Hello Tinakem It will be best you send it as soon as possible, see below the Webform for Nairobi IRCC center and also their email adds.. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca nairobi@international.gc.ca nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca Once its time they request for it, instead of sending you a request message asking, they will just update your application with what you have submitted... This action also saves time.. Peace Tinakem: |
You can as well send it as a mail to the Nairobi email address.. Attach the Medical slip and make sure you put in your full application details in the content of the mail.. Below are the Webform and email addresses of Nairobi IRCC center.. https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi nrobi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca nairobi@international.gc.ca nrobi-immigration@international.gc.ca Peace Darmiegr8: |
A final decision has already been made on your application... It should drop in some days time, be hopeful Peace Fisssssyyy: |
But why will an agent prevent you from having access to your profile? Its pathetic tho, get prepared for more deceite from the agent though... You should have access to your IRCC profile in case there is a request from IRCC as regards your application.. An agent wont be committed to your application than you the applicant... So you should request the agent gives you access to your account... PEACE philit22: |
You have just been delayed and not denied your Visa.. Pick up yourself, order for your GCMS notes, once its ready after 30 days, you can post here for guidance for your next application.. Peace jfrazzy: |
Hello Aissy As we all know a Police report certificate is only valid for 3 months, which means you will have to apply for another one to re-apply for your study permit application... And at the same time, we have seen many applicants getting their PPR without submitting a Police certificate, this applies to applicants that have applied for study permit 3 - 4 times that had submitted police report in their previous applications... Also I have worked with applicants who have re-applied for their study permit the 3rd - 4th time and got their PPR without submitting a Police certificate... So its possible you get approved if you re-apply without submitting a police certificate.. PEACE Aissy: |
Hello bushboy This actually depends on you though, if you have made adequate travel preparations in faith prior to the time you got your PPR, then you can still meet up... If you haven't prepared at all, then you may need to defer to winter resumption... But if you know you can make all your preparations this week, then you can still travel next week before your resumption date.. Peace Bushboy009: |

Why not, as long as you have not been idle or have any study gap from 2014 till date.. Yes, you can be a self sponsor if you know you can meet or even exceed the financial requirement of IRCC .... Peace Enick: |
This simply means your Medical result has been sent by the clinic to IRCC... So expect an update from IRCC as regards your medicals.. PEACE lobinche101: |
Normally, an applicant should get a mail notification for a medical request.. But with the recent "irregularities" in which IRCC operates, i.e Getting an Approval without the applicant doing any sort of medicals and also an applicant getting approval without Eligibility starting, then I am allowed to conclude that your question can be possible.... But the normal procedure is the applicant getting a mail notification once Medical request drops... Peace Onyekachiii: |
1. Mostly because they are not patient with the clinic sending the result to IRCC, the clinic doesn't send it that same day. probably a day or days after... So applicant tend to upload the medical slip given them that same day, probably when they get home... But the clinic will def send the results to IRCC... 2. Yes.. But make sure you state in your form (application) that you have done your medicals and its attached with your other documents.. 3. There is particular duration of time, some get their Medical request weeks after, some get theirs Months after.. One of the applicants I guided 2 years ago got his Medical request after 8 months but got PPR 5 days after his Medical was passed... So no particular timeline when it comes to Medicals or should I say when it comes to Canadian Visa pplicaion... Peace emmalextemtop: |
Hello Emma, When an application is on the route of an approval without an upfront medicals, an applicant with such application will definitely get Medical request from IRCC... The Clinics (IOM, Qlife) submits all Medical results of all applicants to IRCC, be it Upfront Medical or Medical Rquest, its left for the applicants to either upload the medical slip to IRCC or not.... For your last question, with recent delayed attention by the IRCC VOs on applciations as regards Study permit, most applicants go for Upfront medicals to avoid unnecessary delay in getting their final decision... But please note: Upfront medicals passed is a 50:50 chance, while a Medical request passed is 90% on its way to APPROVAL.. Peace emmalextemtop: |
Hello Emma 1. Medical done by the applicant without the request of IRCC is called Upfront Medicals.. 2. 1 year You can do your upfront before or after your application.. For the former, you will need to upload it with the documents you will be submitting for your application... For the later, you will need to upload through the Webform or through the IRCC emails.. Lastly, Once you do your Upfront medicals and you submit the medical slip, your medicals will be updated to "PASSED" in days or weeks time... And if at all there will be a Medical request after this, the medical request wont show in your profile because you have already passed your upfront medicals, it can just come in form of a "ghost Update", but it will surely show in your GCMS note that a Medical request was recommended for you... Peace emmalextemtop: |
Nope.. GCMS notes is simply to show the progress of your application and also to see the Visa Officer's comment/assessment about your application. Your GCMS note will show detailed reasons why you were refused as against the generic/regular refusal reasons on the refusal letter sent to you. In order for you not to re-apply blindly when you get refused, it is advised you get the GCMS note.. You will need to send them mails, webforms and also send a mail to a favourable MP of the province your school is located, these action will push them to attend to your file. Peace Blazca: |
Through Weform and also you can send to their email adds.. find below a link of Nairobi's webform https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi Peace TheGbemisola: |
Send daily mails to them and patiently wait for your final decision to drop... If you received a Medical request from IRCC and it was passed, then start preparing in faith..... Peace Fisayo6: |
What's your reason for an Appeal? Judicial Review is far more expensive and complicated than you think, and it takes months or even over a year before a judgement can be given which may not eventaully be in your favour.. I will advise you order for your GCMS note, re-strategize, tackle the refusals reasons stated in your GCMS note, re-apply with a strong and convincing SOP and LOE, with a lot of prayers.. And you will get your Visa without spending too much... My advise though.. PEACE firstseyifat: |
Hello Sumam You can make google your best friend as regards your first question. Better still, Lekiboboe who is considered the walking google here when it comes to related courses and schools can give you some suggestions as regards that.. For the second question, a spousal permit is a better option when applying for your spouse when you are already in Canada, visiting is mostly used for the kids.. Peace Sumam: |
“Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou taken up and cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that what he saith cometh to pass; he shall have it.” Mark 11:23 “Therefore I say unto you, All things whatsoever ye pray and ask for, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” Mark 11:24 To all TRV hopefuls, this Part 20 shall rain approval testimonies all through in JESUS NAME. AMEN... This Part 20 shall not pass you by, if you believe, let your Amen show it... A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL.. IT WILL END IN PRAISE PEACE |
Hello Patrick You can defer your program till January as it will have no negative effect on your application, if your application is on the route of approval, then the Visa Officer will ask for an updated LOA... You didnt mention when you are suppose to resume, but if its actually close to the date and no update from IRCC, I will advise you defer asap.. When your Visa is ready, its valid for a year i.e You must leave Nigeria within a year that your passport was stamped... So lets assume you are given your PPR this October, then you will have till next October to leave Nigeria for Canada with that same Visa... PEACE Patricknetter: |

You can submit via Webform and also their several Email Adds.. Peace Temtem12: |
Hello Tem Your application is still going through background check.. You will definitely do your medicals, once its time for them to ask for your medicals, then your medical status will change.. I will advise you book for an Upfront medical (this is something you should have done months ago though) once you have upfront medical. make sure you upload the medical slip that will be given to you in the clinic via webform and email to IRCC, in a couple of days, your medical will be updated to pass.... I will also advise you defer to the next available date of intake, IRCC will request for a new LOA once your application is on the route of approval... PEACE Temtem12: |

I may not understand your question.. But a 4 - 6 months of SOA is required for an application for a study permit.. PEACE DemmyDD: |
You are Welcome.. I patiently await your testimony... Congrats in advance.. PEACE Bertram87: |
Since you claim you submitted genuine documents, Order for your GCMS notes, so we can know the affected documents and how you can tackle the concerns raised by the VO concerning the documents.. PEACE Mayordeb: |
No, you don't get mail when Eligibility starts, you have to login to your account to know.. Peace Kaydelegend01: |
