@Perx I know you've considered most places abroad but have you also considered South Africa? Our medical care is not bad at all and being on the continent still, it might be a more affordable option (not sure though just throwing it out there for you to investigate). There is a sizeable number of Nigerian specialists here who might want to take your case on and be more willing to negotiate on price seeing as it'll be a fellow country-man/woman. Good luck and never give up on yourself.

As for feeding and accommodation I'd suggest you also also look to some fellow church people / relatives living here.
