Lukmanraji: I lost a promising brother to this disease last year October. The effects of the disease is very severe and worrysome. My bro fought a strong battle for good 2 months plus before he gave up the ghost. He was a promising and a talented boy who just graduated from high school. The problem started on the first day he wrote his first WAEC paper. Since then, he never return back home. He was just been transferred from from place to another, one lab to another, one hospital to another and finally to his grave. OLAYINKA, I believe you are in a good place now. Keep on resting till we meet again.
Stay safe out there guys. Meningitis is real and may we never experience it. Not even something you pray for your enemy.
Sorry for ur loss man, is this sickness hereditary, how can u young prsn like ur friend contact it?

2 weeks ago my Neighbour was arrested for a crime he dint commit. he had gone to watch ball and was comming back from the Cenema when the area vigilantes caught and handed him over to Police. According to the girl, someone came to deposit money to an account, (it was a Hundred thousand naira,) she counted it then it was complete but few minutes after the person had gone the money changed to N100 naira as against the 1000 she initially counted.
Immediately she saw my neighbour she started shouting that he's the guy that duped her.
As i dey type nown dem don bail the guy, we had to go to court to get an affidavit with Police officers to be able to trace the account of the person, its as Access Bank account.
The matter still dey, but hopefully in the next few days matter go finish.

Asour: Technology as a word means Applied science.
It has a broader application beyond the information space (IT).
Such fields as Biotechnology, Cancer Research, advanced Medical Engineering and Agricultural technology (not apps) are other unexplored areas in Nigeria. And they aren't lucrative here.
I'm Sorry for the way I said it. I'm a bit tired of hearing people refering to IT say 'Tech' when they just mean app development.
What most Nigerians refer to when they say 'Tech' is Information technology & it's innovations.
This (IT) is a broad field that includes several subfields:
Analytics. (Data Analysis, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Machine Learning etc). Cyber security/Cryptography Web/Application development. Enterprise /Information systems. Blockchain development .
While non science students can get into tech, it's usually not too easy. It requires interest. Even science students without enough motivation do struggle — But it's possible.
Books, courses and Bootcamps are sources.of training.
Packt.com. Leanpub.com Nostarch.com are nice examples.
Good Analytics /Datasciency course can be found on Bluecourses.com too.
YouTube and codewithmosh.com are both fantastic.
Just decide on a path, choose a structured learning path and FOCUS.
After saying nothing like tech in Nigeria but IT, u proceeded to use tech in ur message
This is just a natural thing my guy, stop thinking its a black man thing, being abroad is a different experience, Same way u in-town see villagers as lower class, and town as high class, u can't expect villager not to see you as a higher class and brag about it. If oyinbo lives in space, and has relatives on earth, dnt u think they will brag about it?
braveheart008: Fake write up. I saw the real video and also know the guy that was killed directly. Those guys were his close friends. They confessed that they killed him because he makes money more than them from yahoo. The deceased is even less than 20 years
very Sad, sorry fr the lose of ur friend sad he had to go this way at such a young age
EtinosaDLaw: Dbanj is just a happy soul and he bears no grudges, but you see this Don Jazzy.....? People like him are very pretentious. They pretend to love everyone and they even hide their evil deeds with occasional philanthropy, when in actual sense they're bitter and resentful. I remember a video that surfaced on twitter few months ago, in that video, Chuddy-K exposed how Don Jazzy paid off radio stations to stop playing Chuddy-K songs because he sounded just like Wande Coal. That move singularly ended that boy's career and he never recovered from it. After the video was released, more revelations started pouring out about how Don Jazzy would do the same thing to any rival artist that tries to usurp his own artist. People are hustling with their talents while you're using your money to kill their dreams, then you'll come on Instagram and start pretending to be a philanthropist. For some, the guy is jovial and kind, but those of us with a discerning eye can see him for who he truly is.
Why are u jus spilling what u can't prove, u say don jazzy is evil yet look at how he is uplifting African music with mavins, so Good is the new evil right?
So past last this science thing dey catch people fr real, I normally will say someone can't be hipnotised like this, but then wen u see the desperation these recharge pin demons use to call, u have to wonder what their gain is in the end. Have experience this b4, but by default, I dnt ever talk long on the phone and cut off the call asap
Mufakirnaqdiun: Seriously I just dey laugh African man,god wan kill you na. How can't he prevent the accident in the first place,it's more logical to blame him for having the accident than thank him for survival,so the doctors wey treat you na wetin?lol As you get the accident you for just sit down make your God heal you by himself directly,at least the doctors don't need any god to perform healing for them, they do it themself.
This is one of the most worrying things about religion - cognitive dissonance, basically. An earthquake strikes and thousands are killed. Then we see some survivor, who has just lost her home, her livelihood and seventeen members of her family, thanking God for saving her life.
Imagine a dictator - Saddam Hussein, perhaps, in his prime. He sends his soldiers into a village and slaughters 90% of the inhabitants. The he is driven in and stands on the back of a jeep and insists that the survivors kneel down and thank him for saving their lives. What is our position on that? Why do we observe behaviour by God which would be regarded as psychopathic in a human, and call it good? They will keep insulting, and call me names for exposing their religion by questioning it.lol
When you experience something that could have ended your life and you make it through after the fear and trauma, you go understand why people thank God.
Very useless question that doesn't need an answer, nobody will pay even 1million if it is Rihanna or Beyonce, then one unknown wife ur talking 20million. Nobody has that money the puna no be Diamond mine.
Mistake u made was in returning it. But the price u paid, is that the normal price for the 300w panel, or it was cheaper than it and u wanted to give it a try, I knw nothing about these solar materials
U can see he is guilty asf, network providers should always be supportive to investigators to uncover crimes in this country, they know everything but do nothing.
