Hello Bayo Yes he can, but be mindful of Lump sum.. I will advise your Dad do a Deed of Gift for you with the attestation of a notary public... Also try and pay the first semester fee with the submission of Vital sponsorship documents.. (You can see these documents in the timeline of approved Applicants)... Peace Bayor65: |
Hello eclint 2 million as a Sponsor? or I didn't get what you talking about? That money is too small to have as a sponsor considering other relevant factors.. That amount cant even cover your school fees, not to talk of other expenses.. Having 2 million as an aplicant that has a sponsor is good to go, but not the Sponsor.. So please work on that.. Peace eclint: |
BACKGROUND CHECK; WE ARE PROCESSING YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK: means they are matching the information you provided with their records, if you previously committed a crime, refused a visa, ordered to leave a country and if you are a threat to their security or on a wanted watch list. Normally if everything is equal, It's at this stage your criminality will be automatically be declared as passed, which can be attesed in several GCMS notes I have reviewed. Hello eclint Give a detailed information, so I can give a précised and detailed answer... Will you be a self sponsor or you have a sponsor Also, how much is in your account.. And what do you mean by Tips? Peace eclint: |
Hello eclint It does like that sometimes, keep trying.. Peace eclint: |
1. These are not necessary documents.. We have seen several applicants getting their Visa without submitting any of this.. 2. IELTS isnt compulsory, its an option.. 3. PPR - Passport Request Peace BunmiBie: |
I have answered this question in my previous quote of your post... If he isn't your sponsor, there is no point dropping his SOA.. You have also said you wanna apply as a self sponsor, so that already answers your question... You said he has transferred the required amount for everything and you wanna apply as a self sponsor, then your SOA is enough coupled with other vital documents sponsors are required to submit which I have posted in my last Quote of your post... If he will be your sponsor, then you will need to drop his SOA.. If not, if you wanna be a self-Sponsor, then your SOA is just enough... Peace username12: |
Hello Username If your Dad will be your sponsor, then you will need to submit his SOA and other documents listed below Letter of sponsorship from your dad (stating support for your travel expenses, required quarantine stay and miscellaneous expenses) - MBS of your sponsor's savings account - MBS of your sponsor's pension account - your Sponsor's investment assets - your Sponsor's international passport - your Sponsor's work ID - your Sponsor's last promotion letter - Sponsor's retirement letter (If he is retired) - Sponsor's pension authorization letter - Sponsor's car(s) ownership document - Sponsor's landed properties documents.. Yes you can consider your application as self sponsored, if you are more than convinced and certain you can sponsor yourself all through your stay in Canada.. Also if you are married, you must show funds apart from your School funds to show that you will still have enough funds to take care of the family you are leaving behind.. You must also have assets and properties to show that you are more than capable to be a self sponsor. And most importantly, you must be able to convince the Visa officer of your ability to comfortably take good care of yourself all through your study in Canada, because its one thing to have all the required funds, its another thing to be able to convince the Visa Officer.. If you know you can't sponsor yourself, your Dad or Mum can be your sponsor, rather than a 3rd party sponsor.. It will end in praise.. Peace username12: |
Hello Oyesquare How many times have you applied that you are giving up.. You have not seen applicants getting their visa after the 4th, 5th , 6th attempt? I know of an applicant that got his Visa after the 8th attempt in Part 13 or 14 or so... You have your choice to decide on what to do though, but I advise you get your GCMS notes, tackle the Visa officers concern and give it a try again.. It will def end in praise Peace Oyesquare10: |
Awaiting your testimony after 4 attempts, I love ur positivity, It will definitely end in praise.. If u have any question, u can personally ask me.. Rooting for u.. Peace Pearls001: |
Hello DM Everybody keep asking this question, and I have answered this p[articular question multiple times.. Do you have your new LOA, if no, then no need informing them of ur deferral.. If you do, they will request for an updated LOA which you do not have now.. And once IRCC ask you for a document, there is always a timeline/deadline to submit it... So imagine ur LOA doesn't come within the timeframe, u know what that means, so do not shoot urself in the leg... Just submit your Medical slip given you in the clinic, and relax.. If they need an updated LOA, they will inform you. Or once ur updated LOA drops, you can then inform them and submit your updated LOA as well.. Peace DMworks: |
Good.. That means getting ur visa in your next application is possible, you just need to work on the concerns raised on your insufficient funds.. Peace Jessica50: |
Are you saying this based on your personal reasons or that was what was stated in your GCMS notes? If you feel that was the reason for your refusal, then you know what to do to get your Visa in your next application.. But I will advise you order your GCMS notes so we can see the other areas of concern from the Visa Officer.. Peace Jessica50: |
I cant drop my contacts on a faceless and public forum as this, if you wanna reach me, you can click on my Moniker/Profile and then click on the send mail in ma profile.. Peace

|
Hello dyce, This is not a good advise to give someone that just got refused, especially the part you mentioned Judicial review.... Do you know what it takes for an applicant to do Judicial review? Have you seen the reasons for refusal and saw anything that warrants a judicial review from the applicant? Please lets be guided on the advise we give here... Peace dyce101: |
Hello Feyi As our custom is, order for your GCMS notes and when it is ready, you can post the reasons here so we can guide you on how you can re-apply and get your Visa.... Peace Feyisharah: |
Do not be in a hurry to re-apply, order for your GCMS notes and see the real reasons why you were refused so you will know how to tackle the refusal reasons in your GCMS notes and get your Visa in your re-application.... Peace Jessica50: |
Hello Chichi Send them either a mail or webform.. A final decision has been made on your application since last month, so you wont be kept waiting when you already have a final decision.. Peace chichinwanks96: |
Of course... So far you actually went to Canada to study and not do otherwise.. Peace Malone122: |
Hello Gadu Ghost update doesn't mean such application will be approved, it just shows they are currently working on prolly the last stages of your application which will result in either approval or refusal.... But I love your positive spirit, you will be granted what you want which is an approval.. It will end in praise.. Peace gaduchendu: |
If truly he was the one that paid for your undergraduate fees, then you should have a record of such transaction via bank transfer.. His name will reflect in the transaction history as the creditor.... Also I will advise you work on the family/relationship tree, if you have any past pictures of both of you or pictures of himself with your parents or pictures of him with yourself and siblings e.t.c just to show he is closely related to you and your family , that will also convince the VO.. Peace Bayor65: |
Hello Feyi Sorry for your refusal... Nobody is in charge this week, different applications are attended to by different VISA OFFICERS... There may be lenient Visa officers and also strict Visa Officers... So also we have Junior Visa Officers and Senior Officers.. As applications rows in, they are automatically assigned to different Visa Officers across the IRCC canters, that is why same Visa Officer can't attend to your application and that of your Twin Sis.. We have seen many applicants here saying they didn't put in a tight application and they still got approval, while some claim they put in a Tight application and still got refused, all these depends on the Visa Officers that attended to these applications.. One prayer every Applicant should pray before submitting their application is that, as you are about to submit that God should make your application go to the right Visa Officer that will favour you and not the one that will delay you... Order for your GCMS notes, once you have it, drop it here so I can guide you or any member of this thread... Peace Feyisharah: |
You may and you may not get any message. They tend to reply when they ask you for the updated LOA, but if you send it on your own without them asking, you may receive a generic reply from them.. Either ways, be rest assured they have received it.. And if you really want a message form them, then keep bombarding them with a reminder mail as regards your submission of your new LOA until you get the reply you expect from them.... Peace Jessica50: |
Hello Bayo Your sponsor must proof that really he or she is ready and committed to sponsor you all though your study in Canada, he must state the amount he will be committing to your studies, well being, accommodation e.t.c, and a signed and stamped letter of Sponsorship of your spomsor from a recognized High court in Nigeria comes to play here.... Now in your case, you need more than just what you mentioned in your post cos he is neither your Dad or mum, you must show your relationship with your said sponsor (your Uncle) considering the fact that he doesn't have the same surname with you.... You must explain the relationship tree of yourself and your Uncle, has your said uncle sponsored you in your academics in the past? Or has he had any commitment to your well being in the past. all this will have a positive impact to convince the VO that truly he will be responsible for you while you study in Canada... Note, you will need to convince the Visa officers more for any sponsor aside your biological parents, the Visa officer should be convinced of the commitment and readiness of a 3rd party Sponsor// It will end in praise.. Peace Bayor65: |
Hello tourphland Its not compulsory for an applicant who is not self sponsored to drop his or her SOA, but it is necessary.. But if you are a Self sponsored applicant, it is mandatory you drop your statement of account.. I personally know of some applicants who are not self sponsored who didn't drop their SOA but still got their Visa.. But please note, your Sponsor must be more than capable to see you through your schooling in Canada and also he or she must show readiness and commitment to sponsor you all through your study in Canada... Once your sponsor can show this, then you are good to go.. But to be on a safer side, I will advise applicants to also submit their SOA Peace tourphland: |
Hello Kidsister On a normal day, once a Medical request from IRCC drops on your profile, that tells you its time you go for your Medicals.. Also if an applicant feels the request for Medicals is actually not coming as expected, or the applicant doesn't want a delay as a result of a medical request in his/her application he or she can decide to go for an Upfront Medical without any go ahead from IRCC..... For Biometrics, IRCC will notify you when to go for Bio-metrics... You can't decide to do bio-metrics on your own like what applicants do with Medicals... If you are re-applying, you do not need to do Bio-metrics again... As Bio-metrics is valid for 10 years.. Hope this helps Peace Kidsister13: |
