Please what's the essence of having a pension scheme..if at the end of your service one will have to protest or sweat to get his/her hard earned money.

Why not scrap the scheme and allow everyone to manage his/her pension money with banks....but should only be accessible from your choice of bank whenever you are done serving.

This pension scheme is even looking like a scam to me.
