You and I know CR is self conceited, has arrogance issues and throws tantrums when he can't have his way. Whereas Messi is humble, down to earth and easy to get along with. Messi wasn't wrong as far as I am concerned.

I'm not into football but star athletes with attractive personalities like Lionel Messi, Andre Agassi, Pete Sampras, Roger Federer & Rafael Nadal always get my attention (lawn tennis is more my sport than football)

Why do you think most people will like or prefer Rafael Nadal over Novak Djokovic? It's their attitude and personalities, that makes the difference. Which is applicable to Messi & CR.

Although from Season 6 or so, everything centered around Redmond. The only part I got tired of was Elizabeth's part until she was gone.
