Reply that same mail to tell them to decline or refuse ur admission for the remaining programs so u can make a new application.. Cos without that, u cant make a new aplication.. If u don't get a positive response in days time, then u have no option but to call their admission office.. Peace

If you wish to be considered for another open program for the January 2020 intake, you will be required to submit a new application. Please note that a new application fee will be required, as 3 program choices were selected in your application."
But now I cannot create a new application if the previous is still on

When applying to Conestoga, you must have 3 choices of programs.. So for ur case now, u were not Eligible to study ur 1st choice cos of ur Low CGPA,now u have to be patient for them to work on the remaining 2 programs and If u are eligible to study any of them, then u will be given a letter of Acceptance to ur qualified program.. Conestoga takes at least 1 month 15 days to accept an applicant to a program depending on the number of applicants for that program, so u need to be patient.. If the denial of ur 1st choice is within 1 month 15 days, then I will advice u wait a little bit.. And if by later this month u don't receive any response, u can pm me.. I will give u their admission office number, so u can speak with them.. Please note I will only give u if ur application has passed the stipulated time.. Peace

I had a 2:2 in my undergraduate so I applied for a pdg in conestogac college for a program in january 2020 but was denied for the first choice based on (Ranked program - GPA insufficient for admittance) since june , I was told they will look into my second and third choices if I have any but since then, there is no decision yet for my second and third choices. Has anyone had this issue? I have messaged the school but no reply yet. also if there is any school that accepts 2:2 I will appreciate if you could recommend , thanks a lot.

First, u need to look for a DLI institution that offers ur proposed course. When u get that, then u apply to various schools for admission. When u get ur admission then u can now start gathering the necessary documents needed for u to apply for a Canadian study permit.. I will honestly advise you read up this thread from previous part for you to load ursef with important information.. Please also make google ur girlfriend if u are a guy and vice versa and of course visit the CIC website for up to date information on studying in Canada... Peace

If this is the reason for going to study in Canada, I am sorry to annouce to you that the way u will be refused, u sef u will so hate ursef.. I can see u are a newbie and a big novice.. So I will advise you go back to previous parts(from Part 14 to this present part) read, eat and digest the information in those parts, also do ur own personal research by making google ur best friend. This is a DIY forum, so u have to really work on ursef. And after reading, if u have any questions to ask, then the gurus are available to put u through.. Please pull down ur SOP, u don't need to put it on a public forum, u can contact any of the gurus to help you furnish ur SOP cos with what I just saw, even if am a VO, I wont even read it finish before giving ma decision.. Since u said u had submitted before joining this thread, I will advise you read through the previous parts and also from the beginning of this part to get adequate that will really benefit you for ur re-application and also as usual order for ur GCMS note to know the actual reasons u were refused.. So contact any of the gurus and let them work with u on ur SOP.. If you are not in a hurry to submit, then I can help you probably much much later cos I have alot am occupied with.. Congrats to all those that have recently gotten the good news of Approval, we pray more of it come on this thread.. Please note, for those that have gotten approved, when sharing ur timeline and documents for your application, please also include if you are an Msc applicant, PHD applicant or a PGD/PGC applicant and also the number of years of ur program duration. This will help us to know the ratio of successive applicants for each category (PHD, MS, PGC, PGD) it shall all end in praise.. Peace

I wanna assume there is something strange about the month of JUNE when it comes to Canadian study permit application for Nigeria Applicants.. Last year, many June applicants waited 7 - 11 months before they eventually got a response/Decision from CIC. Now am seeing some JUNE 2019 applications in their 9 - 11 weeks... I just pray this year wait for the JUNE applicants wont be as terrible like that of last year, cos it wont be funny at all.. I know what am saying.. Wish u JUNE applicants speedy response... Peace

Has ur application passed the processing time, if yes then u can send them a webform and if no, u have to wait for ur application to pass the processing time.. Do not send them any message if ur application is still sitting the processing time.. And if by 2nd week of September u have not gotten a reply form CIC,then I will advise you defer ur admission.. I am sorry but I doubt if your claims are right that none of the above listed schools offer an IT related program at a post graduate level. I know too well that these institutions are the popular colleges in Canada.Makano and co. can attest to this fact!. For this reason I would like to know the source of your information @JummyFash

His SOA, Letter of employment or Business/Company documents(If he has a company), Letter/affidavit of sponsorship, proof of his relationship to you, property documents.. Thats all I can rememeber for now. Others can cheap in... Peace

I applied for a study visa through paper route mid June 2019.
I did an upfront medical and indicated that i had done biometrics for an earlier application in 2015 which was previously denied.
It has been silence since then but i got an email on monday from Nairobi saying my biometrics was valid and accepted and now just got another email that my processed passport is ready for collection at the VFS office.

The suspence eh!
Why cant they just tell me my fate in an email?
Please is there a way i can know my fate as i wont be available till sometime next week to go to VFS office.

It wont raise any eyebrow, it will even work for you putting in their details cos that will make u have a very strong Home ties in ur home country.. You may just write in ur SOP/LOE that you didnt include these documents in ur previous application cos u thought it wasnt necessary (You can write it in ur way tho).. BUT PLEASE NOTE, HOPE THE AGENT DIDNT TERM U AS SINGLE IN UR PREVIOUS APPLICATION, COS IF DT HAPPENS THEN THAT CAN BE A BIG CHALLENGE, UR MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE WILL SNITCH YOU... I hope u saw I gave 2 conditions in the post.. If u dnt believe in the village people stuff, then u should believe in the other condition.. From PART 12 TO 15..When something like that comes up, it means Medical request is very close.. Peace

From my experience till now, If review of eligibility has started, CIC normally denies within 1 week if they have to. If the application is in eligibility of review for 2-3 weeks, it is mostly positive.

Go beg ur Village people tho, cos previous peeps that had their medicals being reviewed without any Medical request or upfront medicals got their medical request in the space of 3 days.. So its either their is a change in that aspect form CIC or ur Village peeps are really on ur case. if its the latter, then I will advise you intensify ur prayers.. Peace

I checked my cic page now, my long waiting eligibility review has started. But the amazing thing that is bothering me right now is the fact that they are reviewing the medical results that I submitted, I haven’t been called for any medical ooo, I submitted my application since June 18th and the first update is now and it’s coming with medical review that I haven’t been called for.

Depends on your school and your course. If your course is being taught in English then the embassy won't ask for Language certificate. But if your course is taught in German the embassy would want to see a Language certificate to prove that you will be able to take the course.

Hello House, Kudos to the wondeful people putting in some great work here.. Please I wanna ask if its very important learning German here in Nigeria before applying for study Visa and is the certificate of the German langauge here in Nigeria part of the requirements or documents needed for submission at the embassy? I smell DESPERATION in this writeUp, and Canada detest anything desperation.. I will answer just the first question cos to me that's the only reasonable question in ur post.. Its not compulsory u pay ur fees before aplying for Visa cos we have seen applicants getting their visas without paying Kobo for fees, mayb after getting ur visa and you are about leaving the country then u can pay ur fees before leaving or get to Canada before paying.. The choice is yours.. Note: Put this ur desperation in control if truly u wanna go study in Canada and moreover 30 years isnt too late to study for undergraduate, so far u dont have any study gaps and also If u can convince the VO why u wanna study an undergraduate course at this stage of ur life.. Frank, are u serious with this information u just put down here? Like seriosuly, If u remember vividly when I applied last year July 2018, I had to do another Bio-metrics, and that was ma 2nd application. Meaning I had done bio metrics in 2016 in ma 1st application.. And my Bio-metrics was a Topic on this thread.. I was still a novice then, and I asked the House if it was necessary to do another Biometrics since I had done in 2016 and you and Jerome(Cant really remember his name, he was one of the Gurus then) advised I go to VFS to go confirm if I needed to do another Bio-metrics or not and asked for ma feedback when am done.. Behold I had to do another biometrics because my bio-metrics of 2016 wasn't valid for 10 years(That was what I was told by the VFS Official that attended to me).. Am surprised u saying this tho.. This 10 years Biometrics valididty started July last year, and that was when I applied for ma application.. So a 2016 Bio-metrics cant be valid for 10 years cos the 10 years validity has not been implemented then... Frank I can take u back to the post am talking about... Peace

The applicant is NOT required to pay a biometrics fees again. The biometrics information the applicant submitted in his previous application dated 2016 is valid until 2026. Unless the applicant is going for a permanent residence of Canada that's when he will be required to submit his fingerprint the second time at VAC.

Please note---------- that I know countless of applicants who had their last biometrics done before July, 2018 when the law of biometrics been valid for 10 years was implemented and got approval without having to redo a fresh biometrics.

Yes u have to pay for another Biometrics since u did the last one in 2016.. The one u did in 2016 is not qualified to be valid for 10 years.. The 10 years stuff started from July 2018... Please be informed, and ignore all posts telling u not to pay for another Biometrics.. You can go to the CIC website to get more info on this subject... Peace
