High heels are not good for the bones it can disfigure the legs /feet if you are too young.
The bones of a child are softer than the bones of an adult.
Children should wear well fitting shoes not too small and not over size.
And not high heels.
In high heels the legs are over worked.

Nigerians here have their Meetings/ Clubs they have their aims and their goals.
