Hello ToryWoods Police certificate is optional.. Many applicants have gotten their PPR without submitting Police Certificate.. If you are a first time applicant, its fine to submit it.. But if you are re-applying, you can apply without it.. Peace ToryWoods: |
Hello lobinche Processing Time is always stated on the IRCC website.. Below is the link for the Processing Time as we speak https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html Choose Temporary residence as application and Study permit form outside Canada 13 Weeks is the current processing time.. Peace lobinche101: |
Hello Tinakem The bolded is actually very funny.... Ask the person to tell you where it is stated that "disturbing them too much" will lead to a refusal.. When the person gets an IRCC source, then you can come back here to update me.. Now note: So far your application has passed the IRCC processing time for study permit and also if your resumption date is getting close, you have every right to send them as many mails as possible... We have many applicants here and those I helped with their applications who sent as many as 10 mails everyday, and within a short while, they got updates on their application... I had a particular applicant early this year who I was guiding, I told him to send at least 5 mails everyday, but cos of his worry on his delayed application, he actually sent 10-15 mails everyday to at least 10 IRCC Visa centres and also sent several mails to his MP.. He got Medical request the next week he started and got his PPR the 3rd week... The only time it is not appropriate to "disturb" them with mails is when your application has not passed the processing time... Whites are not like we Africans that see things like this as disturbance.... You are not disturbing them, you are simply reminding them of your delayed application which supposed to have been finalised cos it has actually passed the processing time... Let us all be guided... Peace Tinakem: |

Hello Gbemisola You said you sent them lot of mails which prompted for your Eligibility to start, so why do you wanna stop now.. Keep bombarding them with more mails until you get your PPR... In fact I expect you increase the number of mails you will be sending henceforth.... Do not relent until you get your Love letter... Peace TheGbemisola: |
You can send to Nairobi and copy the other email addresses.. nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca nairobi@international.gc.ca lagos.immigration@international.gc.ca ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca This also applies to you all that have delayed applications, send these emails at least 5 - 10 mails everyday until you get an update on your application, it will end in praise.. Peace Temtem12: |
Hello Temtem You worry too much.. Just go do your Medicals, that is the most important thing.. The clinics will definitely send your result within a day or two... You can as well submit to IRCC a scanned copy of the E-medical sheet that wil be given you in the Clinic... Its a thing you can do with your phone right there in the clinic.. Use your phone scanner to scan the E-medical sheet, then send a mail to Nairobi with the attachment of the E-Medical sheet. You can as well send it Via Webform, but I will advsie you send it through mail.. Follow this instruction and worry no more.. IRCC will definitely get your Medical results before 10th of October which is your deadline.. Peace Temtem12: |
Congrats OctGsam Make sure you come back with your Timeline.. Peace OctGsam: |
My only Guru, Frankrobbn the great I remember vividly.... Maybe I will have to change my Moniker from Makano to Man with Zero Tolerance.. ![]() I had to be more active seeing you have been so scarce on this thread, and you know these newbies need us for guidance and service for their applications. It's good to be back again after 2 years of absence, and I will continue to appreciate you also for the wonderful works you have been doing which have benefitted many applicants in and outside of this thread, many of the things I know now is because I was studying and reading your posts then coupled with my personal research and development.. Its good to also have you back my guru, and we hope you will be active on this thread, cos I and many applicants are still learning from you.... I may be called a Guru, but Frank na Elder for this game... RESPECT Peace Frankrobbn1: |
You Welcome Jioke1994: |
They will def send the results to IRCC, you can as well send the E-medical sheet given you in the Clinic via Webform and Email to IRCC..... Peace Temtem12: |
How many times will you ask this question? I have given you a reply some hours ago and some other Monikers.. Check your mention for the answer or check my last post before this one.. Peace bukky2222: |
Hello Bukky Yes, several applicants have gotten their application approved without writing or submitting IELTS.. Its actually optional for study permit application but compulsory for EE.... Peace bukky2222: |
Also go with your Request letter and your(cash). Birth certificate isn't needed.. Peace haaryobhami: |
Hello Hannah Please go ahead with your Medicals. you have nothing to worry about... Even if you do your medical a day before the deadline, so far you did it before the deadline.. The clinic should send your result to IRCC within a day or 2.. You can as well scan and upload the E-medical sheet that will be given you in the clinic via Webform and also Email... Good luck Peace Hannahopaleye12: |
Hello Jioke It is very possible to apply to many countries at a time, but note that these countries communicate with themselves about applicants, and if Canada get to know that an IRCC study permit applicant is at the same time applying for another study Visa to the United Kingdom, it may not go down well with them cos the applicant would have stated the beautiful reasons why he or she wanna study in Canada in his or her SOP/LOE, only for them to see same applicant is applying for another study Visa in the UK or any of the developed Countries... Applying to another country while your application is still on in Canada is not a stated reason for refusal, the final decision just depends on how te VO handling the application would take it... Peace Jioke1994: |
Hello Seun Osewa, Please if Mark Zuckerberg offers to buy Nairaland, please do not subscribe to it oo, so we wont suffer what Whatsapp, Instagram and Facebook are going through now for the past 4 hours... ![]() Peace |
Happy new week Destination A final decision is close by... If I may ask, was your Medical requested or it was an upfront Medical... Be expectant and be hopeful.... Peace DestinationCann: |
Go ahead please, no harm at all.. Make sure you state that you have already done your Medicals and submit your E-medical slip with other documents when applying.. It will end in praise.. Peace haaryobhami: |
Hello Silver Do inform IRCC of this vis webform an also emails.. You didnt state when it will be expiring though and also the stage of your application, that would have made me give you the best advise... But if your Admission will expire in less than a month and your you haven't done medicals or your Eligibility review hasn t started, I will advise you apply for another admission in the same school, so you can get the updated LOA.. When getting to the final stage of your application IRCC checks for the LOA if it is still valid, and if not, they will request for an updated LOA...So its better you get your updated LOA before IRCC request for it.. Peace Silverkc: |
Hello Chrysto The bolded will be determined by IRCC. But with the recent happenings with applicants on this forum, applicants have gotten approval after several months of waiting, some 6 months, some a year and so on... Even with the NSE route, applications are still delayed... But there can be an exception in your case though...... If by December you do not get an update on your profile (Eligibility review starting, A medical request e.t.c) I will advise you defer your admission to either Spring or Fall.. Peace chrysto: |

Hello Activated This decision is totally on you.. Using your HND certificate now to apply for a PGD for next year Fall.. With this you can get your Visa approved before then and probably leave Nigeria before September next year to resume your Post graduate studies in canada.. You can as well be patient enough till next September when you get your Bsc and apply for your Masters degree... Either ways, you are good to go... So the decision is totally on you to make... Peace ActivatedDreams: |
By the grace of God it will end in praise.. Waiting for testimony of approval... Peace Sweetness24: |
Hello Sweetness This shows progress and probably a good sign, IRCC asking for an updated LOA shows a final decision is close by... They have checked if the LOA you submitted with your application is still valid, and they saw it isn't valid again, reason for the updated LOA.. IRCC asking for an Updated LOA is not totally an approval, cos I know applcants who got a request for an Updated LOA and still got refused despite submitting it.. But if you were sent a Medical request by IRCC coupled with this request of and Updated LOA , then your application is on the route of an approval... A final decision is close by, get ready.. Peace Sweetness24: |
Hello tyscott The bolded though, when I am not a President.. ![]() Once I am done with the ones I am proof reading at the moment, then I will jump on yours... Peace tyscott99: |
Hello Bertram I will check my mail and revert to you... Peace Bertram87: |
Hello Keet Why cant you go alone first, use your Wife and 3 months baby as strong home ties... Then when you get to Canada, you can apply for a Spousal Permit with your Study permit, SIN and other documents for your Wife to come over and a visiting permit for your Baby to come over.. Apply to a school or schools for a PGD degree or Masters, when you get LOA then you can apply for your Visa and when you get your PPR, you can follow my suggestion above.. Also apart from the funds required for your stay all though your study in Canada, also make sure you have funds that will be very sustainable for your Wife and baby you will be leaving behind.. Most married applicants here go through this route and everything worked out well for them...... Peace Keet18: |
Hello Tyscott Honestly I have quiet a number of SOPs and LOEs to attend to at the moment, and I have been committed to do justice to them.. Except yours isn't Urgent though, then no problem.. Peace tyscott99: |
Hello Keet I will advise you be her sponsor as her hubby and not your company, Most applications with Company sponsors do not really go down well with the Visa Officers. But if you sponsor her as her hubby, that will be a good Move.. And on the Documents you need to submit as applicant and sponsor, you can get the list on the first page of this thread or read through the pages of this thread..... Peace Keet18: |
Hello Destination Review Required Your file is probably awaiting final review by a senior officer. You should be fine if there are no discrepancies in your IMM Forms. If your eligibility is passed/met, then the RR was probably a note by an analyst and an officer has reviewed the analyst's comments and subsequently passed you. If eligibility is passed, you're probably all good. If not passed, you should be hopeful Hope this helps Peace DestinationCann: |
Congrats to you, God was surely on your side.. Quick one, as regards the bolded, are you still serving the Ban or you are out of it i.e You have completed the 5 Years? Peace Henriie: |
