Hope you paid yourself this time though.... Cos if you use that agent again, you will get another charge back... Its a curse on them Peace TheGbemisola: |
Hello Honourable I also see your Inputs here, keep it up.... Peace Teemenzo: |
Congrats Ketima, I dunno why you are surprised though, when I saw your previous posts where u talked about them asking for your Old and New passport, I knew you would get your Visa... IRCC wont ask passport for a refused application.... Congrats once again..... Peace Ketima: |
IRCC isnt your problem Your agent was/is your problem... Peace TheGbemisola: |
Hello Silver You an create and link to your previous account so you wont need to do Bio-metrics again.. Peace Silverkc: |
Are you meant to write or Type your name... They are two different things.. peace dollymon: |
Hello ACGA Its small... 30KCAD is the required amount expected of an applicant to have.. And I assume this amount here is less than 30KCAD, so work on your Funds.. Prolly get a close relation who is capable of sponsoring the applicant.. Peace ACGA: |
Guess you used an agent This has been their practice cos of the gain they get by doing this fraudulent act... This is becoming too rampant with Nigeria applicants, and this isnt helping at all... You will need to reply them with a strong reason for the Charge back. if not, expect a Ban... These Agents are causing more harm for Nigerian applicants... Peace TheGbemisola: |
Hello Muna A year application isn't a new thing but rare... But what steps have you taken so far, do you send them mail every blessed day? Cos you have more thanevery right to disturb these people for a final decision on your application.. If you truly need a response from them, the start sending at least 10 mails everyday, coupled with several Webforms daily... Remember, what you don't want, you don't watch.. Peace Munamoqel: |
Hello dollymon Check the version of your Adobe or PDF reader.. I will advise you get the updated version and try again.. Peace dollymon: |
Hello nairaland No matter the reason. As a Masters degree holder, going for a PGD wont fly because it doesn't show Career progression... Its either you apply for another Masters, or you hide your Nigeria Master Degree and apply for PGD... But going for a PGD with a Masters degree, you are actually refusing your application before starting.. Peace nairaland1981: |
Hello Tyscott Noted.. Will jump on it, and get back to you soonest.. Peace tyscott99: |
Keep sending the mails with your attached documents until you get an update from them.... Peace Iffylove: |
Hello OlaR If you can proof your relationship with your late Sister(their late mum) and show proofs that you have been the one taking care of them since the demise of your sister, that will really help.. Submitting just her documents wont be enough, you as a guardian, you must also have documents attach to your name...(If you You can show evidences of how you have been taking care of these children since when they lost their mum, probably, school fees receipts paid by you or any of your responsibility on these Kids.. Also make sure their is enough fund not just to take care of your studies in Canada but also funds that will be sufficient to take care of these Kids... Remember you have taken guardianship of these kids, and this must reflect all though your application.... Peace OlaqR: |
Hello Pretty Its very realistic applying as a family, but the reality of all of you getting Visa at a time is slim compared to either you or your spouse applying alone, getting Visa and later applying for spousal permit for spouse and Visiting permit for Kids after getting to Canada.. Family approval is very rare on this thread compared to one spouse applying alone and getting his/her application approved and later applying to bring the whole family over when getting to Canada.. Peace 2pretty4u: |
Hello Iffylove There is no exact timeline for update of documents by IRCC, Did you send them mails with the attached documents? With my experience and also research, iRCC respond more to emails than Web-form.. Send a mail that will contain your application details and attach the documents.. You can send to Nairobi,Lagos or London.. These are the primary and secondary offices of most Nigeria applications... Peace Iffylove: |
Its necessary but not compulsory... Peace llionaire: |
Ooh.. Sorry, I have been occupied with quite a number of applications and SOP/LOE vetting and reviews... I still have a number of applications and SOP/LOE I am working on, but resend yours, I will get back to you in a short period of time... Your patience has paid off, so I am expecting.. Peace tyscott99: |
What major problems? Don't you have parents, siblings or very close relations? Business you doing or a Job you doing? Please be specific, for better advise for your situation.. Peace snowlordng: |
Honourable Tyscott President of which country? ![]() Remind me about what please? Peace tyscott99: |
Hello Snow Since you said you have nobody to sponsor you which I don't really understand, If you have enough money to sponsor your education in Canada, then you can be a self sponsored applicant... But there is more to being Self sponsored, do you have dependents, do you have assets in your home country, apart from your studies, do you have more than enough to cater for your other expenses, also do you have a solid inflow and outflow of transactions in the past months? Remember Visa officers do not just look at the closing balance, they also check the transaction history of the statement of account submitted to know if the inflow and outflow of the Self sponsored applicant is convincing enough... Peace.. snowlordng: |
Hello Elixosodi For your 1st question, make sure you cover all areas and requirements of IRCC in your re=appliction.. I have seen many applicants get refused for POF in their first application and get refused again in their 2nd application for just Purpose of Visit... This means the Visa Officers when working on a re-application, they check if the areas of concerns of the 1st refusal has been taken care of, if Yes, they check all other requirements to see if the applicant has also satisfied them in those areas... If the applicant have met all requirements, next is approval... Even though the applicant tackles the concern of POF in his/her previous application and doesn't convince in the aspect of Purpsoe of Visit, home tie e.t.c, the applicant will be refused for another reason in his/her re-application... To your second question, just focus on the reason why you chose to study in your new DLI and also why you are studying the course, you do not need to much stories to bore the Visa officers, there are too many applications they handle on a daily basis... State your convincing reasons for studying in the school you chose(Memorial University) and also why you want to study the course(M.A in Education) Peace Elixosodi: |
When you did your Upfront Medicals, was it updated to Pass? Just do as I have advised in my previous quote to your post... Raise a Webform and attach your E-Medical sheet, you can also send an Email informing IRCC you have earlier done your Medicals and attach your E-medical sheet with the mail.. send to the Email address below nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca nairobi@international.gc.ca lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca Note: Send to each of them , and keep sending everyday until your Medicals is updated to Pass.. Peace Smara: |
Hello Smara Outside or Inside Nigeria, You send your E-medical sheet via Webform or Email to the IRCC email addresses concerned.. Who requested for an Upfront Medical E-sheet though, cos I can't remember anytime where IRCC ask for Upfront-Medical E-medical sheets from Applicants.. IRCC only gets results from the IRCC approved Clinics, they will never ask for E-medical sheet from applicants.. Applicants just chose to submit it simply cos of the delayed submission of their Medical results to IRCC by the clinics... Peace Smara: |
Hello Keema If you got a Medical request from IRCC and you have no issue with the authenticity of your documents, then your chances are 80% If its an Upfront Medical, then be hopeful... its a 50:50 chance.. Peace Keema2404: |
Hello Kenthro You can send it either by Webform or Email.. Just make sure you state your UCI and application number in your message.. Peace Kenthro: |
Hello David Do not give up on your Canadian dream... Its just the 2nd refusal, many get their Visa after the 3rd, 4th, 5th attempt.. Put yourself together, order for your GCMS notes, see the concerns of the VO and work on your SOP and LOE to tackle the concerns... My little advise, do not rush to apply, take your time.. Defer your admission till next Fall, that will give you enough time to re-apply.. I believe you can get your Visa with the 3rd attempt... Peace Davidbanky: |
Hello Dora This is a forum for Canada study permit, and you do not need to do any of the bolded.. Its only in EE that the bolded is compulsory. In study permit application, they are not needed.. Read up from the 1st page of this part to know the process of applying for your study permit application, if you do not still understand somethings, you can drop your question here, if I am available I will give answers to your questions else either of the knowledgeable peeps here will be glad to assist you... Peace dora7891: |
Hello Omiini They have received your messages. Once a message is sent to any of the IRCC centre, the center checks if they are the center in charge of an application, if not they re-direct it to the centre responsible for the application.. So be rest assured they have gotten your message.. Peace Omiinii: |
Hello You don't need to send mails to all these email addresses you put down here... You just need to send to Nairobi (Which is the Primary IRCC center for Nigeria applicants) Lagos, London and accra... Sending mails to the remaining email addresses are not necessary.. Peace Ketima: |
Please stop assuming and wait for your GCMS notes to arrive.... Using a company's bank account is not even advisable.. The problem should be in your failure to convince the Visa Officer of your relationship with your uncle... Wait for your GCMS notes to know what really went wrong and stop assuming... Peace Bayor65: |
Hello Ominii All through my years on this thread coupled with my experience with the Canada study application, I do no think I have come across the bolded message... Do you have an evidence that the message really is from an IRCC agent? In case you don't know, its not the Visa officers that reply to your emails but a customer care representative, and if truly the message was sent to an applicant, then that is so rude from the Customer care officer because sending of multiple mails is never a criteria or reason to refuse an application and also its the Visa officer that attend to applications and not Customer care representatives.... Come and let us reason together, an applicant applies for a study permit application, he passes Background Check, he passes his Medicals, he passes his Eligibility review and overall meets the study permit requirement of Canada. And now sending several mails to IRCC over his delayed application, results in the refusal of his application... Does that make any sense to you? Or have you seen in any GCMS note that the reason for refusal was because the applicant was sending too many mails? Please lets be guided.... Peace Omiinii: |
