grin, this was not in the church, it was in a bus that i boarded from office to my house.

This man was sitting at the front seat,  i met him in d bus, immediately i entered, dis man just focused his attention on me. as if we have met b4, then when we got to another b/stop, one fat, fair lady entered, fortunately for dis man grin, dis lady sat at the front, immediately, dis man shifted his attention away from my direction and concentrated fully on dis busty lady's chest grin, i was looking at him from behind, ones in a while, dis lady will look at him, den at a point dis lady was forced to ask dis man ''is there any problem''?, he did not say anything. though he was still stearing at dis lady but not fully as he was doing b4 untill we got 2 d last b/stop. was just wondering of what would be going on on his mind @ dat moment, an elderly man for that matter. undecided
Celebrities / Re: Olu Jacobs Destroys Igbo Culture And Tradition — Pete Edochie by mafolayomi(f): 2:46pm On Aug 24, 2010
na wa. when will all these tribalism of a thing come to an end in dis country of ours? it has eaten soooooooooooo deep that we dont even care in displaying it? is this how it is in other part of the world? or is it just in Nigeria?

To start with, elder Pete shld even be happy that a non Igbo person is interested in interpreting a role as an Igbo person when he/she is not Igbo, cos, for me whenever a see a non yoruba that is acting as a yoruba person, i always like to see such movie, and if such person make mistakes, it will only make me laugh and nothing more, cos i will believe that the person is either acting that role for the love he/she has for that tribe, or just to make a leaving, and not to downgrade my culture or something.

Politics / Re: Ojukwu, Orji Uzor Kalu And Uwazuluike. Who Is The King Of Igbo Land Today by mafolayomi(f): 2:37pm On Aug 13, 2010
@ poster, i think its going to be difficult for the Igbos to have just one King ruling them all, cos even in yoruba land where we have Obas, there are differ Obs for differ areas, we have Alake of egbaland, osile of okeona, olowu of owu, agura of gbagura etc. though some sees the alake as the head of them all, but there was a time that osile of oke ona clarified it that alake is not his superior, cos every one of them is wearing his father's crown. not to now talk of igboland where they have uncentralised system of govt.

Family / Re: How Did U Tell Ur Parents You Were Getting Married? by mafolayomi(f): 3:22pm On Aug 09, 2010
smiley smiley. mine was really funny, (though not yet married just d introduction) my parent are late, so, twas my elder bro. one day, i was just sweeping the sitting room , and he was sitting down there in the sitting room, i just paused and said, 'brother mi mo ma marry ni next year ' meaning, my bro, i will be getting married next year. com and see the anger in his eyes, he said is that how to say a thing like that, ehen go and marry now, better go and ask those that has done it how its bin done. it was just both of us @ home that day.so later i went to him and apologised, after some minutes he asked me d necessary questions like where his from, his religion etc. what happened after that is a story that is already here on nairaland, bin that he is Igbo and am Yoruba. but we sha thank God that all is well now.
