Hehehe, Nigerians wont learn, if this is true, then it is obvious that other countries of d world dont have regards whatsoever for this country. And here we are mourning Mandela even more than d south africans and his family. Same thing happened when Obama won d first time, we celebrated more than any other country of the world, but the same Obama came to africa and never cared to give us common phone call not to talk of visiting us. Thank God i dont usually give a Bleep about all this stuff

Culture / Re: Why Do Igbo Kids Ignore Elders? by mafolayomi(f): 10:10am On Nov 19, 2013
Amefrica: We used to have Igbo tenants and there's this particular family, they have 6 children. 14, 12, 10, 7, 5, 3 respectively.

I swear this children, were so stu-pid, and they lacked manners. They'd come to our apartment, they'd not knock, entered without greeting anybody including my dad, mum and sister.

Sometimes, I'd send them out, ask them to knock and greet. I'd also scold them but their parents would take it to the head..

Not this family alone, I've seen a lot of them, they lack respect. Unlike yoruba kids, they are going to greet you even more than once..

I'm not a tribalist, we are all one. I just wanna know why they behave like that..

@OP, you are a lucky dude. The house has become yours except you want to negotiate away your land.

What do you want? Your land back? That's simple. Get a lawyer to take charge him to court. Alternatively, trade it off to him and use the proceeds for another Fed Govt land with C of O. The chioce is yours. But seek advise from the lawyer in house NL.

Hello Guys,

I just received an email from the PG School informing me that I have been recommended for admission into MBA Economics.

The challenge here is- is it possible to combine my work as a development banker resident and working in Lagos with the scholing in UI?

Candid opinion by those that had been there required please.

Thanks.
