Dapo777: Hold it right there before you start jubilating at a lost battle.
How can God separate light from darkness If it wasn't visible?
If you say the light might not be visible then you must agree that God can't separate invisible light from darkness, that would not be possible unless If the light is VISIBLE.
True or false? when God called the light good, what does it mean? john 8:12 12 lAgain Jesus spoke to them, saying, m“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” when God cast the fallen angels and there master, satan out of heaven, they dwell in this earth, but by then the earth was not created, from heaven God has already called them darckness,so when God speak,he speak jesus(john8:12) There are two types of light in the world. We can perceive one, or both, or neither! When we are born into this world, we perceive physical light, and by it we learn of our Creator’s handiwork in the things we see. However, although that light is good, there is another Light, a Light so important that the Son of God had to come in order to both declare and impart it to men. John 8:12 records, “When Jesus spoke again to the people, He said, ‘I am the Light of the World. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness but have the light of life.’” The allegory used by the Lord in this verse speaks of the light of His Truth, the light of His Word, the light of eternal Life. Those who perceive the true Light will never walk in spiritual darkness. We take a candle into a room to dispel the darkness. Likewise, the Light of Jesus Christ has to be taken into the darkness of sin that engulfs the hearts and lives of those who are not following Him. |

Why would he lament? Does that mean he doesn't want to die? what is the purpose of jesus coming to earth? To reconcile us back to himself,God gave jesus to us, John 3:16New International Version (NIV) 16 For God so loved the world that he GAVE his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. yazach: The Bible says
“For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever, but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off;” (Psalms 37:28)
But yet when Jesus Christ (pbuh) was put on the cross according to the Bible. He cried out: “About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi lama sabachthani?"— which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Mathew 27:46) “And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"— which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Mark 15:34)
the questions are:
Did you(christians) think God forsaken Jesus?
Did you(christians) think God did not answer whom you claimed to be his Son if that is justifiable?
Don't tell us he was willing to die because you will contradict the bible. A person willing to die why would he beg for help?
Now the Christians have four options to choose from.
1. The person put on the cross was not really Jesus.
2. Jesus (pbuh) was not faithful to God.
3. Jesus (pbuh) is a lied that God forsook him.
4. Bible is lying when it says that God does not forsake his beloved ones.
You have four options to choose from. Now with whatever gymnastics you try. You cannot add a fifth option here. So decide for yourself.

xcapizt: Hahaha!! No, man, I'm not ashamed, many people in this section already know what I stand for, and I didn't think it'll affect the premise of the argument that was why I didn't bother to mention my (lack of) faith, but it's only courteous that I did since you categorically inquired, it's an oversight, one which I'm going to correct here: I have no religion.
I pretty much know what son of perdition means, it was used by Jesus to refer to Judas Iscariot in John. I'm not as daft as you may have assumed and my acceptance of the clause as a compliment was purely sarcastic, not realising you won't understand sarcasm when you see it. I was expecting more tolerance from you, not a descent to a cheap naming calling ad hominem. I can now see that I may have been wrong in my assumption. But it's all good.
I find the fact that your god would pick a a handful of people out of his whole creation, one he claims to love 'equally' (John 3:16), as his chosen ones/elect and still go ahead to claim he shows no favoritism and is a respecter of no man, so hypocritical and plain appalling. Providing evidence for his untrustworthiness and openly demonstrates that his morally ethics falls short of mere human ideals.
since you rather have multiple versions thrown at you! Enjoy being chosen while the rest of us continue in our God destined path of perdition. God dos not favour only the jews,he favour mankind,it is because you dont understand the way of God,the first man was a jews,i make this conclusion because the name "adam"is a jewish name, God created adam and commanded him to multiply the earth, which he did, infact it was adam that names the animals,God even say the jews will be BLESSING to all nation, what els do you want from God? Both the Old and New Testaments indicate that God does not show partiality among people, since He is the Creator of all. Because of this principle, the Jews were commanded to be impartial. Likewise, the New Testament commands its followers to love all people and not show partiality, especially when it comes to distinctions between the rich and the poor. So, from these commandments, it is pretty clear that God was not giving preferential treatment to the Jews in choosing them. |

Hehe so you want to tell me that God can not create anything beyond the realm of sight, touch, feel, smell and hearing? just how many attributes of God are one of the fundamental forces of physics, that consist of matter, energy, or the spatial dimensions of the universe? Can you quantify on a metric scale god's goodness or love or glory? But you believe they all emanate from God.... Flawed logic alert!!!
Chizoooz!! Christian never seize to amaze me with their" "wave-at-sea" doubletalk. Hahahaha. So now it's KJV, the only credible bible as upheld by most Christians, that gets the boot!? one christian I interacted with on this section wouldn't accept any passage I quote that wasn't from the King James...and he's more the rule than the exception. And it's the same with some churches and now you're telling us this!?
Now that you've randomly quoted from the versions with the most mild rendition of Ra'a what difference does it make? Does it make your Yahweh more appealing for creating CALAMITY and DISASTER?
The word "evil," in all the above verses you quoted above, is translated from the Hebrew word ra' and means "evil, distress, adversity, wrong, evil (ethical) and refers to both deeds and actions." quit the scripture twisting already.
okay after all is said and done, before God created anything, there was just God and nothing else. And since there's no single iota of evil in God there was no evil anywhere and god created everything (Lucifer included)...so where did evil originate from? what denomination you belong to? Maby you forgot to read this part."Skeptics love the KJV so much, one would think that they were still back in medieval England. Use of this translation is problematic these days, since it uses an archaic version of modern English, which doesn't necessarily mean the same things today as when it was translated over 400 years ago. In addition, the KJV was produced using a limited number of medieval manuscripts that did not represent the earliest Alexandrian set of manuscripts." how can you reconcile the english use back in medieval england and the version of modern english? contrasts opposites. Darkness is the opposite of light. However, evil is not the opposite of peace. The original manuscript use the opposites of each word but king james use evil due to uses of english word. Example: in hausa language, love is soyeya, but if you want to say i love you in hausa is"ina son ki" they ommit the soyeya in this word for beta understanding.just like king james ommit the opposite of peace during the medieval England translation for the people back then to understand. What you are saying now is,if God created evil, human can be able to touch, feel and see it? I dont even know what to say now,ok God created evil, how does evil look like? Have you ever touch it? Until you provide evidence that God created evil and you touch see and feel it, i will not believe you, you son of perdition. |

Paul says if we are circumcised we would be estranged from Christ (Gal 5 :2 -4) . SEE YOUR LIFE
2. Mark my words! I, Paul, tell you that if you let yourselves be circumcised, Christ will be of no value to you at all. 3.Again I declare to every man who lets himself be circumcised that he is obligated to obey the whole law. 4.You who are trying to be justified by the law have been alienated from Christ; you have fallen away from grace.
u make me laugh man like i have always said read your bible very well and you will know the truth
the man is an antichrist this will be my last reply to you, paul did not abandon circumcision, the jew thought circumcision is a way of salvation ◄ Acts 15:1 ► Certain people came down from Judea to Antioch and were teaching the believers: "Unless you are circumcised, according to the custom taught by Moses, you cannot be saved." ◄ Galatians 4:10 ► You are trying to earn favor with God by observing certain days or months or seasons or years. But when paul preaches salvation in christ jesus, they accused him he abandon circumcision, even when he did not abandon it. ◄ Galatians 5:11 ► Brothers and sisters, if I am still preaching circumcision, why am I still being persecuted? In that case the offense of the cross has been abolished. |

MizMyColi:
LoL Xcapizt
Check this out. From a christian I deeply respect #RichardMurray.
When Isaiah is speaking here, he is translating the divine impulses of inspiration from the Lord the best he can. But remember, he had an undifferentiated view of God, a fundamental blind-spot which affected and limited everything he received from the Lord. He wrongly believed, as did all Old Testament saints, that Satan was the left hand of God, an obedient extension of Yahweh's wrathful will.
This is why John 1:18 says no Old Testament saint had truly beheld God at any time. Jesus came to DIFFERENTIATE and DIVORCE our understanding of God AND Satan, to completely separate and forever sever their natures, wills and purposes. As for Isaiah, he certainly knew God created light and was full of goodness, BUT he did not know that Satan was a cosmic rebel totally operating without Divine permission or sanction.
Isaiah in this verse was misattributing, or perhaps better described, "improperly blending" his images of God and Satan into one bi-polar UNDIFFERENTIATED image. Jesus couldn't be clearer that Satan was a liar, murderer, and rebel being, and that he did not operate at the command of the Heavenly Father.
Sometimes, OT authors were improperly attributing Satan's works and words to Yahweh. Other times OT saints were rightly attributing Yahweh's mighty deliverances to Yahweh alone. But, still other times, such as in this Isaiah passage, the OT saint is hearing God and Satan TOGETHER at the same time. Much like a radio dial receiving two different remote station signals at the same time, what comes out is a mish-mash of conflicting notions and ideas.
Similarly, what comes out in this Isaiah verse is a confusing and contradictory statement in need of New Testament re-translation.
are you an athiest? |

xcapizt: 1. Isaiah 45:7 "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace and create evil, I the Lord do all these things."
2. Isaiah 54:16 "I have created the waster to destroy."
3. Prov 16:4 "The Lord has made all things for himself, yes even the wicked for the day of evil."
4. Lamentations 3:38 "Out of the mouth of the most High proceeds both evil and good."
5. Amos 3:6 "Shall there be evil in a city, and the Lord hath not done it?" I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. (Isaiah 45:7, KJV) Shall a trumpet be blown in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD hath not done it? (Amos 3:6, KJV) Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good? (Lamentations 3:38) However, evil is not really a created thing. You can't see, touch, feel, smell or hear evil. It is not one of the fundamental forces of physics, nor does it consist of matter, energy, or the spatial dimensions of the universe. Still, skeptics like to claim that God created evil and cite the Bible to "prove" their point. The Bible is quite clear that God is not the author of evil and insists that He is incapable of doing so. Skeptics love the KJV so much, one would think that they were still back in medieval England. Use of this translation is problematic these days, since it uses an archaic version of modern English, which doesn't necessarily mean the same things today as when it was translated over 400 years ago. In addition, the KJV was produced using a limited number of medieval manuscripts that did not represent the earliest Alexandrian set of manuscripts. WHAT DO THE MORDEN TRANSLATION SAY? The One forming light and creating darkness, Causing well-being and creating calamity; I am the LORD who does all these. (Isaiah 45:7, NASB) I form the light and create darkness, I bring prosperity and create disaster; I, the LORD, do all these things. (Isaiah 45:7, NIV) Isaiah 45:7 contrasts opposites. Darkness is the opposite of light. However, EVIL is not the opposite of PEACE. The Hebrew word translated "peace" is shâlôm, which has many meanings, mostly related to the well being of individuals. Râ‛âh, the Hebrew word translated "evil" in the KJV often refers to adversity or calamity. There are two forms of the word. Strong's H7451a most often refers to moral evil, whereas Strong's H7451b (the form used here) most often refers to calamity or distress. Obviously, "calamity" is a better antonym of "peace" than "evil." Amos 3:6 If a trumpet is blown in a city will not the people tremble? If a calamity occurs in a city has not the LORD done it? (Amos 3:6, NASB) When a trumpet sounds in a city, do not the people tremble? When disaster comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it? (Amos 3:6, NIV) Likewise, Amos 3:6 uses the same word, râ‛âh, referring to calamity or disaster. the context (a disaster happening to a city) does not refer to moral evil. Lamentations 3:38 Is it not from the mouth of the Most High that both calamities and good things come? (Lamentations 3:38, NIV) Is it not from the mouth of the Most High That both good and ill go forth? (Lamentations 3:38, NASB) The King James Version of Lamentations 3:38 seems to suggest that God speaks both good and evil. However, if one reads the verse in context, the preceding verses indicate that God does not do or approve of evil. The verse following indicates that people should not complain in view of their sins. What the verse really is saying that God decrees times of good things and times of judgment. Lamentations was written by Jeremiah during a time of judgment, when Judah had gone off into exile. Jeremiah was chosen by God to be the prophet to tell Judah to reform or be judged. The people did not believe Jeremiah, and, therefore, fell under God's judgment. In Lamentations 3:38, the word translated "good" is ṭôb (Strong's H2896). The word usually refers to good things as opposed to bad things. Again, râ‛âh does not refer to moral evil, but calamities, in this verse. Likewise, the Bible commentaries indicate that the verse refers to God's judgment based upon people's sin. God is not the author of evil. However, God does reward and punish on the basis of good and bad behavior. Therefore, God does bring judgment and calamity (either directly or through human authorities) on those who rebel. God will ultimately judge all people, since rebels will not be allowed in the new, perfect creation. |

AbuSafwan: THE EXTENT OF CHRISTIANS DELUSION Why until today Christians fail to escape from their delusion of original sin. All humans are born noble and free of any sin. Whoever dare to do one is at his risk for no person shall bear the sin or its implication of another. Due to extent of delusion, Christians usually say Jesus died for their sin – the sin which they believed to have inherited from Adam and Eve; and yet they afford divinity to Jesus – he is a God, the said. Does god die? No wonder they have some biblical verses to depend on:
“For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners” (Romans 5:19).
“…, Christ died for our sin” (1Corinthians 15:3).
But the irony or a contradiction is just there in the same bible:
“The soul who sins is the who will die. The son will not share the guilt of the father, nor will the father share the guilt of the son. The righteousness of the righteous man will be credited to him, and the wickedness of the wicked man will be charged against him…, But if a wicked man turns away from all the sins he has committed and keeps all my decrees and those what is just and right, he will surely live; he will not die. None of the offences he has committed will be remembered against him…” (Ezekiel 18:20-23).
It should be noted that according to these verses the issue of original sin or inheritance of sin, or the Jesus death for Christians’ sins must have become irrelevant. Firstly, they teach us no soul can bear the burden of another. Secondly, a sinner needs only to repent to escape his sin. And lastly, the implication is that Jesus never for any one’s sin as indicated in 1Corinthians 15:3. By the all way, either the bible contradicts itself or some of the verses in fabricated. It is perhaps for this reason that Paul (Impostor of Injil) himself admitted that this dogma was foolishness; and yet called people to it. So, why do Christians become fools and accept it?
Comparatively, the bible says: • “the son will not share the guilt of the father”. • The Qur’an says, “No burdened person (with sin) shall bear the burden of another. And that man can have nothing but what he does (good or bad). • Even human laws dismiss the punishment of the son for father’s crime, and vice versa, for that has been a typical injustice, noted God is just and orders us to observe justice.
I don’t know when the Christians will correct their belief. Paul must be a ‘smart’ tricker only to the Christians. Submitted by Salimullah the sin's of adam is universal sin,did God create you with surfering? No,it is because of adam sin,we are in this mess. The sin in ezekiel18: 20-23.was talking about personal sin,you cannot be blame for the sin of your father. The righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him: Isaiah 3:10 will fully explain this passage; it shall be well with the righteous, for he shall eat the fruit of his doing, he shall be rewarded as a righteous one. The wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him; the reward of wickedness, i.e. woeful punishment, shall be executed upon the wicked, as Isaiah 3:11. |

And uv automatically validate abortion as proper salvation Tool bible say,our God is a righteous judge, the infante are not in the stage of reasoning or knowledge,God will not just throw innocent children to hell, the day a woman who abort a child ,she repent and go to heaven, the child will be the first to welcome her. King David had a child by Bathsheba which died in infancy. David's words are significant: "While the child was yet alive, I fasted and wept; for I said, Who can tell whether GOD will be gracious to me, that the child may live? But now he is dead, why should I fast? Can I bring him back again? I shall go to him, but he shall not return to me" (2 Samuel 12:22-23). The clear sense of this passage is that David believed that he would be reunited with his child in the next life. He knew the baby, having died, could not come back to this life, but he believed that he would go to him. |

CANTICLES: What happen to miscarriage foetus ... Did they also go to heaven ? Ur views they will make it to heaven. Some reasons for reaching such a conclusion are as follows: 1. The Lord Jesus Christ died for all of Adam's race (for all mankind), including every infant that has ever been born. 2. A person is condemned for rejecting Jesus Christ and for refusing to believe in Him: "He that believeth on Him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the Name of the only begotten Son of God" (John 3:18). An infant is not capable of rejecting Jesus Christ. An infant is incapable of committing the sin mentioned in John 16:9. 3. Those who go to hell in 2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 are those who have deliberately disobeyed the gospel by refusing to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Infants have not willfully disobeyed the gospel. Note: The heathen, who are not under the hearing of the gospel, are condemned for rejecting the lesser revelation that God has given to them (Rom. 1:20-21, etc.). For a detailed study of this see Romans chapter 1. But an infant would also be incapable of rejecting this lesser revelation. 4. Revelation 20:11-15 indicates that all of the unsaved are resurrected to appear before the Great White Throne, and twice it is stressed that each will be judged according to their works. It is doubtful that young infants are included in this evaluation. What evil works has a 6 month old baby committed? 5. Consider the compassionate heart of God for those who are lost: "Who will have all men to be saved and to come unto the knowledge of the truth" (1 Tim. 2:4--this is God's desire). "Not willing that any should perish" (2 Pet. 3:9). "Even so it is not the will of your Father, who is in heaven, that one of these little ones should perish" (Matt. 18:14). "I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked" (Ezekiel 33:11). While these verses do not refer specifically to infants, they do teach us that the loving and merciful heart of our God desires the salvation of all men. 6. We know that the Lord Jesus had a tender and compassionate heart for the little children and was much displeased when His disciples were hindering them from coming to Him (Mark 10:13-14). We are sure that our Saviour has this same kind of compassion, not only for children, but for young infants also. 7. While we can't be dogmatic that such a passage teaches infant salvation, yet it does seem to point in that direction. |

MissTeaseMe: I just keep laffing.
Ok now let me answer the second part. I have answered your first question.
Chai! I get time o. Lets talk about temptation as you asked
I am sure you believe in the story of the devil being an angel of God in the beginning when all things where perfect. No seen, no devil. Just God and his angels.
Let me ask you, if things were perfect in heaven in the beginning how come satan tot of something evil? How come satan started a war in heaven? How come satan wanted to overthrow God? Where did such evil tot come from when there was no devil then (after all he was a good angel then)
Are you sure that this wont repeat itself again?
If God made all things perfect and he knows all things, how come such hullabaloo happened in his heaven o.
If he is all powerful, how come his angels have to be using swords to fight satan and his co conspirators. Why didnt he just us his power to magically cast satan out?
So answer where did satan get the evil tot from o? satan want to live by his own rule, and it will never repeat it self, humans are highly favour than angels,we are made in the image of God. |

MissTeaseMe: Lol About 9 years ago. I was fasting and i try to pray every 2 hours at most and read the bible for at least 3hours when ever i fast. Around 12:30pm i was thru praying and i decided to sleep a bit cos i was feeling a bit tied. Do you know that i felt something strange after abt 15 mins and i woke up, on the wall facing my bed was a man. I was scared to death. Then he vanished.
I have had several such experiences as a christain.
Now i realize they aint true at all.
Our consistent prayers and strong belief in the spiritual, in the enemies that we cant see, conditions our minds and can help our senses create the illusions of this things even to the perceptible state.
It is the same way our body produces goose bumps to emphasis our fear.
You will notice that you strongly believe in demons and you seem to want to deal with them, by taking charge. Your obsession with the demonic had prepared your mind and enabled the hallucination.
Notice that this mind obsession can make you look at a wall gecko and if the wall gecko or lizard seems to be looking back at you and behaving in a creepy manner, your mind will start associating the ordinary gecko to demons or witches.
Notice mountain of fire members, they suspect any animal or person that fits their description of demons or witches.
My dad was always scared of old women in our home town, my mum is scared of geckos and birds, she thinks they are demonic.
I totally believe you. You saw that old woman cos you believe demons are all over you. You've gained confidence that Jesus has given you victory over them but you will continue to see them in your dreams and real life (hallucinatic illusion), you will keep casting them from everything around you. There are christains that dont do all that and they are very happy and prospering. You are fighting something that is not real. i know you wont believe me, anyway, thank you for your time. |

MissTeaseMe: Truth is those doing charms are only wasting their time. it's never real. I've witnessed a ritualist reinforce a boy with charms saying he cld not be stabbed. When the babalawo did the testing to prove the charm worked, i noticed he had a technique he was using in stabbing the boy.
There was a tailor along challenge in ibadan where my choir master used to live (he told us this story himself) the tailor is his tailor and one day this baba put a charm on his neck and was demonstrating to people how knive cant cut him. A teenager in the crowd took a cutlass that the yeye tailor brought and struck the man on the hand, very sharp cutlaSs.
You can guess what happened. Today the man has only one hand.
I have friends that have told be about area boys with charms that never worked.
Have you seen any blood money before? Go and do the charm and see if it works, you will be shocked.
Those charms only make the desperate gain confidence to perpetrate crimes that makes them get money. when i relocate to my new house, the first word i say is this"all the demon, get out from here, moses is here" at the middle of the night,i saw a woman standing in the middle of my room,i smile and say"if you stand tired, you will leave" i know you wont believe me,but am telling you the truth, how do athiest explain this? Abuamam: What would be the purpose of explaining the true meaning behind these verses? You are going to continue trying to input your own way of understanding, and argue blindly on Qur'anic exegesis, which you are not qualified to make... waste of time. That is why no muslim wants to answer you. Just felt you needed to know the true position; no offence. And to help your comprehension, for a true meaning of any verse, we muslims check Qur'an exegesis derived from other verses and based on authentic hadeeth. We look into the historical background and context of each verse, and what was the purpose of its being revealed. We ascertain the way and manner in which it was understood by the prophet (saw) and his companions. Then we draw conclusions. We do not interprete anyhow we feel like. This is why ignorant extremist muslims and ignorant non-muslims generally are united in interpreting the Qur'an wrongly. They do not apply the standards for deriving the meaning, leading to gross foolishness and extremism. You want to get an opinion on cardiovascular surgery, you go to a cardiovascular surgeon, not to a vulcanizer. Stop wasting your time on shallow anti-Islam websites. i created this thread and demanded for answer, all the verses i quote are making reference to one point, which is clear, did allah empower jesus to performed miracle? |

MissTeaseMe: What evidence supports all you've said
Why is it that you believe that tale of garden of eden but you dont believe in tooth fairies
You only believe cos you just chose to believe. Must likely you believe because you dont want to go to hell, you want to believe there is a loving father watching over you, etc. So you have no choice but to believe EVERYthing in the bible, even tho they are just tales by some people as their imaginations dim it fit to present god to humanity.
Tell me why you believe what you just typed, then we can talk.
Until then, you are no better than an hindu that worships a river or cow. They also have faith in their own gods and they all have their own sacred writing and stories of creation.
Argue with reason not pettiness and all this childishness.
(Tho i strongly doubt you will have anything reasonable to say) at best you will come back and blame the devil for deceiving people or start quoting bible and just standing your ground that everyone shld just take it as truth.
What is truth?
truth can never be refuted! * it is TRUTH that if i shld use a knife to cutoff your head, you will die.
*it is truth if you put a blown balloon on water it will float.
*it is truth that you cannot walk through a wall
Is it truth that you can heal the blind?
Is it truth that you can pray and someone who is dead (head cut off) will rise again?
Can you pray for an amputee and get his cut off leg or hand to grow again?
Or cant God do all things?
Waiting for your answer. Maybe you will be the first human ever to successfully prove bible to be true.
Even if god exists, are you sure you know him or you just think you know him cos you read a book and dance in church and feel energized. you dont believe in the bible, but i did,you dont believe in God, i did,how will i prove the existence of God to you?if i told you,i have encounter God,will you believe me?no,you will want to encounter him your self, how will you encounter God when you are a sinner? The two way you have,1,the testimony of a witness 2 if you give your life to christ. This are your option, are you not a former christian? Dint you read that God cannot behold sin? You cant ask the holy of holies to reavel himself to you who is a sinner, first repent and forsake your favourite sin.bible say, ◄ Ecclesiastes 12:1 ► "Don't let the excitement of youth cause you to forget your Creator. MissTeaseMe: I cant believe i am reading this.
You didnt even prove anything
So you know so much about God as a fact.
You taked about the parable of the feast guests and intentionally avoided the part that say god (the feast host) throws those that did not come to his feast into eternal agony, just because he invited them to a feast and they preferred to use their time for more productive activities than drinking and eating. Na by force?
See ridiculous story o.
You must be a very "intelligent" guy to use that story to reply me.
So that is a evidence the god you know.
My dear, you are no different from those in asia that worship hundreds of gods. I laff at you as you laff at them. You all have silly stories that people shld just believe in either it makes sense or not, yet you claim that god created use to be intelligent, but he does not want us to use the intelligence to believe in him. Then how does he want an unbeliever to get saved, when it seems all you can offer is just believe, then you present heaven and hell into the whole thing. And since no one knows what happens after death, the unbeliever is afraid of dying only to find out there is hell so he quickly accepts.
Is it not so convenient that it takes dropping any question till the last day?
You better talk better talk here. my purpose of bringing in the parable of the banquet is to show you what God realy want,i leave out the enternal damnation verse because that is not what God want for us,it is our freewill to chose between life and death, but since you bring the issue of hell,ok,let do it. True love is not permissive, the big mistake athiest make is this, they thought God love's is permissive, that is not how the love of my God is,The first false assumption is that love allows the object of that love to do whatever he or she wants. However, this permissive kind of "love" isn't really love at all. Any of you who are parents will recognize that allowing your children to do whatever they want to do is not loving at all. If you were to do this, your children would grow up to be spoiled selfish brats, incapable of loving other people. Permissive gods, who are caught up in their own intrigues, and so allow humans to do whatever they want without repercussions, are found in the pagan religions. However, the God of the Bible wants us to love Him and other people above everything else we do.Since God created spiritual beings for the purpose of expressing love, those beings must have complete free will in order to express that love the purpose of the moral law was to guide us,not only to make it to heaven, but to live with harmony with everyone.God say dont steal, dont kill dont tell lies,is this to much to ask for? What is your favourite sin?to bad for the harden minded man, in other for you to follow God you must abandone your favourite sin,my point is that anyone that goes to hell chose to go there by there freewill. |

MissTeaseMe: Believe me, i know my naija peeps, they wont understand. I have friends the argue that even rap, rock, hip hop are creations of the devil, even tho i tried all my best to let them see these are just plain creations of the human mind. Is it these same people that will watch the "afterlife is meaningless without afterlife" and understand?
Very few will understand it.
By the way, do you know many christains/muslims are actually skeptical about the existence of God, but wont reason it out cos they are afraid. They ask "what if"
The last resort is always, "what if you die and find out that what the bible says is all true, so let us just comply even if it is ridiculous" Century before athiest even came to existence satan has been using the same trick he use for eve to deceive mankind, you guys shuld realy consider this: satan not only rejected God by attempting to supplant Him, but he urged humans to do likewise. Satan urged Eve to choose against God for her own self-fulfilment: in genesis3:1-5. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” And the woman said to the serpent, “We may eat of the fruit of the trees in the garden, but God said, ‘You shall not eat of the fruit of the tree that is in the midst of the garden, neither shall you touch it, lest you die.’” But the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” NOW, LET US ANALIZE GENESIS1:3-5. The tactic is clear: firstly, question God’s statements, then, contradict God’s statements and, finally, urge rebellion in seeking equality with God. How dos this relate to athiest? This manifests in atheists as 1. Questioning whether there is a God to make statements in the first place, so God did not say anything. 2. Contradicting the statements said to have been spoken by God. 3. Seeking equality with God by replacing God with the self. This satanic deception appeals strongly to atheists as it bolsters two of their desired delusions: 1) absolute autonomy—being free to do as they please, and 2) the lack of ultimate accountability—there are no eternal consequences for doing as they please. THIS IS EXACLTLY THE TRICK SATAN USE ON EVE THAT IS WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ATHIEST. |

Neither by word nor deed did he ever inveigh against circumcision. But he did protest against circumcision being made a condition for salvation. He cited the case of the Fathers. MissTeaseMe: Why we dont ask why Simple
FEAR!
Church teaches, that without faith no one can please God. Right?
Truth is without fear there wont be religion. YES.
We avoid a lot of reasonable questions we shld be asking God or his reps (pastors, imams and the rest), but we dont because we are afraid of questioning God.
I take a serious look at my life all the fasting and prayers. Then when good things happen i credit it to God. For real has he done anything for me or i am just carried away in the euphoria of religion around me that credits all good things to God?
I recall praying for a friend with kidney failure all night. We were 3. We stayed up all night praying, yet the young lad died. I can go on and on with examples.
In the second video, a derailed train was mentioned, 17 people died and on little baby boy survived. Christains started celebrating the miracle of the baby that survived and pushed back the fact that 17 souls were lost.
*where the 17 dead worthless? (Tot God is love) *you know of that 17 dead were bread winners whose family will suffer from their deaths.
This happens today in many churches where people come to give testimony and say they survived an accident that claimed many lives. So selfish!
I will be back to say more. the purpose of the universe is not to be morally or physically perfect, but to provide a place where spiritual creatures can choose to love or reject God - to live with Him forever in a new, perfect universe, or reject Him and live apart from Him for eternity. The next statement indicates that a perfect, loving God must create a universe that is perfect. This is the statement that is false and invalidates the argument. Nowhere does the Bible state that the universe was created to be perfect. God Himself called it "good"6 and "very good," but never "perfect." In fact, God Himself stated that part of the original creation was "not good." The Bible states that the current universe is not perfect, but was designed to be temporary and will be replaced with a perfect universe that will be permanent.Science also tells us that the universe was designed to be temporary. The question is,What does God want? God's purposes in creating the universe go beyond merely creating free will beings that love Him in this temporary universe. Jesus explained the ultimate goal of God in the parable of the banquet: Jesus replied: "A certain man [representing God] was preparing a great banquet and invited many guests. At the time of the banquet he sent his servant to tell those who had been invited, 'Come, for everything is now ready.' But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, 'I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.' Another said, 'I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I'm on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.' Still another said, 'I just got married, so I can't come.' The servant came back and reported this to his master. Then the owner of the house became angry and ordered his servant, 'Go out quickly into the streets and alleys of the town and bring in the poor, the crippled, the blind and the lame.' 'Sir,' the servant said, 'what you ordered has been done, but there is still room.' Then the master told his servant, 'Go out to the roads and country lanes and make them come in, SO THAT MY HOUSE WILL BE FULL. (Luke 14:16-23) This parable tells that God wants not only a relationship with humans in this universe, but a relationship with billions of these creatures in His future, perfect creation. If God's purpose is to have relationships with free will beings in a future creation, then there must be a means by which these beings can make a choice to enter or not enter into this relationship. The means by which we make this choice is exactly the message of the Bible.Therefore. the Bible says that God allows temporary, bounded evil in order to allow free will beings to have the ability to love and to make choices. Many things that people consider to be bad are, in fact, useful in our spiritual growth. The Bible says that trials in our lives produce perseverance, which helps make us mature and complete. These trials also increase our faith - a "refining by fire." The Bible tells us that "all things to work together for good to those who love God." Let me give you a couple concrete examples in my own life that illustrate these points. 1. God did not design this universe to be perfect, but as a temporary creation where free will beings make choices about where they want to spend eternity (in the new creation, which will be perfect). 2. The new creation will be perfect, but will not have absolute free will for its inhabitants. We must agree in this life to give up some of our free will in the next life. Those who are unwilling to give up their own free will choices will not be forced to do so in the next life. However, they will have to be separated from the new creation, since God is unwilling to compromise His character. 3. All people will suffer at least somewhat because of bad choices that others make. In addition, because of the temporary nature of the universe, some bad things will happen to us due to "bad luck" or chance. However, these things will teach us to be more sensitive to the needs of others, and will prepare us to show God's love to others when they suffer through similar things. God want us to learn from this life, not just have a party. |
