NifemiOlu: Honestly, I see no reason why Christians should be arguing with them. You can't understand the bible with head knowledge. That's why the first step is accepting Christ, the Holy Spirit comes into your life and teaches, opens your eyes to the true word of God. Till tomorrow, they will always see the bible as contradictory when as a matter of fact it's 100% perfect.
Lastly, their major issue is the OT...I've always said it to them: "keep reading it to your ruins". Christians live by the grace of God and are children of God.

kimond101: The gospel of Jesus is the truth cause Jesus never lie. And I believe in his gospel. Jesus spoke a language when he was on earth. And the pure language Jesus spoke to convey his message is different from reading the translations that you don't have the original text. That is why when you see a Quran it has Arabic and English. Arabic is the revelation while English is Translation which may vary depending on the readers comprehension of the text.
You ask me to show you the gospel is the reason why God sent the Quran. Because you are the one meant to show me the pure Gospel of Jesus in its original form which you then generate all the literal meanings you have in the Bible today. Don't get me wrong I'm not saying the Bible is 100% wrong but what I say is the bible has been diluted with the word of man aswell and word of God. And that is why there are different versions with different meanings. So what I believe in is the Gospel and other messages of previous messangers.

Same way Adam was a word of God doesn't mean God is his father and mother? As I explained earlier : God created Adam from nothing (Clay), Eve from Adam(Man), Jesus from Mary (Woman) and you and I from our parents (Man and Woman). Its a display of the power of God and what he's capable of doing. He owns us all and he can decide whatever wonder he wants wih us.

So if you deny the Torah sent to Moses and the Psalms then you don't Truely believe in God. The Jews deny Jesus. The christians deny Mohammed.
I never told you the gospel is corrupt. God guided the gospel of Jesus. But the bibles we have nowadays are of different versions. And there pure gospel which Jesus brought is the truth. The pure gospel is what Jesus said. Not what was reported. If you can find it then good for you.

kimond101: The truth with all due respect is there are various versions of the Bible. The true message of Jesus Christ is pure and that is why God revealed the Quran to support the Gospel. Nothing can be added to it and nothing can be taken away from it.
Finding the Gospel in its true form is a task that may never happen. I'm a muslim and I believe in the all the books revealed by God and try to obey the Quran commandments to the best of my ability even though I'm not perfect

I did a lttle research and discovered these facts in the Quran:

Please read what the Quran says of Mary and Jesus Christ.

Quran acknowledeges that He is the Messiah.

Quran Chapter 3, Verse 45>

[And mention] when the angels said, "O Mary, indeed Allah gives you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name will be the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary - distinguished in this world and the Hereafter and among those brought near [to Allah].

That he started preaching at an early age.

Quran Chapter 3, Verse 46>

He will speak to the people in the cradle and in maturity and will be of the righteous."

The Immaculate conception

Quran Chapter 3, Verse 47>

She said, "My Lord, how will I have a child when no man has touched me?" [The angel] said, "Such is Allah ; He creates what He wills. When He decrees a matter, He only says to it, 'Be,' and it is.

He is teaching the Goodnews(Gospel)

Quran Chapter 3, Verse 47>

And He will teach him writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel.

Further more,

The Quran acknowledges that JESUS CHRIST Can heal the sick, raise the dead and even give life By the will of GOD.

Quran Chapter 3, Verse 49>

And [make him] a messenger to the Children of Israel, [who will say], 'Indeed I have come to you with a sign from your Lord in that I design for you from clay [that which is] like the form of a bird, then I breathe into it and it becomes a bird by permission of Allah . And I cure the blind and the leper, and I give life to the dead - by permission of Allah . And I inform you of what you eat and what you store in your houses. Indeed in that is a sign for you, if you are believers.

The Quran also said that Jesus Christ did not die, that he is still alive and will come again.

Quran Chapter 4, verses 158

But Allah raised him ['Iesa (Jesus)] up (with his body and soul) unto Himself (and he is in the heavens). And Allah is Ever All-Powerful, All-Wise.

He will come back.

Quran Chapter 17, verses 104>
... and the last promise comes near [i.e. the Day of Resurrection or the descent of Christ ['Iesa (Jesus)

Amongst other amazing facts I discovered were that-:

The Quran said Jesus spoke at 2 days old

There is a whole Chapter dedicated to Jesus's Mother in the Quran "Maryam" (Quran Chapter 19)

The Quran acknowledges that Maryam(Mary) Had no sin (Quran Chapter 3, verse 34)

The Quran Said that Mary the mother of Jesus Ascended into Heaven alive. She didn't die like all human beings(Quran 50, verses 23)
