Good one Tyscott, Just make sure you do justice to your LOE with convincing and detailed explanation.. It will end in praise.. Peace tyscott99: |
Hello Tyscott Why was the money not sent directly to the account you will be using for your Visa application, or why wa the money not used to pay part of your fee straightaway? You have your reasons though, but your account transactions will determine if the sum of 1M or 2M is a lump sum though, such amount may not necessarily be a lump sum in some other accounts... But all the same, proper explanation will be needed by the Visa officer on such amount if its a sudden "huge" amount.. In that case, a Deed of gift will be necessary.. Or alternatively, your sponsor can state in his/her Letter of sponsorship that a certain amount was sent to your account on so date, you will need to state this in your LOE too, draw the attention of the Visa Officer on the transaction of that date on both Your Sponsor's account(debit) and also your account(Credit).. Your Sponsor will just state in his/her Letter Of Sponsorship that the amount sent is part of his commitment for sponsoring you... Peace tyscott99: |
Hello Choco The Medical examination itself for an applicant is not up to an hour... That doesn't mean you wont spend more than that in the clinic considering the number of applicants that will be present on that day and also your number on the queue will also determine the number of hours you will spend at the clinic.. But the Medical Examination itself is not up to an hour.. Peace Chocotemi: |
Hello Bertram So sorry for this, of course IRCC can never kill your shine.. Good to know you have already ordered your GCMS notes, I will also like it if you order for your 1st and 2nd refusal GCMS notes since both 2nd and 3rd refusals are same reasons as you have said.. Lets go through the GCMS notes and see the concerns of the Visa officers in your previous applications, so we can know how to address and tackle their concerns... As a self sponsor, are you married? Do you have any dependents you are leaving behind when you travel to Canada? The GCMS notes will tell us the area of concerns of the VOs.. I will also advise you defer your admission so you can take your time and strategize on how well you will tackle the Visa Officers concerns in your re-application.. Personally I do not advise applicants to rush when re-applying especially when such applicant has been refused more than twice.. So defer to a later date, wait for your GCMS notes to arrive, Calm down and be calculative, pick and tackle one by one, bit by bit the area of concerns of the VOs until you are convinced you have done justice.. Also work on your SOP and LOE especially, its not about having all the money but about giving to the VO the detailed explanation of how the money will be readily available for your studies all through your stay in Canada... See yourself as the Visa officer and ask yourself, what I have explained in my LOE, is it convincing enough? If you are not satisfied, continue until its almost in its perfect edition... Let me save much talk for now, and wait till when your GCMS notes are ready. Once you have them, you can drop them here.. Peace Bertram87: |
Hello Kelly So sorry for your refusal, its not over until you win.. To answer your question, Applying for GCMS has no effect on the final decision making of IRCC.. In fact, a final decision has been made on your application far before yesterday, so never have it in mind that you ordering for your GCMS notes is the reason for your Refusal, not at all.. I also saw your post where you said your Mum will cry cos of the refusal, tell your mum that she will still laugh at the end.. That's if you get up from your fall, address the concerns of the Visa officers in your next application.. When your GCMS note is ready, you can drop it here, I or any of the knowledgeable peeps here will put you through on your next application.. Lets make your mum have the last laugh over IRCC.. Your next application will end in praise, so do not be down..# Peace KellyKk: |
Hello Obi Make it a duty from now to always send a webform and email with your Medical slip attached to IRCC.. Do this until you get a positive response from them... Peace obilec: |
Hello DarkGamer Find attach this link for the process of Biometrics https://www.nairaland.com/6719291/canadian-student-visa-thread-part/219#106106303 Peace TheDarkGamer: |
Hello Jubilee Thanks for the additional info, well noted So its possible to get a Master degree with a 2:2, knowledge updated in that aspect... Peace Jubileefraizer: |
For Masters? in which country? Please be sure of what you post here... It is almost impossible to get a Masters Admission with a 2:2 or 3rd class.. A post graduate degree is only possible with this. Be guided Peace Katehasty: |
Hello Pearls Its possible you submit the necessary documents and still get refused for that same reason, like in your case. As we all know, these are just generic refusal reasons. When you get your GCMS notes, the real reasons for refusal will be stated there.. This is your 4th refusal doesnt mean you wont still get approved.. I know of an applicant here some years back who got his approval after the 7th attempt, so do not give up.. Get your GCMS notes, address the concerns of the Visa Officers and re-fire.. You will def get your Visa this time.. If you have issues interpreting your GCMS notes or addressing the VO's concerns, you can drop it here, I or any of the Knowledgeable peeps here will guide you.. Its not over until you win.. Peace Pearls001: |
Hello Dorian It is almost impossible getting a Masters degree Admission with 2:2, cos getting that is very competitive(between 1st class and 2:1 Graduates) in Canada.. But you can surely get a Post graduate degree in any of the Universities or Colleges, but make sure the course you will be choosing should be related to either your 1st degree Course of study or your work experience... But most applicants here chose courses that relates with their line of Work or business, so if your work isn't related to Chemical Engr, you will need to chose a Post graduate course of study that is related to your line of work.. All these is on the condition that you are either working or doing a business, if not, then you will have to chose a course of study that is related Chemical Engr.. Hope this helps.. Peace DorianD: |
INFO SHARING This simply means they are still on Background check as regards your application and information is shared with Canada’s partner agencies & intelligence partners ... Info sharing shows they are in contact with other sources/countries as regards your information in the Five Eyes alliance ( Australia, New Zealand, UK & US).. maybe prolly getting information if you have been denied Visa in those countries, international terrorism, war crimes, crimes against humanity & organized crime e.t.c Eligibility has not started yet... Peace ModupeAr: |
No issues with that, you will just have to inform the school about the change.. Peace RoyalDukeDon: |
Hello Lani84 These agents ehn.. Can you imagine a reason an agent is giving for refusal? Simply cos the said applicant is void of the knowledge of the Canada study Visa process... The lies and harms of these agents are just becoming too excessive.. Please advise your sister to come on this thread, and read up and ask questions from knowledgeable people on this thread for guidance.. We have seen applicants here testifying of them running away from their so called Agents and coming here to gain knowledge and applying themsleves, after which they got their Visas... Your sister can also testify... Agents are doing more harm than Good... This thread is doing more good than Harm, that's if it is doing any harm though.. To answer your question, that can never be a reason for refusal.. Peace Lani84: |
There is no specific timeline for that.. Just be hope and positive.. It will end in praise. Peace Ketima: |
Hello Gbemi Do you mean receiving lectures Online? If so you will need to inform the school of your refusal... To withdraw or defer actually depends on you.. If you are still interested in the School and Course, then I will advise you defer.. If its the other way, then you can withdraw, it all depends on you... Peace gbemiodula: |
Hello Laborah You do not need to drop your digit in a faceless forum as this, it is not safe.. If you wanna contact me, you can send me a DM/Mail in my profile/Signature Peace Laborah: |
CAN$30K is required... Nanorest: |
Hello gbemiodula So sorry about your refusal, its not over until you win.. As our custom is here after a refusal, you will have to order for your GCMS notes to know the concerns of the Visa officers and also to know the actual reasons why you were refused.. Once you have your GCMS notes, you can upload it here so we can assist in tackling the refusal reasons and getting your Visa in your re-application.. Peace gbemiodula: |
Hello Leleky Too many questions , but I will give answers to your questions.. On the route to go, I would have advised you go for EE considering you have family members resident in Canada(Relations in Canada give a good number of points) but I do not know if age is on your side cos that is another determining factor... Also of recent Peeps have not really been getting PR visas... Study permit Visa is another route I will advise you take, we have seen many married applicants on this thread getting their study Permit Visa, so this is one route you should consider.. For the sponsor aspect, yes your brother can co-sponsor with your hubby(but hope he is your blood brother i.e same Father , same Mother) N1M is a small amount for a sponsor to have in his account... Peace Leleky: |
Okay, but hope you are not in a hurry though.. Because I currently have a number of SOPs and LOEs I am reviewing, so I may not give you a prompt attention... But you can still send it... Peace Lakeside26: |
Hello Laborah Its one thing to find a school, its another thing to have an LOA from the school, have you gotten an LOA? Also its not just finding a school, is your school a DLI? Going for Diploma with a Bsc degree is not really a good move(doesnt show Career progression), but if you know you can genuinely convince the Visa Officer on the reason for a Diploma, then no problem.. Reason why I said this is cos of recent I have seen an applicant here getting his/her Visa with a Diploma LOA, but that happens in 1 out of 100.... If you know you wont be able to convince the VO of your reasons for a Diploma, I will advise you go for a PGD... Peace Laborah: |
You Welcome .. Wish you the best.. Kam3: |
Hello Kam3 These are just generic reasons, order for your GCMS notes.. See the actual concerns of the Visa officers and tackle them with a strong and convincing LOE.. You will just need to build on these claims yoi just dropped here.. I see you getting your Visa in your re-application.. Peace Kam3: |
Hello Lakeside Yes embassy confirms, thanks to the fraudulent ways of Nigerians as regards the fake documents they submit especially Statement of Account.. That is why MBS was introduced to curb the rate of fake Statement of Account, where the Visa officers can see for themselves the SOA applicants submits for their application ... Please desist from using any fake document that will land you 5 - 10 years Ban.. Peace Lakeside26: |
Not a must... If you are patient enough, you can wait for a Medical request from IRCC when its time. But if you wanna avoid any delay that Medical can bring to your application progress, then go for Upfront Medicals... Peace olajigaolamide: |
Hello Tacogado Statement of account for Canada study permit is 4- 6 months.. Peace Tacogado: |
Hello mhozz If you have gotten your PPR after getting your deferment, you will need to inform the school that you have gotten your Visa, maybe its possible to still meet up... And if that isn't granted by the school, you can wait till the deferred date cos the Study Visa requires the applicant to travel to Canada within a year the visa was issued... You do not have to start your study permit application afresh because of this, the only reason for starting a fresh study permit application after getting PPR is when you want to change your DLI... Hope this helps Peace mhozzis: |
Hello Dolly I have answered this question several times, it is not compulsory to write IELTS when applying for a Canadian study permit, it is optional... Many applicants here have gotten their Visa without writing or submitting any IELTS results... Its only compulsory for EE application and not study permit application... Peace dollymon: |
You welcome Zocken: |
Hello Chiso To the best of my knowledge, spousal permit can be done when the applciant is in Canada.. Reason is because one of the major requirements for applying for a spousal permit is for the applicant to apply with his/her study permit and also SIN, and you cant get these two until you enter Canada.. You both can do family application i.e application for your hubby, yourself and your child as we have seen many applicants going through this route and getting their Visa... A moniker of recent(I think last 2 weeks or last week) got Visa for herself, her hubby and kids.. You can read back and get the moniker so you can contact her on how she did hers... IETS is not compulsory for a study permit application, its only compulsory for EE application.. Yes a baby of 2 will have to do Medicals, but I think their prices is different from the normal adult price... You can confirm this when you get to the Clinic.. Peace Chisolove3: |
