skinned getting more attention than you?

PS...... guys no lie o, you're guilty of clicking thousands of likes on light skinned NL gals compared to dark skin ones of 90 or less.

I'm already seeing a lot of inferiority complex in ur comment even though you claim 100% happiness. A dark beauty is the best beauty. The earlier you become proud of your skin, the better for you.
