Thats misinformation my dear ?doctor. U can have normal delivery after one c/s as far as the interval is up to 2yrs. But is risky inducing a previous c/s patient. If the fibroid is in the lower segment, and with previous c/s, it is a big risk trying vaginal delivery.

The op has not told us the reason for the previous CS. Without this information, we are not equiped to give any advice.
He mentioned fibroid. Was it the cause? If yes, was a myomectomy done?

i understand what you and the family are facing but the fact is that if the location of the fibroid is not obstructing the passage of the baby then she can have a SVD. However if there are other contraindications to a SVD apart from the fibroid then my dear,its a CS....Please let her be well evaluated by an obstetrician/Gynaecologist....its well

You didn't say anything about the cause of the previous CS. That history cannot be overlooked.

Yes, I agree that quote is not all encompassing. A few might escape from it depending on the reason for the first CS and the conditions of the current pregnancy.
As a doctor I will not try VBAC on my patient with a coexisting fibroid unless the fibroid is very small and located in the upper pole of the uterus. And I will be ready for emergency CS.
You said you have a fibroid, what is the location and size? What is the reason for the first CS?

Twice a C-section, always a C-section.
Add dt to the fibroid she's carrying which we don't know the position, and you won't need me to tell you not to gamble with your sister's life.

Best case scenario, she goes back to C-section as an emergency.
Worst case scenario, she gets a ruptured uterus.

That being said, I must admit that miracles still happen.

Good day fellow nlanders, I drive a 2001 v6 Honda accord. I recently decide to drive from lagos to kaduna and I will say the worst journey I have embarked on. At first when I got to okene road, the car started over heating. I manage to drive to okene while stopping at intervals to refill the radiator and cool the engine with water. I noticed the pipe connecting the radiator to the engine was leaking, so I assume that was the cause of the over heat. I changed it at okene and till I got to kaduna the car became stable but the D4 light keeps blinking and the car doesn't pick fast when I hit the throttle. I checked the ATF and it's short so I topped it but the light still blinks. What could be the problem? And I think the car sucks fuel. I used 112litres covering 560kms.

You should scan the car b4 touching anything so you will know what to touch. If it's blinking, it has a message for you and it will be stupid to start poking things anywhere when the car can tell you where to poke.
